 Thank  you for your correspondence and assistance with my complaint.  Incipio Corporation has answered my original complaint and resolved the issue by sending me a replacement product.   So because they have resolved my issue I had and this is the desired outcome I no longer have a complaint with that company so you may close the complaint D [redacted].thank you for your assistance.regards,[redacted]

After I filed a complain to Revdex.com. They immediately contacted and asked my shipping information and the case photo again. I sent them and SKU#. They emailed me back saying they don't have the same model so they will replace different model in same value. I emailed them which model I'd like. Revdex.com sent email of saying I should respond within a week so I responded. However, since then they stop contacting me. It was Jan 6th that I sent email. According to them, it will take 2-4 days to process however, I haven't heard anything since then. I emailed them again Jan 14th but no reply. I'd like immediate replacement. Review: I purchased my phone case charger for my Galaxy S5 September/October 2014 at Walmart in Hawaii. It worked fine for a few months and then it stopped working. I called the company, they sent me to their website to fill out the RMA form, return merchandise something. I have filled it out numerous times. I called the company MANY times, talked to a female and male. They both promised they would take care of it. First they said they never received my information. I re-submitted it more than one time. On one occasion the female said she would submit the info for me. I don't know why the repetition. I can't tell you how many times I've called to no avail, as recently as last week three times. I left many messages.Desired Settlement: I told them I'm eligible for a new phone & don't know how to resolve this. It's going on 6 months since I purchased the item. If they agree to send the charger immediately I guess I'll just have to keep my phone. I think the better way to go is for them to give me a credit so when I purchase my new phone, whenever that is, they can send me a replacement charger to fit it. Since I've had such a hard time for a resolution I don't know the best way. I really don't trust them after all this.

Review: Incipio Wallet Case - Black also called the folio case. I bought this case from my local tmobile store less than two months ago. The case fell apart in less than this time. First the strap that holds the case closed started ripping. The leather started coming apart. Also the actual plastic case will not hold the phone in it anymore.Desired Settlement: The cost of the case was $44.99. I would like to recieve a full fund of the cost of the item plus the 7.5% tax I paid on it.

Review: Ordered item #[redacted] an accessory for Kindle Voyage on 12/25/15. Received incorrect item [redacted] made for a Kindle Fire on 1/4/16. Contacted customer service via1-800-733-0088 on 5 occasions leaving 2 messages, emailed customer support numerous times, as well as filled out and submitted their RMA form and haven't gotten a single response. When I called customer support it tells you are in line to speak with help and sends you straight to automated voice mail. Emails are replied back with auto-generated responses stating they will contact you within 24 hrs. I ordered the correct item, it states it on my online receipt as well as packing slip in box with product, business sent me the incorrect item and now won't respond to return or exchange.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund and free return shipping as I am in no fault of my own. I do not want any more products from this company.

Review: Sept.15th,2014 , I purchased a cell phone case from Incipio. It came with a 1 year guarantee .About 2 weeks ago it starting tearing and continues to do so. I have called and left 4 messages at [redacted] over the past week and half and filled out an RMA Authorization request. They do not respond. I have explained in my messages all I want is the defective product replaced because I really love the case. It's my second one to I have owned. The first one had no problems ever. The first one was stolen with my phone. I have to admit I work in customer service for my work company 13 1/2 years and have never had this happen to me. I am so surprised that they will not respond at all. This phone case cost me $30 plus over night shipping for another $20. Not responding is not standing behind your guarantee or product.Desired Settlement: I would like a new case shipped over night at there expense or a full refund for the cost of the case and the over night shippng.

Review: Bought the stowaway/kickstand case for my Iphone 6s Plus. The kickstand does not hold the phone up, it just opens up and falls flat. As for the stowaway compartment for credit cards, it wont close completely due to space being too small for cards. I have tried to contact the company by email and phone to return and obtain a refund but I have not received one singel email back except for the automated one and when I call, I am sent to voicemail. I have left a voicemail and have not received a call back. I have tried different extensions and phone just rings and rings.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me with instructions on how to return and obtain my full refund.

Review: Incipio does not stand behind it's product. I attempted to get a replacement for a warranty registered broken iPhone case. The company has a policy of not covering it's products that are sold on eBay. Do not buy Incipio products from anyone who is not an "authorized reseller". Of course now I realize that there would be no coverage for damage to the phone as warranty states due to the "Deep Discount" purchase. Glad my phone still works. I wonder how often this warranty scam has been going on. Would an [redacted].com purchase also void the warranty?Thank you Revdex.com for the help. I hope they come through with their courtesy replacement. I had no idea this would become an issue, and I may start sharing the information of this scam widely.

Review: I purchased an Incipio iphone5s waterproof case .I went in a 4 foot deep pool with my phone in my pocket being that the max was 8 or 9ft deep. I came out the water checked my phone and it had a wet bubble inside allowing my iphone5s to get damaged . Next step I took was removing the case off the phone and testing it to see where the water damage came from. The leak was located on the camera lens part of the case.After seeing that I then called the Incipio company to see what actions will they take in order to repair or send me a new phone because of the faulty in there product . I was then given an address to send my phone to and was promised a new phone by [redacted] .I then send my phone to the address given .Two days after my phone was sent I received an email stating a contact card ,which I thought was a late being that it has already been sent . Two weeks passed and still I had received no phone or have been contacted . I called back and was told I will receive a call which I never received .Then I asked for a supervisor and was directed to someone named [redacted] . She had told me they will send me an email which I also never received . I was given the runaround for 2 weeks saying that there was no sup available .I was able to get a hold of a sup named [redacted] at first she said there was a breach of contract within there company which is the reason I haven't gotten a phone and then told me she can't get a phone for me .I threaded to take legal action . She then said she will speak to management and accounting to see what can be done and gave me her number. I was ignored for a whole week . Then she picked up asked how much I paid for it and said its worth 300 when I actually paid 800 because it was purchased on an installment plan . Since then they have been telling me the same exact thing. They are giving me the runaround and it's been going on for the a month and a 1/2 .Now I still owe at&t for the bill , have no phone , and have lost out on a lot of work because I cant get contacted .Desired Settlement: Due to the fact that because of there faulty product , I will need a new iphone5s , My bill paid for as well as compensation for work lost due to Incipio . It is a very big disappointment .

Review: I bought a cell phone case from Office dept on 11/1/15 and two months later the case broke. They have 1 year warranty so I emailed their customer service. I only received automated email to tell me they will process. I waited 24 hours and I contacted them again butI received the same automated email. I called their customer service and again they only had automated message. They have 24 hours response policy. If they consider automated email as 24 hours response, no one will ever receive proper answer from them.

I would like them to answer me and exchange my cell phone case.
