I paid online crocs company my money for shoes that I received on Oct and the shoes were to largei did not even try but one on in my chair then turned around and used the label they gave me and went to the USPS to return my shoes they received my crocs on Nov 3rd I have called for refund times and emailed them times and no one can help mei want a refund is all I askthey have told me that it is due to black Friday but thats a lot of black Fridays ago

I ordered from Crocs on 12/My order was to be delivered on 12/On 12/my package was in Harrisburg, PA and then transported to State College, PAState College is only minutes from my houseThe package sat there for days and then today on 12/has went from Washington to MontanaI called Crocs' customer service, and the man on the phone laughed when I told himHe said he has no idea why that happened and if he had to guess it was because the package was being transferred to the USPS for deliveryI have had several packages that get transferred to the USPS and I have never had this issueThat was all the information he could give meMy package is not scheduled until 12/nowHe never offered to refund me for the price I paid for shipping or did anything about my orderI was going to order another pair on there because they were having a good dealBut I didn't because I refuse to have this trouble againI am very upset with how long this is taking to get my servic

Dear Crocs Customer service,
I would like to share our disappointing experience with Crocs Factory oulet in *** *** *** **We bought a pair of Crocs for my son a few months ago at the above location as there was a sale going on As the weather gets warmer, he started to wear his cros in the past couple of weeksTo our surprise, it broke and the teacher brought to our attention saying it could be dangerousWe went back to the store yesterday and the store sales saying they can not do anything with itThe shoe is very much new and no wear or tear to itIt is just the hole holding the strap is broken and the strap could easily escapeThis is clearly a quality issue, but the store refuses to take any responsibility to it
We are deeply disappointed with the quality of the Crocs shoes and the attitude of the people at the store

I could write a book about my ongoing problems with Crocs, Inc First, I was never sent a complete order It took weeks of emailing to receive what I had paid in full for WEEKS!!! Then, of course - they don't even fit Since it took WEEKS for me to receive the shoes, the assigned return time had expired MORE WEEKS of emailing customer service who finally sent me a return label I carefully packaged - and thankfully, took pictures, of my return - but someone opened the box and only processed one of the three orders I will regret for the rest of my life placing an order with Crocs, Inc

I placed an order for Crocs sandals pairs in turquoise size Kadee II Flip Flop The order status in their website still shows it is not shipped and they are still “processing” I got an email saying they HAVE shipped, with tracking number The tracking number shows NO information So someone is lying

Croc Blitzens are never in stock for my wifeThis has been an issue for years nowWhen I call to ask when they will be in stock, I am never advised that the Blitzen has been discontinued but rather that it will be in stock soon
The Blitzen was incredible footwear, but I can't imagine doing business with Crocs when they won't just level with me

I have been trying for weeks to resolve a warranty issue I was speaking with *** *** who was setting up my new shoes, when all of a sudden she disappeared I again, started all over told the whole story again and tried to resolve NOTHING I wrote an email to the croc cust service email and spoke with a manager, *** and he said he would help me finally get the issue resolved and replace my defective flip flops again, I have heard nothing I want someone to find all of my emails related to this issue and help me resolve this return and replacement I have never seen such horrific customer service

I own several pairs of Crocs, all size 10WI recently purchased two pairs of Crocbands, also size 10W, and they are a full half-inch shorter than the other Crocs I own and I would like to exchange them for a larger sizeI chatted with a Crocs representative and was told that I could not exchange them, that I would have to return them and I would have to pay the return shippingThis is grossly unfair - why should I have to pay return shipping for Crocs that are half-inch shorter than the rest of the Crocs I own? They should exchange them with no questions askedI want the exact same Crocbands but in a larger size since the 10W is obviously made smaller
I also wrote Crocs on 12/22/and received Crocs Case #*** which said they would respond within 24-hours and never got a responseI wrote again on 12/28/and received Crocs Case #which once again they said they would respond within 24-hours and never got a responseI decided to report them to the Revdex.com sinc

I purchased pairs of crocsWhen they arrived they were both to smallWithin the package was a return/ exchange labelI filled it out and sent the package backI returned the package on October 13, On November 20th, I will had not received my exchanged itemsI have been emailing with them back and forthI sent them a copy of my return label, provided by themIt is now January 6, and I still do not have my two pairs of crocs I sent back on October 13, They told me I did not return/ exchange correctly but I sent the package back with their label, so I’m not sure how I did it incorrectlyThey are telling me they have no idea where my exchange is and that it could take 2-months, when it has already been 1/months
How do they not know where my order is when I have provided them with the label in which they rprovided to me should I need to return/ exchange the itemsThey have not offered ANY support or ANY type of resolution!
