They are a scam!! They advertise a deal for christmas 3 months unlimited for the price of 1 month. They wont give me my activation fee back. I thought I would be saving money but guess they getting rich off us who fall for it.

They are scamming people out of their money promising low rate phone calls which you are told you are calling in time for a activation promotion which they have goin on for a month which is separate from the 3 months of service for the low rate jail phone calls . When you pay for this service they generate you a number you are to give to your incarcerated loved one to call for that 3 month period and the calls are forwarded to your own number. I paid for this service and within those 3 months had to get different numbers becuz the numbers given was not working or even I forwarded to my phone then I began to receive a invoice every month stating I was due even though I paid for 3 months of service which is also stated in my invoice they keep trying to use the monthly activation promotion date as me having one moth of service when the invoice clearly states my services which was the 1 hr activation and 3 months of services

This service offer incorrect services they state that you’re getting unlimited calls from your individual that’s located in prison however they are basically just trying to give you and different landline number. that’s not unlimited service so I requested a refund on 11/9/18 and today is 11/29/18 and I still have not received my refund also they’re stating that the only can give me half of my refund due to they had to get a number which I never use that number once it soon as I realize this was a scam I ask for my refund and I’ve been going to the run around with this company to get it and someone keeps calling my phone from From their company at least 3 to 5 times

I paid this company for unlimited inmate calling On Nov 9,2018. I paid them (Inmate call) $72.15 (taxes included) for unlimited calling to start on the day of payment. I was never informed that besides this outrageous amount for 3 months of unlimited services, that I would still have to add funds to my Securus account in order to use this service!!!! I was under the impression that the $72.15 was to cover all my calls in their entirety, that's why I thought it was a great deal and signed up for it. They apologized, of course, but stated there would be no refund.

I'll purchase on inmate call. Com unlimited for 3 months to talk to a loved one that is incarcerated in South Carolina I went through all the procedures when I spoke with one of the representative name *** she refused to give me her last name and she said that everything would be fine so my loved one called me last night and it was asking me for money so that's when I noticed it was a scam so I called them this morning and they told me that they're not obligated to give refunds back and it's clear and black and white that they issue refunds long as you process if them within 7 days and I came to a conclusion that this whole thing is a scam

This advertises 3 month unlimited inmate calling plan for $39.99 with unlimited minutes, one time charge, and claim that they do not charge by the minute. They are supposed to have live agent assistance with account setup. Select inmates facility, receive inmate call number, give inmate call number to inmate. I signed up on October 3, 2018. $39.99 turned into $72.15. The ad implies that the inmate call number will be sent to your cell phone. I ordered this for a friend who’s child is an inmate. I didn’t think anymore about it and on October 11, I found out that the inmate didn’t have unlimited calls. I called inmate call customer service and was told to check my email for instructions. I couldn’t understand instructions so I called back and was told that I had to put more money on another account. I already paid $72.15 and ad said nothing about it costing more money so I asked for refund. I live on fixed income and can’t afford more & more money. She said no refunds. Ad doesn’t say no refunds. Then she said she could refund me $39.99 and hung up on me. I then put $25.00 on the account that we had been using. I called back on October 23 because I did not receive refund. I was told there were no refunds. I asked for assistance to understand how it works and was told to keep $3 on other account and there would be unlimited calling. I was repeating instructions and agent raised his voice and interrupted me then hung up on me. I put $3 on other account which cost $6 total and inmate has made 3 five minute calls and has one minute left. They have been impatient & raised their voice and hung up on me twice. I don’t feel like they properly advertised their services and have cost me over $100 and inmate has one minute left. I thought this was a good deal but it has cost me what I usually spend in four months already. I would like to be reimbursed due to false/misleading advertising, poor customer service and poor communication.

This business is a scam and I want my money back. $77.71 I have a son that is incarcerate and I called to buy minutes for my phone and they took my money from me and I never received my minutes.

