Our company only sells Inherent and any additional products that may have been purchased would be from a separate company. Please advise Mrs. [redacted] to get in touch with that company directly as we hold no affiliation with any other products. Our records indicate that we issued a cancellation to Mrs. [redacted]’s account on 3/1/2017 when she contacted customer service. Mrs. [redacted] was placed on hold for a brief moment before the line was unexpectedly disconnected. Our agents attempted to follow up the following day to settle the account but were unable to get through to Mrs. [redacted]. A refund was then issued for the full amount of $89.85 that was charged to Mrs. [redacted] after the trial period had ended. Refunds may take up to 5-7 days to be processed and Mrs. [redacted] should expect to see this reflected in her billing statement. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their response is a flat out lie. The company refused my refund several times both when I called and via email, and only sent me a partial refund after making a complaint with you. The YS Cream must be something that they sell or are associated with since I made the order through their website and checked out with both the cream and the serum in my cart. In fact, their system would not let me proceed without buying both items, and since they each appeared to cost $4.99, I had no problem with that. Also when I called the two representatives I spoke to knew what cream I was talking about, and said nothing about it not being a product that they sell. This company is using fraudulent practices to trick customers into signing up for this "monthly membership" and it's really not right.

Since a cancellation was was not provided within the 14 day trial period, there was an attempt to charge $89.85 to her account, however the charge was declined by the credit card company. Our company hasn’t taken any further actions to collect the money, nor do we have any intentions of doing so. In addition,, the account has been cancelled from any further billings or shipments.  Please relay this message to Ms. [redacted] and let us know if you have any further questions or concerns at [redacted] or [redacted].

The cost of our product is $89.85 and the credit card statement descriptions listed within the complaint do not belong to our company. As per terms of the agreement, the recurring subscription would take in effect after the 14 day trial period if there wasn’t a cancellation notice provided and thus lead to the additional shipments and charges. During the call, it was apparent that Ms [redacted] was not satisfied with the charges in which we issued a partial refund in the total amount of $76.36. However, in an effort to resolve the matter, we will be  issuing a total refund in the amount of $103.34. [redacted] Response: The company did not address the order [redacted] to cancel the Shark Tank approved eye cream. I did not even press a button to order this one....it just added itself to the original order with the order number [redacted]. I was also charged $4.95 (again). The first order cancellation was refunded but the 2nd was not. How can they advertise that this product is one of Shark Tank's most sought after....what a rip.And the time I called their customer service number, I did only receive other 'offers' & to press 1 for that offer or to continue to hold the line for an inherent beauty customer rep. The number of 'offers' that I had to listen to was more than 10 --- then I hung up.
