I emailed them to ask the status of my item, but no one will return my emails. Review: I ordered a purse from this website they took my money the same day it was ordered on 12/** my order has not been shipped and I paid for 3 day shipping. I reviewed this company on the internet and found nothing but complaints from other unsatisfied customers seems like this ( contacting the Revdex.com) is the only way to get what you paid for. This review is of their customer service. I purchased a pair of very cute shoes from Inked Shop and the packaging (box) was slightly damaged upon delivery. I didn't think much of it at the time as I was more focused on the shoes. Well the shoes were a bit small so we sent them back (either for refund or exchange - both would've worked). A week later they sent an email that they could not accept them because the package (box) was damaged. I called and left a message but no one called me back. So they SENT THEM BACK to me. I find this kind of customer service ridiculous. I actually could have been a repeat customer but now, because of how they treated this transaction, I have no reason to order from them again. I would warn anyone against buying anything that has a box because if it is damaged, EVEN THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER, they will not return it.

Review: I placed an order on Inkedshop.com for 3 T-shirts, the total was $79.98. Company charged me twice. I contacted them via email since getting them on land line is impossible. Explained the situation to a lady name Kristen and requested a full refund, which should be $159.96.( I cancelled my order with them since they also failed to ship my items within 4 business days of me placing the order). I've only received $79.98 credited into my account so I emailed her back asking for the rest of the money, and once again ive been told she will let the manager know of the mistake, and i'm still waiting.Desired Settlement: I need them to refund my $79.98

