Croc Blitzens are never in stock for my wifeThis has been an issue for years nowWhen I call to ask when they will be in stock, I am never advised that the Blitzen has been discontinued but rather that it will be in stock soon The Blitzen was incredible footwear, but I can't imagine doing business with Crocs when they won't just level with me

I purchased Crocs products through Crocs [redacted] website on Aug night The price was $CAD for pairsI purchased pairsFew hours later, the price dropped to $CADI emailed the customer service and it replied to me "As It’s stated on the sales’ details “Not valid on previous purchases'I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused." I could not find where it state such a statement (I would like to really know where it is located), and also, the Crocs [redacted] clearly states on FAQ that any price change within days of purchase will be adjusted, unless it's a final sale- and the products I purchased were not final same products This is clearly Crocs taking advantage of the [redacted] consumers who do not have physical stores to return the products, and who are charged for returns after only minutes of purchase! I cannot accept a simple line saying "I am sorry but we have made exceptions for your purchase so you will not have price adjustments." If you set the

Crocs recently had a discount code for their "Classic Clogs" which made the price $when applied This code was seemingly a celebration for years of CrocsThe day after I purchased these crocs, I received an e-mail saying that my order had been cancelled Apparently, Crocs' promotional codes had spread over the internet, and the codes were "duplicated and unauthorized"(from the e-mail from Crocs) However, the [redacted] Terms of Use does not inlclude any language indicating Crocs reserves the right to cancel orders, for any reasonAdditionally, the e-mail Crocs sent to all who used this discount code stated that the spread of these duplicated and unauthorized codes was the fault of Crocs and not the consumersThe e-mail also contained a promotional code for 40% off of a purchase from their website (with some restrictions), which leads my brother to believe that Crocs intentionally distributed the codes purposefully in order to gain attention and free advertising for Crocs'

On Sunday May 21, 2017, my wife and I attempted to purchase Crocs through the Crocs websiteWe utilized a coupon code my wife found on a deal spotter website The coupon was supposedly good for a cent pair of regular Crocs sandals We tried the code on a lark and it went through, with a confirmation email in response Within two (2) days, we received cancellation emails with the statement that the code was for employees and could not be honored by the company At this point, I had no problem with Crocs's actions, as I stressed to company representatives repeatedly- they were well within their rights to cancel the orders based on the unauthorized or illegal actions of an employee or their family member I was concerned, however, that our credit card information and contact information was in the Crocs computer system After several online chats and contact with [redacted] , I was advised that they had no access to the information and that it went through a third party I

HelloI emailed last week because a pair of shoes I bought shrunk just from heat in my car! I was informed there was a warranty and I would need proof of purchaseAll I did was ask the person what to do if I no longer have proof of purchase and was literally told there was nothing else she could do! Not everyone keeps receipts and the like but your shoes should not shrink just by having them in the car! My youngest daughters did the exact same thing and I didn't even realize heat shrinks them! I was a fan of your company but this is AWFUL!!!

I purchased pairs of crocsWhen they arrived they were both to smallWithin the package was a return/ exchange labelI filled it out and sent the package backI returned the package on October 13, On November 20th, I will had not received my exchanged itemsI have been emailing with them back and forthI sent them a copy of my return label, provided by themIt is now January 6, and I still do not have my two pairs of crocs I sent back on October 13, They told me I did not return/ exchange correctly but I sent the package back with their label, so I’m not sure how I did it incorrectlyThey are telling me they have no idea where my exchange is and that it could take 2-months, when it has already been 1/months How do they not know where my order is when I have provided them with the label in which they rprovided to me should I need to return/ exchange the itemsThey have not offered ANY support or ANY type of resolution!

Dear Crocs Customer service, I would like to share our disappointing experience with Crocs Factory oulet in [redacted] **We bought a pair of Crocs for my son a few months ago at the above location as there was a sale going on As the weather gets warmer, he started to wear his cros in the past couple of weeksTo our surprise, it broke and the teacher brought to our attention saying it could be dangerousWe went back to the store yesterday and the store sales saying they can not do anything with itThe shoe is very much new and no wear or tear to itIt is just the hole holding the strap is broken and the strap could easily escapeThis is clearly a quality issue, but the store refuses to take any responsibility to it We are deeply disappointed with the quality of the Crocs shoes and the attitude of the people at the store

