I was very impressed with *** & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air They showed up the day after Thanksgiving to replace a leaking hot water heater They were on time, courteous, and answered all of my questions in detail This was my first interaction with them I had to call them since the company I normally used would not be able to replace the water heater until the following Monday due to only having on call staff Even though I was a new customer, their service was exceptional

Overall good experience Price is a little high, but I feel confident that the work was done well Couldn't solve all my issues, and advised me of high risk work that could be done, but probably wouldn't solve my problem (Poor water pressure in Irving, zip XXXXX) I appreciate the candor in being advised of the risks associated with further work We'll have to get by with average to poor water pressure in our showers

Cody and sons are an excellent co., of Jeff is an example of their employeesHe needed to get under our house-tight spasee what needs to be done to either repair or replace floor furnaceHe went under there, found what is the problem and told us he needs to
order partsVery friendly, professional young man, knows his field wellAnother plumber had told us we would need foundation work.(again-we'd had foundation work done several years ago, when we were both working) Needless to say, we were relieved that Jeff did not mention the need for thatWe now know who to call when we have a heating problem; we like the floor furnace, don't want to change

I was very pleased with my service Tony headed the team who worked on my project and they worked tirelessly for over two days tearing out the old and installing the new system Tony and team left my house very clean and carefully attended to making sure no one tracked mud or dirt into the house They followed up and did everything they promised to do I love the difference in the air conditioning now compared to my old system and look forward to seeing those 40% electrical bill reductions for that new unit!!

I've been using Cody & Sons Plumbing for a little over two years They have come out to my two houses and have performed several different tasks having to do with plumbing, and also installed a completely new central heating and air system on one of my houses, which was built in All tasks were completed in a professional manner, and without a hitch I like the fact that third generation "Cody" family members come out to work, with a sense of family pride and a smile on their faces It is very obvious that "Grand Pa" Cody built his business with pride, and expects nothing more than excellence from his children and *** but also from all his employees All the employees that have come out are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional but I would especially like to call out "***" the A/C installation "hands-on" manager for going a step above and beyond: Not only does he do excellent work, but leads his crew by example, and is always happy to answer any questions at length that I might have, offering his professional advice and opinion Good companies such as *** $ Sons are so hard to find, but I am so glad I found this one
