in every area Phil and James, of Cody and sons excelled, they left work area cleaner then they were before the messy install! they are great communicators, and they explained what they would do and how long it would take..etc. they arrived promptly, and Phil gave an excellent price and then worked to discount the charge. Both Phil and James had great attitudes and a work ethic beyond reproach. I give them A ++++++ and 20 stars, at least!

I can positively say that after using both the plumbing side and the HVAC side of [redacted] & Sons, I fully recommended them, without reservation to friends and people in the Oak Cliff community especially. I am very satisfied with every employee I've had at my house as well as the schedule coordinator in the office. They are polite, efficient and a pleasure to have them close by if something comes up. They are extremely easy to schedule an appointment with on the internet. They have been extremely quick to respond to me and they've alway shown up on time the following day. Hat's off to Devon, the scheduler, who is prompt and will reply late at night and early in the morning as well to say when they are available. The plumbing and HVAC tradesmen that are assigned for me alway call in advance to let me know they are on their way. They have well equipped service trucks which keeps from unnecessary trips to a supply shop for parts or tools. It's a well organized company with good workmanship and a staff I'd be happy to have if I owned a similar firm. I am a huge believer in supporting small to medium size firms in Oak Cliff, especially with them being in business for 47 years and having family members continually through that time. It makes a difference. And finally, I also commend them on having a well run web site that allows for easy understanding of the company and an up to date communication element that so many firms don't remain progressive with. [redacted] & Sons will do future repairs and improvements at my home in N. Oak Cliff. They are an excellent and committed firm to best practices.

MIke called before arriving and showed up on time. He looked at the work needed done and gave us an estimate. He completed the work quickly and professionally. We are happy with the results. We had two sinks and a commode installed. Maybe a tad expensive but worth it.

He was on time and ready to get started which was helpful since there was a slab leak. Wanted to help with getting things accessable to be able to find the leak and get it repaired. Were very clean in getting their work done and informative as what was going on and letting me know what had to be done to get it repaired. They were very fair in their charges and performed the job very timely. This is the people and company that we all are looking for!

We were not getting any cooling due to a frozen coil in the air handler. Tony with Cody and Sons was able to come out the next morning, assessed our coil problem as well as a heat pump compressor with no freon and recommended replacement of the coil/air handler. He and his team of 4 skilled service men returned in 2 days to spend the entire day removing the old air handler and replacing it with a new one. They filled the compressor with freon and checked our entire heating and cooling system preparing it for summer. We think this is a great company. They respond quickly and arrive at the time they say they [redacted]. Tony thoroughly knows the air and heat business and can be trusted to give customers the very best.

I called Cody & Sons at 8:15, and they were here within an hour to fix my central air unit that had stopped cooling. Jeff was so honest in what he said and did. He thought I might have a freon leak and I agreed to an additive to stop the leak. It turned out there wasn't a leak. Jeff told me the truth and saved me a lot of money. I would use them again if the need arises, and I will recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

They did a great job. They were on time, respectful, and easy to work with.

These guys are great! I have used this company for over 30 years. They are so friendly and do excellent work.

We have used Cody & Sons Plumbing for a number of our rental properties. They are always prompt and professional. We have never had to call them back out for repeat service on the same issue. They are a little more expensive than others but since they always fix it right the first time, it actually saves money.

Prompted and friendly service. Been using Cody and Son' for several years and always solved my problems in my old house.

We have used [redacted] and Sons to fix several different plumbing problems. They are always courteous, professional, and most importantly, they solve the problem.

They were excellent, took care of the wood floors while working, very professional. They did great work. My only complaint is that they are very expensive.

Although it took 3 days to complete the job, I believe Mike with [redacted] & Sons did everything he could do to restore our water line. I appreciated the fact that I was told what the job would cost upfront. I paid $400 more because of the extra digging under the foundation that was required plus the more intricate repair that was required. I felt everyone involved from the company was professional in their tasks.

I already knew [redacted] & Sons were terrific plumbers, so decided to give their HVAC service a try when our master bedroom a/c went out in August. Jose called ahead, showed up on time, introduced himself on arrival, and got quickly to work. He diagnosed what turned out to be a simple problem and did not try to up sell me on unneeded parts or equipment. Turns out [redacted] & Sons HVAC service is just as reliable and honest e as their plumbing service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time I need HVAC service.

A very professional company! Had a problem with my brand new water filtration system and Mike came back three times after the initial installation to remedy the problems, not from the installation but from the Company I bought the system from. Everyone I spoke to and worked with at Cody and Sons were very understanding and patient, great qualities that all Businesses should follow.

Mark and Trevor provided the best service I have had from a vendor in a long time. They came early, took care of my plumbing issue and cleaned up before they left. Mark even looked at another plumbing problem I had and took care of that as well.
I would recommend Cody & Sons Plumbing and Mark and Trevor to anyone needed plumbing repairs/service. I will be using them again should I have any plumbing issues.
