Our company has worked with Incorp for quite some time and have repeatedly used their services to file in many states. The staff is very professional and requests are processed in a timely manner. Overall, a great company to work with!

Our company has been using Incorp for approximately seven years. We've consistently received excellent service and follow-up anyone involved with our account. I receive several calls a month from competitors asking us to switch - those calls always end with a definitive "no way"!

For how big this company is, they do an amazing job with customer service. When you call, a human actually picks up and directs your phone call....When you email someone, they get back to you within a day. It's pretty incredible that a company this big can stay in tune with the value of old school customer service. Love it!

Stay away from this company! They charged my credit card without my authorization and will not refund my money.

INCORP has been my registered agent for my Florida corporation for many years. When I signed up with them, $99 per year was the going rate, but now competitors are charging $49 per year. I asked INCORP if they would match that to keep me as a customer, and was very pleased that they immediately agreed. Good customer service, thank you!

InCorp has been very friendly and helpful with anything I have need assistance with.

InCorp customer service is amazing and the processing team was able to work what seemed like magic I needed to authorize an LLC to operate in a different state, and asked if it could be turned around in a few hours for a process that usually takes days or weeks. By coordinating with agents in two different states to retrieve company documents, share them with colleagues across the country, and then file them that day in person they were able to get the certificate of good standing that I needed by the afternoon. They also saved me more than $500 in expediting fees that an individual would normally need to spend with the state. Diana on the customer service team was in touch with me throughout the day to update me on progress and was extremely polite and professional. I have used InCorp as my registered agent for a couple years prior to this last interaction, and their online entity management system is best-in-class and they make it very easy to manage entities and filings.

They can't answer to any question, and they stole money from me two times:
- They charged me twice for international shipping (125usd), and they refused to pay back the second one.
- 1 year later they charged me through my credit card without my permission for their "services". (153usd)
