Thank you for contacting us about Mr [redacted] ’s concern Mr [redacted] initially contacted Improvements on April 28, requesting a replacement of a hose he received as a gift from a friend He provided the friend’s name and zip code to locate the original order, but we were unable to locate any order under the friend’s name However, as a customer service accommodation, we provided a replacement order for the ftXhose Pro flex hose valued at $and sent it to Mr [redacted] at no charge Please also note that Mr [redacted] has told us that he has purchased several hoses from other retailers, so the product he is complaining about could be from one of those stores, especially as we cannot locate an order from him or his friend Additionally, Mr [redacted] noted in his most recent complaint that the “name of the salesperson” was “ [redacted] / [redacted] / [redacted] .” Given this, we believe we do not have any obligations to Mr [redacted]
