We filed our annual report with the State of Nevada on 8/31/16 as required using InCorp's proprietary website but the State of Nevada, for some reason, decided not to process annual reports that were in their pipe line on 8/31/16, so they shut their system down, causing our annual report to miss the filing deadline. InCorp, recognizing that we had filed on time using their system, refiled our annual report with the State of Nevada and paid the late penalties for us. We appreciated that excellent customer service very much. [redacted].

Extremely easy process. Vivana has been a tremendous help in facilitating the foreign entity certification for several states for my business.

Not user friendly for non-profits. I get an email reminder of my invoices but when I go to click on the link it says "ID number not valid" or "Name is not found in database". Finally found out that non-profits are not able to use the link that goes out in the email reminders. That doesn't do me any good.

I worked with Kai [redacted] He was easily accisible by phone or email and provided courteous and expedient assistance. A pleasure to work with.

I purchased 1 yr of service before I had even formed my LLC and due to various reasons, I never formed the LLC. I called back within a few days and Incorp refused to return my $75 payment even though they did not provide any service and will not be providing any service. I will be going elsewhere for registered agent service if the need arises again.

Just want to take a couple minutes to share the great experience I've had with InCorp. We've been a client for more than 4 years and there have been no bad experiences in all that time. Their website is easy to use but there are also representatives available when I want or need to speak with a live person. Representatives always provide prompt and knowledgeable answers to my questions. [redacted] is my Account Executive and she frequently goes above and beyond to help me and answer questions. I appreciate the service you guys provide and the way in which you provide it. Keep up the good work!

I have done business with InCorp for 10 years. The company has always done a great job. They are responsive, helpful and courteous. I appreciate receiving reminders when something is due for an LLC. By the way, I had attorneys set up two LLCs and I used the services of InCorp on a third one. The company did all that attorneys did and at far less cost.

I've had only one problem in the 10 years with InCorp--they forgot to invoice me for the annual fees for one of our LLCs. I contacted them and they worked through the issue quickly and professionally.
