Review: I had placed an order on 8/24/13 and paid for 2 day delivery. I got in touch with someone, who told me they would send me a tracking number via email for my purchase. I haven't received anything, except for a refund on the shipping, which I requested. 2 and a half weeks later I still haven't received my order. I have called numerous times and either get a busy signal, or an answering machine. I have also sent an email on 9/7 in which I am still waiting for a response.Desired Settlement: want my money back

Research shows that **. [redacted] claim regarding the item(s) not being delivered is correct. The order has been placed on “backorder” with the hopes of sending the item(s) once they have been received by the warehouse. As **. [redacted] is becoming understandably impatient with the wait, I have issued a full refund for the items in question.

The refund could potentially take 2-3 business days to be received but she will in fact receive a full refund.