September 2018 I signed up with InmateCall to receive discounted rates on calls from an Inmate at *** Facility in ***, CT., which cost me $122 for 3 months of reduced rates. The first 2 numbers provided to me and a family member worked for 2 days then when the inmate called he got an automated recording that the 2 numbers were restricted. I called Inmatecall and did not get a representative, I got a voice mail. I left 2 messages that day. I also asked them to refund my money and they said they could not do so. I will also add that the recording states they will call you back within an hour if the message is left during business hours. I finally received a call back and they provided me with 2 new numbers to add. Unfortunately, inmates can ONLY add numbers to their call lists the first week of the month so we had to wait almost an entire month to add the numbers. When the numbers were added finally the first week of October the line would disconnect after 2 or 3 minutes, on both numbers they provided. I again called Inmatecall and had to again call 2 times after leaving messages. Once again they provided me with 2 new numbers and thankfully it was early enough in the first week of October to add once again 2 new numbers. It lasted a big 3 days of no problems and then the numbers were once restricted, again. Today I called them again and have got no response back. I no longer want this service and would like a full refund of my money. With the amount of money I spent on this service to try to save money has actually cost more out of my pocket and the time I have spent trying to resolve this issue is just ridiculous. I would either request my money be refunded to my debit card or refunded to my regular Securus account I originally signed up with. Please help!! It is hard enough at this time with the situation and this is creating quite a burden to me and the other family member trying to stay connected with the inmate.

I purchased a plan from them back in August and was never able to use the plan to make calls. I called them a few days after I purchased said plan to let them know that I could not use it and wanted a refund. ( two days after purchase ) When I connected them I was advised that the conversation was being recorded for quality control, just like we all get. They at first only wanted to do a partial refund until I brought up the Revdex.com , after that they wanted to give me a full refund. Well I did forget about the refund until the emails I got today. 10/01/2018... I purchased this on 08/17/2018... in there emails they were letting me know that my payment was due??? What I canceled this and was getting a full refund so how do I still owe them anything?? I then contacted them to let them know that I had already canceled it and had never received my full refund that I was promised. Once again when I called them I got the recording saying they would be recording our conversation. Well I guess they just record what they want or save just what they want becuase they are now telling me that they cannot find the recording from when I first called? I can however find the call on my cellphone bill. As of now they are only, once again wanting to give me a partial refund for a service I never received. Go figure?? Then when I looked them up on the Revdex.com it shows them as a out of business company. I just really don’t want anyone else to be scammed by them.

This company guarantees their product or your money back however when the phone number they issued to me so my daughter could call at a lower rate from a correctional institution disconnected after 1, 2 and 3 minutes of call time I requested a refund and was told they could not refund because they had already issued me the number. I then told them that was BS since how would I know the number didn’t work if it wasn’t issue and I told them I would contact Revdex.com and would be on social media as well. I was then told a supervisor had approved my refund but only in the amount of $39.97 because the activation set up fee for $24.95 or the local provisioning fee $5.16 and universal fee $2.07 because they could not get refunded from the telephone number provider.

Total scam!!! Their advertisement is very misleading. You have to pay IC solutions for minutes at the same rate as prior to signing up with inmate calls.com. I paid $66 and set everything up then realized I STILL had to pay for minutes. They led me to believe $66 paid for activation AND 3 months of unlimited minutes... Yes u can receive unlimited minutes as long as you pay IC solutions for then!! What a joke! It broke my heart to realize I'm not going to get to talk to him everyday... Back to 5 minutes once a week, that's all we can afford. They had the nerve to tell me no refund!! Thanks to Chase Bank for reversing the charges!

They could not provide the service and would not issue a full refund

I called and requested a refund of the amount of $105.40 of the purchase I made that I was not satisfied with there advertising was not correct and did not reduce my rates as told it would. When I called for a refund I was told that they weren't allowed to so but she would go ahead and refund me my money. then I get a email stating I am only being refunded the amount of $55.50 and when I called them back to ask why I was't getting the full $105.40 I was told that they can't refund the fees but thats why they refunded me the $55.50 when I only had the account for 24 hours. She stated I was past my allowed time for a refund and when I signed up for the account it stated I had 14 days for a refund if I was not satisfied which I was not so I ca;;ed to get my refund within 24 hours and was denied my full refund. I was also told they apologize for the confusion but im not sure how I am confused the fact that it said I had 14 days to get a refund if I wasn't satisfied

In October 2017 I signed up for their service thinking that it included minutes I would use talking with my son. When I realized this was not the case and that I would also need to pay another company for minutes and this was only a local phone number I sent an email cancelling the service. This was a few days after I received their email. When I didn't receive a credit to my credit card I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute. They denied the dispute saying the company had the documentation needed for the charge. I then contacted inmatecall.com via their website and received no reply. In December I contacted them again through their website and took a pictured with my phone and again received no reply. In January I contacted them via email stating that I had been trying cancel this since October 2017 and finally received a reply stating they would cancel it. I still did not see a credit to my credit card so I replied to their emall asking when a credit would be issued and was informed that they would not issue a credit. I have the emails I received and replied to.

