[redacted] & Cody did some work at my house and they were both knowledgable and did very quick and quality work. I got a few quotes from other Plumbing companies and Cody & Sons appeared to have a very fair price as well. I will definitley use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Called Cody & Sons Plumbing mid-afternoon to make appointment for diagnosing a leak in the evaporator coil area, to determine repair or replace HVAC and if repair, if there any city code repairs to be made. Expected an appointment within 1-2 days, but told technicians in the area and could arrive in 30 minutes.

Jose and Jeff arrived quickly, confirmed names, put on booties and proceeded to mechanical room. Jose quickly diagnosed that condensate drain line was clogged. He and Jeff removed water from the emergency pan, blew out the line clogged line with compressed air, checked evaporator coil for leaks, checked amp draws and pressures to system and confirmed existing freon/pressure was sufficient for summer use. Recommended easy procedures for proactively managing algae growth which was blocking the drain line.

Per request, inspected HVAC system for code and determined that sediment traps needed to be installed on HVAC and water heater. These were installed.

Inspected entire system and confirmed that it was operating as expected and no replacement of any components was necessary or expected.

Jose and Jeff were very professional, congenial and knowledgeable. and always careful to put on booties each time they entered the house. My spouse, who asked many questions, and I were very pleased with their service and results. Will definitely use Cody & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air next time we have issues.

Thank God for honesty and this company gets the Gold Medal. 3 years ago shortly after moving to Dallas Tx. from Long Beach Ca. my Central Air Unit outside stopped working. I had a couple different Air Condition Companies tell me I needed a new outside compressor that would cost thousands that I did not have. As a result of their lies I went 3 years without Central Air and even had a heat stroke when the Central Air originally went out. If the companies I called would have fixed it right away like they could have I most likely would have never had the heat stroke. Today Jeff & Jose two really great guys and great A/C guys who work for [redacted] & Sons came and within 30 minutes found out all my problem was a broken wire and had my Central Air working again just like that. They did not try to pull any scams and were as honest as you could ever find. I am a disabled U.S.M.C. Veteran and I will be proud to tell everybody I can about this great company and its fantastic employees Jeff & Jose. I would highly recommend you request Jeff & Jose to come and help with your problem.

I have used Cody & Sons for all of my needs for some years now. All of the guys that have come to the house have been very courteous, nicely groomed and knowledgeable about the service they are rendering. The office customer service is friendly and always helpful. Sometimes I feel like it's too good to be true but it really is true. They are great.

Mike is punctual, polite, tidy, concerned. and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job completed correctly. I highly recommend Mike and Cody & Sons.

I've used this company twice and both times they have been extremely professional and on-time. The estimate was quick and honest and ended up paying the lowest of their estimate. They were very considerate and cleaned up after themselves including wearing booties inside our house as not to track mud inside. We will continue to use and recommend this company.

I have used a number of different plumbers over the years, but once I found [redacted] & Sons, I stopped looking. They are fast and professional. They charge considerably less than what I have paid for the same services with other plumbers. Brad and [redacted] arrived on time and after an initial consultation, went right to work. They encountered a couple of problems that were not initially apparent and took care of them swiftly. The cost was below the average that I had found by Googling the problem. Once the job was completed, they had me check it out to be sure it met my standards, then they set to work cleaning up any trace that they had been here. That is why I [redacted] always call [redacted] & Sons for my plumbing needs.

Phil and Cody were excellent. They explained what they were doing and followed up with detailed instructions and observations. Phil has done plumbing work for us before and all of his and his colleagues' work has been outstanding and well done. Plus they are all very nice people.
