I placed an order with this company on December 22, 2017.
Soon after this date, I attempted to contact the company via their website to cancel this transaction because my friend was no longer incarcerated. I've sent them 5 emails to cancel with no respord ever. I finally contacted my bank to make a dispute and they gave me a telephone number of 1-720-204-5537 in which they never answer and I left over 10 messages. I finally got a hold of someone and they gave me the sales number of 1-720-204-5537. I was told lsat week by a supervisor that my full payment amount of $74.99 was in the refund status and should be in my account in a few days time. Well, three days have passed and I had not received my refund yet. So, I called the sales staff back and was told that no superviosr was available and that I would not be receiving a refund because I activated the telephone number. I never received a telephone number. I argued with the women for 5 minutes insisting upon a retun call from a supervisor. I never received a call back to this day.
This company is a complete FRAUD! Inmate Call Solutions is trying to piggyback off a legitimate company called ***. Sadly, I didn't know this until it was too late. Basically, they sign you up for a monthly plan (mine was $29/month) plus tack on a few other charges so my first monthly bill was $51.25. They tell you there's 'one more step' to activate your account and they send you a link to sign up with Securus Technologies. When I signed in and selected the state and then looked at the list of facilities it turns out they don't service the facility I need. There are no telephone #'s and the email links don't work on their website. I submitted two service tickets that just went into a black hole and I sent an email to their "cancellation" email link. The next day I got a kick-back email stating that the email link was not valid. So now I'm canceling my bank card and filling out all these reports to hopefully prevent other people from using these LOSERS who are complete SCAM ARTISTS. Buyer beware. INMATE CALL SOLUTIONS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! By the way, I wanted to not select ANY stars but I couldn't get past the form without selecting one star. They aren't even worth a quarter of a star. Total BS.

website is a SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!! They charge your card and do not put the funds in your account.
