The issue is that I no longer have the card information they haveI have the same account but had to get a new number because of the [redacted] scandel issues So I messaged them back when I recieved the invoice (for $0.00) on my old card but have yet to hear backSo though I'm glad they finally took the action to refund the money, they don't have the proper information to refund it to meAnd all responses are public so I cant just GIVE them my new card information Regards, [redacted]

I recently bought a Cartel Ink T shirt for my husband and after one washing I hung it to dry and noticed a lot of the white ink used for the screen print had come off of the shirtSince the shirt had been washed once I was unable to return it however find the product to be defective After multiple emails between Arielle and myself she advised me to contact the brand on my own as she was unable to get an answer from their "warehouse"

I have worked in customer service/care my entire lifeNever, have I EVER, seen such poor customer service The Taco Bell I managed had way more customer service
I placed and received my order just fine, unfortunately I needed the next size up So I emailed the Customer Service email, and got a reply that I had to pay for my own return but that if I put my order number and what I needed to be done, they would take care of it So ok, not horrible, I can print up my own label I shipped the return/exchange and it arrived to their Returns Center on 2/**/ I waited until 2/**/to make contact because I had not received a new tracking number or even confirmation that the product had shipped out, I left voice messages, once on the ***, ***, and *** and I had sent emails out on the *** and the *** Not a single response Finally, I reached out to their *** page, seeing it said they 'typically reply instantly' I thought 'awesome, we can get this taken care of' I did get in contact with someone through *** who issued me a refund of my first order in the form of a gift card so I could replace my order, however, going to the next size up, the price went up, and would leave me paying for shipping, yet again So I explained the situation to them, and kindly asked if I could get shipping reimbursed as well for this second transaction, from then on, they had read the messages, but not responded to anything As sad as it makes me to say this, I most likely will never order from them again

I purchased two items from the Inkedshop this past December One of the items was too small, a pull over hoodie and the second item a large rose necklace turned out to be a bit too big for my wives taste Both items were packaged back up in the same box and returned I received confirmation that the box was in fact del A few days after the box was delivered I received a credit to my account in the amount of the hoodie I contacted customer service and after three emails and two phone calls I get a response that basically said the necklace didn't show up with the hoodie and was it possible that I forgot to ship that item back Are you kidding me! You are basically calling me a thief without flat out saying it Take the box I gave you, put the sweater in it and weigh it If it is less then the shipping receipt that I have states it should be, then that should tell you there were more items in the box then what you are accounting for! I do not have your necklace and only want my money back

[redacted] made an order on 1/*/2016. We cannot accept an order without the customer clicking "process order". It's impossible. If that was the case....we would have numerous complaints...

That is simply not the case as the price is displayed at checkout. All in all, [redacted] saw the price, then clicked Process Order. All of the information that I have provided is accurate. [redacted] is allowed to send the item back for a full refund. [redacted] Please let me know if you have any questions at all.

Do NOT buy anything from this company.Their customer service STINKS, and you will NEVER actually get to talk to a real live person. I bought a backpack on a Thursday for close to $50. Then the very next day, not even 24 hours later, the backpack went on sale for $10 less. I immediately started calling their customer service line to get an adjustment, a store credit, or the amount put back on my credit card. They NEVER answered the phone, or returned my phone call after leaving many messages. I finally did receive an email saying I COULD NOT get the backpack at sale price bc I used a coupon code. I NEVER USED A COUPON CODE for the item, I paid FULL PRICE. Well, this nonsense went back and forth a few times with no results. I also ordered a shirt. 3 days after I bought it, I got an email saying that I need to "hurry up and buy the shirt", they will not keep it in my "cart" any longer. I had the email with my purchase information, and I took a screen shot of it. I sent it to them, asking what is going on, that I already bought the shirt. I have never heard back from them about the shirt, and I still haven't received it. I highly recommend that if you want stuff with skulls and raunchy sayings, u look at Rob Z[redacted] site and his wifes. I have gotton from them before with NO PROBLEMS. This was my first, and LAST time I will buy anything from Inked Shop, and I'm spreading the word all over FB, Twitter, and Instagram.
