Hello, I'm so sorry to hear about what happened to your MOTO Z Droid! We design our cases specifically to prevent this kind of incident, so it's very disappointing to hear from a customer that's had an experience like thatWe've designed our cases to be as protective as possible, and we do
test all of our cases to make sure they stand up to the kind of abuse we advertise on the packagingHowever, there are many different forces that come into play in any drop that we can't test or design forThings like the speed of the fall, to the angle of the landing, whether the phone hit anything on it's way to the ground, whether there was direct impact to the screen when it landed, and even previous drops that didn't cause visible damage to the phone can affect whether or not your phone survives. Because of all of these factors which are out of our control, we're not able to offer any type of device warrantyHowever, we do offer a warranty on the case itself, and we'd be more than happy to replace that case with any other case in our line, or any other product of roughly equal valueIf you'd like to try a different case, or any other Incipio product, please let us now and we'll be more than happy to arrange that replacement for you.I really wish I had better news for you!
