Review: 3 same model replacements have been made. All 3 replacements have failed. requested an upgraded model with the option to pay the difference but they refused. requested a refund and they still refuse.Desired Settlement: accept 1 of the above requests.

Review: The ClamCase pro I purchased in May 2015 which had a one year warranty stopped holding a charge, rendering it useless. I attempted to get it serviced through all support channels of this company, leaving voicemails, filing support tickets and completing an RMA request. Never once did the company acknowledge any request I made. At this point, I've still not heard from this company. This company is unethical in its practices. I've contacted Amazon suggesting they no longer represent this product either. After paying $170 for a product and having it fail within months, I find it appalling they don't stand by the 'support' claims they make.Desired Settlement: Replace unit with a functional unit.

Review: Well I purchased this case with my brand new Note 4 when I signed up for Sprint service about 3 weeks ago. My phone dropped this past Sunday and the "excellent shock absorption" phone case did nothing to protect my phone. Not to mention, the camera lens sticks out just a little bit further than the case itself. Just enough so that if it were to say drop on the back...the camera lens is the first thing that is touching. So needless to say, my brand new $700 phone is now broken and I had to I had to go through the insurance that (luckily) the salesman talked me into to get a replacement device. That was $200. Oh, and they sent me a like new refurbished phone to boot. So now im stuck paying $900 for 2 weeks of a new phone and now a used phone. I have contacted Incipio directly to advise of their flaws regarding this particular case and to request a refund, however, I was informed by a lovely lady names [redacted] that they would not be issuing a refund but they would happily process as a warranty replacement. well its not the case thats broke its my $700 phone that your case failed to provide any protection for. [redacted] didnt even mention the fact that their product has serious design flaws. Maybe because they know about it and fail to do anything to correct it. I tried to go through Sprint who sold me this hunk of junk but they only have a 14 days return policy and this happened on day 16. They recommended going through the manufacturer since it is design flaw that I am complaining about. Well again, manufacturer wants nothing to do with it hence why I am now going through the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Refund of $29.99 purchase price plus 6% Florida sales tax ($1.79) and I will GLADLY return the product back to manufacturer at my cost.

Review: I purchased an Incipio phone case on 10/11/16, and it is falling apart.. The box in which the case was sold states it has a one-year warranty. I tried getting the warranty honored at the [redacted] store where I bought it, but was told I have to deal directly with Incipio. I have been trying to reach someone at Incipio to find out how I can get a replacement. I have been using three options they offer - 1) I submitted an online RMA request via their website along with the sales receipt, 2) have sent an email to the customer service email address they list on their website 3) have called and left messages at the customer support phone number they provide on their website. All I have received so far is an an email dated 12/29/16 in which they give me my RMA number which is [redacted]. In that email they stated my request is under review.Desired Settlement: Replacement for the black Incipio Stowaway Case for iPhone 6S Plus OR a refund for the $40 cost plus $2.40 tax.