InmateCall.com took money from my account that was not due to them. I cancelled the service within days of creating the account, however, they took the upfront money and also billed me for two future invoice dates in late 2018!! I called and finally got someone on the phone; these people are hard to reach! I was given the excuse that the future payments that were taken had to do with an upgrade they did and it caused an error. I was told my money would refunded promptly and that was 12/19/2017. It’s now Feb 13 and I don’t have anything from them. I was given a different number to call about the actual refund. FINALLY got someone to answer that line and the guy told me my refund processed on 1/03 and I should get it any day for the full amount of everything I paid. They do not answer their phone and you can’t leave a message. You get a recording that states the line is not monitored and you have to send an email. They don’t respond to that either. I have sent several emails and I have gotten 1 response which was a lie also. They told me they haven’t processed the refund b/c of merchant services issues. I doubt it takes weeks to resolve that b/c it would also stop their income. These people are ridiculous and bogus. They basically stole my money by taking payments that weren’t even due to them and now they won’t refund it. I have also reported them to the FCC.

I signed up for the service Inmate Call provides when my daughter ended up in a county jail in Montana, as I thought she might be in jail for a lengthy time. As it ended up, she was released from jail after a couple days and did not return. We never used the service I signed up for with Inmate Call. I did not cancel the service, as my daughter still needed to go to court which was scheduled several weeks later. My initial purchase with Inmate Call was for $53.00, charged to my bank account on 10/18/17. Since we never used the service, I did not anticipate any further charges from this company, as we had not utilize the service. On 12/21/17, I noticed there had been two more automatic withdraws from my bank from Inmate Call for $57.70 each (total of $115.40). At the time, my husband was hospitalized and things were hectic in my life. I did not act or requesting a refund at that time. On 01/11/18, there were two more withdraws of $57.70 each. On 01/14/18, there were yet two more withdraws for $57.70 each. On 01/16/18 there was another withdraw for $57.70. A total amount of $456.90 was paid to this company for no services rendered. At this point I called the phone number associated with the charges as was documented with the transaction from my bank of . A lady answered and I stated my complaint. I explained that I had never used the service and expressed my frustration that so many charges had been auto deducted from my account. I requested a refund. She stated she would close my account and assured me somebody would be calling me back to arrange for a refund in 5 - 7 days. I reluctantly accepted her assurance that somebody would call me back. I waited 7 days and nobody called. I tried calling the number again. This time, I only received a recording, providing to options to email the company to request assistance. The message stated emails would be responded to within 1 day. I sent an email on 01/26/17, requesting a refund. I did not receive a reply. Initially, when I set up the account, I requested help from the company through their webpage in setting up the service. At that time, they responded promptly. I still had that email response from somebody named ***. I sent a response to that email on 01/31/18. I did not receive a response. Then I requested assistance through the website. It states all inquiries will be responded to within one day. I never received a response.

My name is *** I requested to cancel my account several weeks January,15 2018. Also I requested to be issued a full refund for unauthorized charges to my bank account 6 times for $57.70 that posted to my account on January,16 2018 as well as my initial sign up fee I paid for $92.28 on January,5 2018 do to services requested not being provided. I spoke with a representative Rico on January 15th 2018 who confirmed I would receive a full refund and still have not received my refund. I know the card they had on file is now closed. They also have my billing address which *** where I should at least expect a paper check for my refund if it was unsuccseful via my old debit card. I still have not received my full refund for 438.48. please help me recover these funds. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the company via phone. Everytime I get a recording which states to email [email protected] and I will get a response in 24 hours. I have sent a email to the company twice already a week ago and still no response. Please help me get my money back it has caused me a big financial hardship and this company is fraud.

this company took 34.60 out of my checking account jan 5 2018 and jan 11 2018 twice on that date, I call a number of times. every one I talked to said there was a problem with the system, and they would put the money back in my account. now when I call 720-204-5537 its said its no longer a monitor line, and gives me e-mails for a billing problem, I cant get anywhere with this

I set my account up in error, but they refused to refund me. Even though there site says money back guarantee. After almost 3 weeks of trying to get someone to return my calls they cancelled me and told me they would not refund me. They closed everything and now I can't even login to submit a complaint. Do not work with them. They are a scam for sure. There is only one person you can leave a message for, which was a made up name. No one ever returns your calls, they just send you an email saying someone will call, but no one ever did. Horrible company!

I signed up for a service that was supposed to cost 34.60$. When I check my bank statement it shows they have charged my card 5 times in the amount of 190$ total Attemped to contact company and was told a supervisor would contact me. This never happened. Now when I call it goes straight to voicemail.