Review: I am complaining about this company for many reasons I have tried to contact them several times in the last few days and they have not responded. I ordered a shirt from them back in July 2013 and have not received it. I have have tried calling them and sending them E - mails. They still don't respond to anything. I have asked them nicely if they could track my order for me and I still get nothing. I have paid good money for this item and I hate to see that they are so willing to just steal my money from me. Review: I ordered a wallet from Inked Shop.com and paid for 2 day delivery on the [redacted]. of December 2013. I was never sent a email receipt so I don't have a order #. When product did not show up I emailed them off there sight only because they do not give a phone #. They emailed me back that there sorry for the delay. I have emailed them again requesting a refund or the item I've ordered and have not heard anything from them as of Jan. [redacted]2014. It shows on my bank account that they took out $57.11 on December [redacted]. 2013.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of product with $9.99 refund for 2 day delivery. Review: I placed an order at 7:11am on October [redacted] 2013. I selected two day shipping for my purchase. After two days (October [redacted], 2013) I contacted customer service via email as their phone cuts out. I asked when I should receive my product and they stated that it takes 4-5 days to be processed by the warehouse than 2 days for UPS to deliver. I did not understand their shipping as this is not posted on the website anywhere. Today is the fifth day and I still have not received tracking information. I contacted customer service again and asked what was going and if they could provide me with some further insight on to why I have not received tracking information. They replied with the same copy and pasted response: ("Hello , The shipping times vary depending on the warehouse...it usually takes at least 4-5 business days for packages to ship, unless there is an issue that needs to be addressed.We ship M-F 9am - 5pm EST. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number for your package so you can keep track of where it is and when it should arrive. Two day and priority shipping refer too the amount of time it will take the usps to deliver your package once they pick it up from the warehouse and do not reflect processing times.Thanks so much for choosing the Inked Shop!"). This is my first order through the ink shop and I feel as if I had been misled about shipping times and each time I contact them I receive the same answer that does not even pertain to my order. I am getting frustrated because this is the first order I have placed here and I feel that I have received poor customer service and I have been mislead.Desired Settlement: I would just like to know what is going on and when I am going to receive my package as this is a birthday present that I expected to arrive on October [redacted]. Review: I ordered and recieved a dress from Inked Shop that I had to return for a larger size so I overnighted said dress back to Inked Shop through FEDEX. The Package was delivered within the time period that is required for refund. It was successfully delivered on March [redacted], 2014 and signed for. [redacted] in the returns department denies ever recieving the package thus refusing the refund. I printed out the signature card with FEDEX, confirmed that I had indeed written the correct address for shipping and that FEDEX delivered to this address. All are correct. The address I put on the package is the address FEDEX delivered to. I wrote [redacted] in Returns again with this information and he continues to deny receiving my package. I then opened an investigation with FEDEX in which they sent the very driver who delivered my package in the first place back to the address listed on the package, and he confirmed that it was indeed delivered to the correct address. [redacted] with the returns department still continues to deny me a refund. I started out wanting an exchange but asked for a refund after the lack of care and concern I recieved as a consumer with this company. They only offer one phone number to call on thier site, in which they never answer and only communicate via email. I have asked [redacted] to please call me several times, providing him my phone number and he declines. The dress was over 100 dollars and I just wish to have my money back and to never do business with this company again. I have reviewed feed back online about the returns department and I am not alone with the issues I have had thus far. Review: I ordered some products from "named shop" nearly 9months ago now. I never received the products,and upon checking the tracking number for both items consistently,there was never an update saying it had been sent. On one item it even said the mail item doesn't exist. Their argument is,that it was UK Customs,but I have contacted them,numerous times,explained this situation to them,they have done checks and nothing from "inked shop" was received at customs. I have also consistently asked them for a refund,yet they continuously refuse to oblige,and give me the same response. This purchase was a present for a cancer sufferer who has now sadly passed away. I just want this settled,as the company's Customer Service is of no use at all. The order came to $53.61 which is £34.13. Basically I paid for something which "apparently" to Inked Shop was shipped,yet doesn't show any sign of that in the tracking info. They have basically taken my money,without providing the products I ordered. Thank you for your help,and I hope this is resolved soon. There has been no correspondence since January of 2013 regarding a return to the office. I would suggest that [redacted] speak with the USPS regarding the missing items as they did in fact leave the US. Inkedshop offered the base as a delivery location. **AUG13 I received an email from [redacted], the eCommerce manager. He informed me that there was an error with the orders address and asked if another could be used. **AUG13 I responded and confirmed the FPO address. **AUG13 he confirmed that the FPO address was not working. I told him that he could use my billing address in [redacted]. He responded that he would be using this address. **AUG13 I received a confirmation email from inkedshop with the previously stated shipping number; #[redacted]. **AUG13 I received another email with a USPS tracking number. I have still not received my order. I have called seven times, ###-###-####, and have left three voicemails. All without result or response. I emailed inkedshop directly at [redacted], and attempted to ascertain a response from [redacted] at [redacted]. My last email was sent **SEPT13. My last voicemail left was **SEPT13. I have still not received my product, a return on the charges, or returned correspondence from [redacted] or [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would still like to receive the shirts I paid for. Review: I made a purchase online on their website July **,2013. I decided to cancel my order because I changed my mind. I called all day Friday and they never answered their phone. I wrote an email to them requesting to cancel my order. I never received a reply back. So on Monday I left a voicemail checking to see if they canceled my order. I never got a call back or email back from ''[redacted]'' who I guess runs the orders. On Thursday July ** I called my credit card company to file a dispute agaisnt the company since they obviously have no customer service. Later that day I received an email from Inked shop stating that my order had shipped. I gave them almost a week notice before they even shipped my order to cancel. This company has terrible customer service and has total disreguard for its customers.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited back, and they need to pay to have there items shipped back to them.

Review: I Ordered a item a week before Christmas and when it never came after having only a 2 day shipping option available in paid for it. I called and finally talked to someone who said he would take care of the issue stating the reason being that my billing address was different than the address for the delivery ( it was a gift for someone ) I had them just send it to my billing address and received an email that a label was prepared but when. I track the package it has not left the warehouse and this was 2 weeks ago. I received an email that a label was " prepared " for my package but the item never shipped out. Now nobody will return a response to my emails. What a SCAM of a company.Desired Settlement: It's been almost a month since I ordered a package that was suppose to be a 2 day delivery and just want my money back.

