you for forwarding to us the rebuttal provided by Mr***. As we
noted in our last response, when Mr*** initially contacted us in April
2015, we were unable to locate any record of the purchase. Despite this,
we sent Mr*** a new hose free of charge. If Mr***
forwards to us a copy of the invoice showing his friend’s purchase of the
product, we will be happy to review it. However, given that there is no
record of this sale and we have already provided a free product to Mr
***, we consider this matter closed*** ***

Dear Revdex.com, While we understand that you have to forward all responses you receive from Mr***, as we have stated, we are unable to find any order placed by Mr*** or anyone on his behalf for this product. Despite this, we sent him a free product as a matter of good customer service in April 2015. If Mr*** produces the original order or even the name and address of the person who ordered for him as a gift, we will research this matter further. However, given that he is unable to show any proof of purchase from us and the other reasons discussed in our initial response, we are unable to provide him with a replacementThank you,

Makes you wonder if the Revdex.com is as poorly run as ImprovementsThe few products that have actually made it to my door from Improvements are OKBut their Customer Service is horrible! Hi,Let me start by apologizing. On 08.31.16 we confirmed the email address was unsubscribed for all email databases. After seeing the response that emails are continuing we noticed on 9.13.16 that the email address was opted back in. On 09.16.16 another request to unsubscribe the email address was completed. We are working to understand if there is a systematic issue. In the meantime, we have taken every step to ensure no further emails will be delivered. Thank you, Melissa M[redacted]

When I have the credit which was to happen first time on 3-5 days December 21, then again Dec 30, now its the January 4, and another 3 days. What am I to believe do as you say, then I will close my complaint. Never again with this company.

The order in question was placed with [redacted] and not with Improvement's Catalog. We do not have access to the order mentioned or any details. Can the complaint be sent to [redacted] in St. Pete Florida for further investigation? Thank you, [redacted]

Hi,The original order did not ship as expected. Once the customer notified us we immediately replaced the order with expedited shipping. [redacted] shows the replacement order [redacted] was delivered on 08/18/16. A refund for the shipping amount of $18.95 was issued on Friday, 19th. The refund will go back...

to the original form of payment.I have reached out to the customer via email 1 time and phone the customer 2 x. Hello,The customer corresponded back and forth with one of our Improvements Supervisors. The supervisor agreed to refund all associated return label fees and send out a replacement at $0 cost to the customer. The customer will be refunded for all costs associated with the original purchase....

While the return policy does state the associated return fees,  we believe we can be flexible & offer options to our customers. I hope the customer finds the resolution acceptable. Thank you,Melissa M[redacted]

about Mr. [redacted]’s concern.  Mr. [redacted] initially contacted
Improvements on April 28, 2015 requesting a replacement of a hose he received
as a gift from a friend.  He provided the friend’s name and zip code to
locate the original order, but we were...

unable to locate any order under the
friend’s name.  However, as a customer service accommodation, we provided
a replacement order for the 150 ft. Xhose Pro flex hose valued at $99.99 and
sent it to Mr. [redacted] at no charge.  Please also note that Mr.
[redacted] has told us that he has purchased several hoses from other
retailers, so the product he is complaining about could be from one of those
stores, especially as we cannot locate an order from him or his friend. 
Additionally, Mr. [redacted] noted in his most recent complaint that the “name
of the salesperson” was “[redacted].”  Given
this, we believe we do not have any obligations to Mr. [redacted].

They where paid for the original hose plus shipping THEY GOT PAID FOR THE FIRST HOSE OR THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER SENT IT  I NEVER GOT THE FIRST ONE THEN ON MAY 11 201`5 I GOT A HOSE USED IT 9 TIMES THEN THE WINTER CAME PUT INTO THE HOUSE UNTIL APRIL 2016 TOOK IT OUT IT WAS DEFECTIVE I DID CONTACT THEM THEY SHIPPED A HOSE OUT THAT I GOT 3/31/16  I DID SHIP ON THE SAME DAY THE DEFECTIVE HOSE FROM 5/11/15 BACK TO THEM BY UPS YOU CAN CHECK THE TRACKING WITH UPS  AFTER I SHIPPED THAT DEFECTIVE HOSE BACK TO THEM I WENT HOME AND OPEN THE NEW HOSE THAT I GOT THAT DAY 3/31/16 TO OPEN AND SEE THEN SENT ME A NEW HOSE THAT WAS ALSO DEFECTIVE LEAKING SO THE LAST HOSE THEY SENT ON 3/31/16 WAS DEFECTIVE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX  IF YOU GO TO THEIR WEBSITE TO THIS HOSE PRODUCT EVERY REVIEW IS NEGATIVE AND THAT HOSE IS DEFECTIVE THERE ARE MANY OTHER WEBSITES PUTTING NEG REVIEWS ON IMPROVEMENTS CATALOG IT IS THE PRINCIPAL THAT THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT AND FOR THE BRAND NEW HOSE THEY SENT ME TO BE DEFECTIVE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX  I ALREADY WENT TO [redacted] AND BOUGHT A COUPLE OF NEW HOSES    IT IS THE FACT THEY SENT ME A NEW REPLACEMENT THAT WAS SENT TO ME DEFECTIVE AND THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING AFTER THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE NEW HOSE I  MYSELF AND PEOPLE I TELL WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR MANY CATALOG COMPANY'S  AT THIS STAGE I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU DO  JUST MAKE SURE I AM UN HAPPY WITH IS COMPANY

[redacted]  They had the paid invoice for the original when they shipped out the original DEFECTIVE HOSE WHICH WAS MAY 2015  THIS COMPANY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE 150 XHOSE ON 3/31/16  THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING BUT TELL ME TO KEEP THEIR DEFECTIVE HOSE   WHEN THEY SET THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE HOSE THAT WAS PAID FOR AS A GIFT  AFTER GETTING IT  THEY ASK FOR PAID BILL AND DID SEND A REPLACEMENT HOSE OUT IN MAY 2015 BUT AT THAT TIME THEY DID HAVE THE PAID INVOICE /BILL THAT IT WAS PAID FOR  UNDER A YEAR OLD THEY REPLACED A DEFECTIVE HOSE WITH ANOTHER DEFECTIVE HOSE AND TOLD ME TO BAD KEEP THE DEFECTIVE HOSE   THIS COMPANY HAS OTHER NAMES THEY GO BY TOO  SO I SHOULD BE STUCK WITH A HOSE WITH HOLES IN IT BECAUSE THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE HOSE THIS COMPANY NEVER TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS DEFECTIVE HOSE ISSUE