I own several pairs of Crocs, all size 10WI recently purchased two pairs of Crocbands, also size 10W, and they are a full half-inch shorter than the other Crocs I own and I would like to exchange them for a larger sizeI chatted with a Crocs representative and was told that I could not exchange them, that I would have to return them and I would have to pay the return shippingThis is grossly unfair - why should I have to pay return shipping for Crocs that are half-inch shorter than the rest of the Crocs I own? They should exchange them with no questions askedI want the exact same Crocbands but in a larger size since the 10W is obviously made smaller I also wrote Crocs on 12/22/and received Crocs Case # [redacted] which said they would respond within 24-hours and never got a responseI wrote again on 12/28/and received Crocs Case #which once again they said they would respond within 24-hours and never got a responseI decided to report them to the Revdex.com sinc

There is a major flaw on my new bought CROCS brand shoes, at the outside edge of one shoe, it did not glue completely between the top and the bottom, and you can easily see an obvious gap in between as well. The other shoes had no problem. The worst thing is I found one foot looks apparently fatter than the other one when I wear them because of the severely asymmetric shape between them. I want a replacement, but there is no store near me, if I choose to mail to exchange, I will be charged $7 which is I am not expecting because this was really not my fault. After I contact the customer service, they said they didn't see from the picture, so I marked the crack in the picture and sent again, no reply. If there is nothing wrong with the shoes, why I waste time to exchange the same shoes? It is just a pair of shoes, not expensive, but the quality of the shoes and the customer service made me very uncomfortable.

We purchased the Sanrah sandals from Off Broadway shoe Warehouse in Great Mall Milpitas on 7/23/Soon after the purchase of the sandals the strap broke even though my wife did not use the pair very muchI am enclosing a picture of the broken strap and the store receipt The sandal broke right within a month of the purchase, however, we did not have time to contact customer service at that timewe spent $on this but my wife did not even get to wear it any more than 7-times

Crocs had a live promotion code to receive a pair of Classic Crocs for $They canceled the order
They should have to honor the price, when the item becomes available

I ordered one pair of crocs and I was charged twiceAfter waiting the weekend I had to hold for minutes to get an explanation that they charged me twice to make sure I had money and they would put it backThis should be illegalThis company has no right to charge me twice!

I purchased a pair of Kids' Baya Clog, along with a pair of Bayaband Clog, during Crocs' holiday doorbuster sale I found out that Crocs canceled my order on the Baya Clog when I checked the shipping status of my order On Dec 6, the company sent me an email with an exclusive offer for the same shoes but at a higher price I checked Croc's website to see if the Baya Clog was available in the same color and size that I had ordered during the doorbuster sale and it was I emailed Crocs' customer service, asking why they canceled my order for the Baya Clog, given that it was available on their website On Dec 9, Crocs sent me another email promoting the same clog at regular price Again, I checked their website to see if this shoe was available in the color and size I had ordered and it was As I am writing this review, the size of the Baya Clog I had ordered is no longer available On top of that, I have not received a response from their customer service department within their stated to hours This company's actions are pretty pathetic

On 23-Aug-I received notification that the above return RMA #*** on Order #*** had been received At the time I thought it outlandish to wait up to days for my refund of $ Little did I know that almost two months later...I would still be waiting!
On 26-Sep-I called to inquire why the refund had not been applied to my Crocs gift card After the person from customer service wasted my time trying to convince me that I should order another pair in a different size or try another style, she finally said that the program that applies credits to gift cards was not working and that she couldn't do it
When I questioned the whether that program had been inoperable for an entire month, she told me that I would be working soon and that the $would be applied within two weeks Well, here it is 15-Oct-(over two weeks) and the credit still has not been applied
Croc's ability to correctly process a refund is past disgraceful, pushing the l

I purchased a pair of shoes from crocs on 04/30/for the amount of $which was billed to my *** on 05/03/I did not like the shoes and returned the per the return policy
In June checked my card statement to see if the refund had been processed and was shocked to see that I had been charged another $I called customer service they said the refund was processing I also emailed the customer service rep and sent screenshots of both chargesI waited about a week and checked my statementstill both charges were thereI decided to take a different approach and emailed customer service telling them what had happened and that I needed to get a refund for both charges now
I checked my statement on 07/20/and it showed a pending transaction from crocs, but only oneTo my demise I checked the statement again and the pending transaction was another (a third) charge from Crocs in the amount of $I again emailed crocs and attached screnshots of the cha

Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for taking time to read my letterMy name is *** ***, I am an online buyer to CrocsI purchased three pairs of shoes at crocs.ca on February 17, and received a shipping notice on February I've been waiting for my package since thenSo far, it's nearly a month, I still have no clue where my package is!!