I purchased two items from the Inkedshop this past December 2014. One of the items was too small, a pull over hoodie and the second item a large rose necklace turned out to be a bit too big for my wives taste. Both items were packaged back up in the same box and returned. I received confirmation that the box was in fact del. A few days after the box was delivered I received a credit to my account in the amount of the hoodie. I contacted customer service and after three emails and two phone calls I get a response that basically said the necklace didn't show up with the hoodie and was it possible that I forgot to ship that item back. Are you kidding me! You are basically calling me a thief without flat out saying it. Take the box I gave you, put the sweater in it and weigh it. If it is less then the shipping receipt that I have states it should be, then that should tell you there were more items in the box then what you are accounting for! I do not have your necklace and only want my money back.

Contacted business, which continues to be evasive even after I quickly contacted them and then fairly offered for them to send me a return label and credit the item plus the shipping I did not agree to. And I have explained Perhaps I should just dispute this with my bank since I you seem to be unable to process a return ticket for the item I DID NOT ORDER AND DID NOT AGREE TO PURCHASE UPON SUBMITTING THE ORDER? The total was $6.15. Since you are being so evasive and unconcerned, should I assume you are running some sort of scam and this is by design to inflate sales? To get me on the hook with what seems to be a bargain, quadruple the price, and say oops sorry when I notice, and follow up with zero solutions?

Also, your order confirmation page lacks the actual invoice so the fact that I didn't find out you overcharged me until the confirmation email was received isn't my fault. As far as I knew I had one item and one shipping charge.

But I absolutely did not. The total I submitted was 6.15. That was for the case and 4.20 shipping. I did have the gnome at one time, but shipping went from 4.20 to 12 something and priority was my only option. Clearly there was an error somewhere, which is fine if you send me a return ticket for the item I did not order, or agree to the price of by completing the order, and upon the item's return you credit me the ridiculous $8 difference in shipping.

Review: I ordered several items from their site and never received the black skull necklace. I've been emailing them since may to help get the item I paid for! A nasty customer service rep by the name of [redacted] is treating me like a second class Citizen! When I spoke with him he told me it shows already delivered but I never Received it! The item purchased can be identified as a "Skull Collection Necklace".

After researching [redacted]'s claim regarding the item never being delivered, it was initially determined that her item was in fact delivered on May [redacted], 2013.

[redacted] informed me of the issue on July [redacted] of the issue. At this point, I attempted to have the item reshipped at no extra charge to [redacted]. When there is USPS delivery verification, it's relatively difficult to resend an item as, once again, we have the exact time and date that the item was in fact delivered.

The warehouse informed me that the item she ordered is no longer in stock. I immediately issued a refund to [redacted] for the amount of the item and the shipping cost.

In early December I ordered a pair of earrings/plugs from Inked Magazine. December 9th my debit card was charged for the product I ordered through the Inked Magazine's online store. I received no email confirmation or shipping confirmation. So by December 22nd I contacted customer service to see what was wrong. They told me it was on back order for a couple weeks and gave me options to refund my money, get a new product, or wait. I said it was fine and I would be fine waiting because it was supposed to be a Christmas present. By January 21st I messaged them again because I still had heard nothing or received my product. They responded quickly and the girl said she would contact the warehouse and get back to me. An hour later she contacted me again and said that the warehouse had said it would ship out next day. I messaged them again in late February, with no response. Again in early March, with no response. And today (March 18th)awaiting a response once more. I have tried their Customer Service phone number and the first day I tried it, it simply gave me a call busy tone. Today when I tried it an automated message told me "The person you are trying to reach is unable to take calls at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause." Then gives me the call busy tone. The fact that I haven't heard anything from them, despite having contacted them multiple times, in about over 3 months has caused me to complain here to the Revdex.com because this is absolutely ridiculous.Desired Settlement: If a refund is necessary then fine. That's fine too. But I would prefer to get what I paid for and be done with them.
