We have exhausted all efforts on our part to get this done in a timely fashion for *** ***We have sought out the additional services of a Brokerage called Timeshare Closing Services, as they have extensive knowledge and experience of this resort and the closing procedures for this county and StateBecause of the timeframe and previous delays from the resort and county, we have decided to once again brokerage this transfer out so that we can get this closing expedited for all parties involvedThe documents will be resent to both parties involved so that the closing can finalizeIn Less Time Closings, LLC is paying for any and all additional fees at no cost to *** *** as courtesy and good faith to *** *** to show that we are trying to finalize the transfer properly

To whom it may concern,
After receiving this complaint I was in touch with *** *** and discussed some different options with him to resolve the issue at hand. We are completing the transfer of the INCORRECT deed OUT of *** *** name and transferring the agreed upon correct deed
to him and his wifeI have attached a copy of both deeds hereI am awaiting *** & *** *** to send back the signed and notarized deed so that I can record OUT of their names and transfer the new property into their names per our verbal agreement
As of today's date, the clients seem to be satisfied with my action taken

We have already explained to the client that we have the right to extend any contract, per the contract that he specifically signedAgain, it is all attached for you here to this letter
We are willing to do whatever to make the buyer happyWe will gladly refund his $*** Purchase Price, we will overnight the check to him and provide everyone with tracking numbersUnfortunately, as explained before, any transfer in the State of* *** undergoes a very long title transfer process due to all the legations of the transferNot only is a Title Company involved, but there are attorneys involved and the resort as well.
We will do whatever else we can to satisfy this buyer as we are still processing the transfer into his name per legal transfer requirements with the State of* ***

I have been working diligently on getting [redacted] to cooperate with me in the transfer processThey are telling both buyer and seller that they simply need a copy of the deed and check for transfer feeThis was all submitted to [redacted] from my office back on March 13, via USPS Certified Mail, tracking number [redacted] and was tracked to be delivered to the [redacted] property address on March 17, at 11:08AMI have written communication that I submitted to [redacted] requesting a status update on the transfer, but have received NO replyAdditionally, when I have called [redacted] DEEDING Department, they stated to me that they are not in receipt of my transfer package (attached)I explained that I followed their transfer procedures and protocol and that they are the problem here as they have seemed to have lost my transfer package including a checkWhen I spoke with them on 6/24/14- they promised to return my call within 24-hours after they try to track down the missing packageI have also followed up with the seller and Mrs[redacted] regarding this issue, and now they both understand the fault is not in my hands, its with Orange LakeI am continuing to work diligently on getting this transferred

I will accept the offer for a refund but I'm very disappointed with this company.  Their customer service is some of the worst that I've ever seen.  From looking at the complaints about this company I'm not the only one that has the same thoughts.  It is sad that they have a fairly high rating with the Revdex.com even though they have to keep settling with people instead of doing what they should do and close a timeshare timely for people.

Please be aware that the buyer's refund check was requested the same day that he received notification from [redacted] that his resort of purchase was choosing to exercise their Right of First Refusal, meaning that they are taking the...

property back directly. Unfortunately, [redacted] was out of the office due to a severe family medical emergency and the check sat in her possession for the week that she was out of town. The check has been issued and nonetheless is being mailed to the buyer.
 
We apologize for the delay, however, it was out of our control with what happened to his closing agent.

I wanted to let you know that I, unfortunately, was not made aware that the situation regarding your file transfer/purchase had not been resolved yet.
So first and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the entire mess and inconvenience and the total lack of communications from my title agents. This has been an ongoing issue, and to be perfectly honest, the agent that was handling your transfer is no longer with our company due to the Customer Service issues at hand. 
I have went ahead and prepared the Deedback myself to help correct the issue. 
Please find attached a deed transferring the property back OUT of your names so that we can correct the chain of title issue and make sure that you are satisfied in the end.
Please take this deed to a local Notary Public and sign the deed in front of them along with two (2) witnesses. Please return the ORIGINAL directly to me at:

Although in the business of title search, we are now learning that the title to a timeshare we are trying to sell if 'CLOUDED' and we are trying to track down people who show on title to clear this up.
Also, all the paperwork used the wrong year (our fault for not noticing...... but...... what is the standard of a 'professional'?)

We will be more than happy to submit payment in the amount of $[redacted] to the buyer to satisfy his needs. A check will be cut and sent immediately to [redacted].
