I am an attorney with a regional practice in central Florida I would like to first say that this review is completely unsolicited and I felt compelled to share my outstanding experience with InCorp because of how beneficial they have been to me and to my law practice
Earlier this year, I decided to expand my corporate and business law practice and offer an entity-management service in lieu of single transactions to my own clients In renovating my offerings, I decided to cease acting as registered agent for my clients and to outsource this to a service provider This also included outsourcing the registered agent service for my own business entities and those of my family, friends, and colleagues which I manage
I looked at various offerings but focused on providers who could offer nationwide service due to the popularity of entities in Nevada, Wyoming, and Delaware (among others) The most popular service providers nationwide appear to be CT Corporation, Corporation Service Company, and National Registered Agents, Inc These companies all offer comparable service although their pricing varies
I came across a review online that identified InCorp Services, Incas an up and coming player in the RA industry When I checked them out, they were priced toward the low end (which makes a big difference when you have many entities and a book of business) and had implemented a revolutionary entity management software platform/portal that just blows away the competition They are based in Nevada (surprise, surprise!) and have a registered office in all states
I hired InCorp Services, Incfor my first entity in June of this year (2014) I have not been disappointed They are very responsive, customer service-wise, and since I do not use their "filing" service but rather prepare my own documents, they are super accommodating with receiving packages which require their signature and then immediately forwarding to the secretary of state Of course, we include postage paid envelopes so as not to impose additional costs on them (given that they are already priced very reasonably) When something needs to be done or you ask a question, you get a single point of contact for the action to work with until complete We had a time sensitive rejected Florida filing (my own mistake, left something out of articles of amendment) that they assisted with and were very helpful in making sure that my overnight package was handled and processed same-day
InCorp also has a bank of forms that is VERY impressive for Nevada and Wyoming entities (the most popular) and appears as if they are expanding it to other states as well They also have a tickler system and a event tracking system that is outstanding All I have to do is translate their notes onto our entity calendar and voila! No more deadline calculations and research They also have a technology called "EntityWatch" which gives you immediate notification by e-mail when the status of an entity changes with the state I was very pleased to get an e-mail notifying me when my filings went live with the Secretary of State and when certain required actions were marked "complete"! (Especially for Nevada, where the state is slooowww!)
I should also mention that InCorp scans and archives all documents received and have a mail forwarding service should you require it
The best part of it all is that I can file a client's entity and manage it through the portal If the client prefers, it can be filed under a new account and they can manage it I don't know if access to an entity can be shared between more than one account, but if so, that would really be killer
Overall, this is a stellar company that I highly recommend, especially for attorneys who want a central repository for managing their clients' entities It is so convenient, the $you might not earn for acting as a registered agent for your client is very well spent I now recommend using InCorp to all of my clients just to have the peace of mind that not only do they have a registered agent that focuses on just that, but that their registered agent is closely hooked in with their corporate attorney

Incorp Services is a great companyThey are very fast and efficient and not to mention very nice to talk to

Be very cautious entering into any relationship with Incorp Services, which is actually based in Nevada I used them as I was a non-Virginia corporation doing business in the state of Virginia - which is one of the markets they try to take advantage of
They lure you in with the promise of year free but know that they will take advantage of you with poor service and when it is time to end your relationship with them, they will hit you with fake fees and charges trying to get every penny out of you
The poor service I experienced was that the State of Virginia mailed me a letter on September 4th, yet INCORP didn't scan and email the letter to me until October 15th When I called them to discuss this, they made excuses of "Oh, well we are dependent on the US Postal Service and records have to be uploaded into our system" - it was a very important letter from the State with respect to revocation - so the fact that I received it weeks late was horrible service and I disagree with all of their excuses
On the fees, since this corporation ended up being revoked, INCORP still wanted to hit me with fees - in their words, "to remove ourselves as the Registered Agent" I called the Virginia SCC and spoke with a rep who said that since the corporation is revoked, "INCORP is no longer considered the Registered Agent" Upon telling this to INCORP their answer was "The person at the State is incorrect." and of course they insisted on their fees
In summary, I would recommend you avoid INCORP Services, especially for the State of Virginia It's ironic because you're paying this company to effectively receive your mail when I'm sure they have nothing more than a P.Obox set up in Virginia and someone checks it once a month There's no way it should take weeks to receive a letter Avoid this company because they will lure you in with "free year" and then hit you on the backside with fee after fee after fee

InCorp's chat service is easy to use and the representatives are very helpfulThey stand by their price match guarantee as wellNothing but good things to say

Incorp is also now helping with the voluntary withdrawal of one of my entities- and working with them has been seamless
