I purchased two pair of Women’s Crocband™ IICinch Boot X Upon trying them on I realize their size were too small and therefore I tried their size II While I could get my foot in the they were pressed against my big toe When I tried to exchanged they had nothing at the time I was interested in receiving therefore I was offered a voucher and this was fine because it was my hope to eventually find something that would fit and I would be happy with
I used my voucher today HOWEVER, there still remain a sizeable balance of $that if I don't use will be forfeited I don't know about you but I work very hard for my money, I requested Crocs place the balance onto the original payment by which I purchased the items Both *** and *** * stated that there is no way for them to refund $onto my Visa, when my order is 2-years old This made no since to me given money never loses it viability

Hello, on Nov.6th I placed a order for black size clogs as a gift, I used my c/c and the shoes were $+ $tax free s/h...they came on TueNov 15th 2016...in the size but they were blue...I called the return deptand they emailed me a return label...by the way, there was no paper work AT ALL in the bag, and the very very nice young lady said it happen's a lot...the shoes were delivered to the address on the label days later on Nov 25th ...I waited until Monday the 28th and no refund I waited a few more day's and still no refundI emailed them and called and was told they don't have the shoes and today is Sat Dec 3rd and no refund,the same...its now weeks and no refund...I called and was told that they were closed on the Nov25th by one person BUT the second person say they DID get the shoes...I hope you can clear the *** up and have the return my FULL AMOUNT...I PAID FOR THE SHOES ON MY C/C THAT THEY HAVE ON FILE

We purchased the Sanrah sandals from Off Broadway shoe Warehouse in Great Mall Milpitas on 7/23/Soon after the purchase of the sandals the strap broke even though my wife did not use the pair very muchI am enclosing a picture of the broken strap and the store receipt
The sandal broke right within a month of the purchase, however, we did not have time to contact customer service at that timewe spent $on this but my wife did not even get to wear it any more than 7-times

I placed an order for pairs of shoes from Crocs on 3/I returned the shoes on 5/using the pre paid return label provided in the box by CrocsI contacted Crocs on 5/about the status of the refund and the representative said they had not received the packageShe stated I needed the return tracking label for them to manually refund it or I would have to wait the full 6-weeksI waited the full weeks and have yet to receive a refundI contacted customer service again on 7/asking about my refund they said they have not received the package and need a return tracking numberAs stated above I don’t have the return number and they shouldn’t provide a pre paid label if they don’t look to honor it as a returnI’ve never had a issue with any other company using the label provided

This place cancels orders after it has been placed citing that an unauthorized coupon has been used when they are the ones that provide itIt is clearly a form of advertisement to let someone purchase something and then cancel it later on when they feel like itIf it was an unauthorized coupon then the system would have rejected itBetter to avoid business practices like this

I recently ordered woman's crocs from you on April 11th/item # new mint green size I receive them a couple weeks laterThey were too small, so I returned them shortly afterI have not received my money back for these as yetAnd today is April 30th/

I called Crocs, Incto inquire about a shipment I was due to receive at a certain timeThroughout the process I had to call back and forth between Crocs and *** about my package about times with each company*** gave me all the information I needed and I was told they(***) just had to get information from CrocsA particular Crocs associate, Mariah , did not display good customer service during my entire callI had to call back(after hours of waiting )only to find out she was on breakWhen I spoke with Mariah again and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor she said they weren’t available but didn’t offer to give them my information for a follow upI have supported the Crocs company in the past , but not sure what will happen after this unacceptable service

I placed an order with Crocs for shoes The shipping option I choose read Economy 2-days I choose that option because that was plenty of time to get the shoes before the date I needed them When I recieved my shipping information from *** it gave my delivery date as days later I called Crocs and they claimed their Economy shipping is 5-buinsness daysWhen I told them it clearly says 2-days on my receipt and their website, they suggested I call *** *** told me, Crocs pays for 5-day shipping I called Crocs once again and was given the run around again with no solution Their website is deceiving If it had listed the correct shipping days I would have choose another option I dont think its right for them to lie to customers amd then refuse ro correct the problem Their deceitful website has cause me a lot of stress

I could not find where it state such a statement (I would like to really know where it is located), and also, the Crocs *** clearly states on FAQ that any price change within days of purchase will be adjusted, unless it's a final sale- and the products I purchased were not final same products

Crocs recently had a discount code for their "Classic Clogs" which made the price $when applied This code was seemingly a celebration for years of CrocsThe day after I purchased these crocs, I received an e-mail saying that my order had been cancelled Apparently, Crocs' promotional codes had spread over the internet, and the codes were "duplicated and unauthorized"(from the e-mail from Crocs) However, the *** Terms of Use does not inlclude any language indicating Crocs reserves the right to cancel orders, for any reasonAdditionally, the e-mail Crocs sent to all who used this discount code stated that the spread of these duplicated and unauthorized codes was the fault of Crocs and not the consumersThe e-mail also contained a promotional code for 40% off of a purchase from their website (with some restrictions), which leads my brother to believe that Crocs intentionally distributed the codes purposefully in order to gain attention and free advertising for Crocs'

There is a major flaw on my new bought CROCS brand shoes, at the outside edge of one shoe, it did not glue completely between the top and the bottom, and you can easily see an obvious gap in between as wellThe other shoes had no problemThe worst thing is I found one foot looks apparently fatter than the other one when I wear them because of the severely asymmetric shape between themI want a replacement, but there is no store near me, if I choose to mail to exchange, I will be charged $which is I am not expecting because this was really not my faultAfter I contact the customer service, they said they didn't see from the picture, so I marked the crack in the picture and sent again, no replyIf there is nothing wrong with the shoes, why I waste time to exchange the same shoes? It is just a pair of shoes, not expensive, but the quality of the shoes and the customer service made me very uncomfortable
