Please disregard the previous response.Thank you for mediating this complaint in regards to our customer Ms. [redacted]. Our company offers a 14 day trial program where customers get to try our product completely free within the 14 day trial period. Before customers can commit to the offer, they must confirm and acknowledge the terms of service before continuing. For more information, please visit our website at tryinherent.com.The complaint specify's that no product was not received, however we sent shipments within the following dates and were confirmed delivered through the official USPS website at www.[redacted].com with the following tracking numbers. Furthermore, our company did issue a refund in the amount of $89.85 on 2/20/2017 when Ms [redacted] contacted our offices and was dissatisfied with the trial program. 12/26/2016#[redacted]2/9/2017#[redacted]In order to come to a resolution, we will be issuing a refund for the remaining charge that was debited after the trial period in the amount of $89.85. Please allows 3 to 5 business days for the funds to clear. Please Advise Ms. [redacted] that any issues related to the product YS cream must be handled their company directly.According to our records, Ms [redacted] emailed our company on 12/1/2016 and contacted our offices the following day regarding the issue with the purchase. Our team resolved the issue 12/2/2016 and followed up on within the email confirming that the issue had been resolved. Our return policy states that any automatic shipment within 30 days of it's original processed date is refundable through a provided returns authorization (RMA). The initial trial shipment, however is non refundable past the 14 day trial period. Our customer service team understood that Ms. [redacted] was unsatisfied with the outcome and thus issued a full refund in the amount of $89.85 as of 12/2/2016. This amount should have already reflected within Ms [redacted]’s account. Furthermore, the recurring subscription was discontinued as of 12/2/2016.We hope this information helps. The initial cost of $4.95 is used in order to ship the product to the customer. Normally this cost is non refundable, however, we will issue a refund for the full amount as of today. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect within the account.There was another issues mentioned within the complaint that our main customer service phone number 888-239-5985 wasn’t working  however we had our telecommunications company reviewed the status of our phone line and there were no issues that appeared during the time of contact from [redacted] This number is strictly used for customer service, and we do not use any pre recorded messages for different offers.We hope this information helps. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I did not receive the product until the 21st of April.  I was understanding that the trial basis started the day I received the product.  I also understood that I paid $4.95 for the trial product.  It has not worked for me and I stopped using it on May 1st.  I have boxed it up and mailed it back to Inherent and they should received it today.  Therefore, I think they should credit my account.  Period!!  The product is a come on and these people put huge names on it to further their business.
