I give up trying to talk to this lady She has a tech coming Saturday to fix her electrical issues I have typed back and forth with her many times on our receipt customer engagement platform with zero progress No matter what we say, she continues to act ignorant and non compliant Thank you for your time

Love the way these people twisted the facts Yes they bought used appliances and yes they complained about the ice maker so we had our tech order another one and replaced it As for the MISSING PARTS goes, the refrigerator was priced and sold as it sat there hence the reason that refrigerator was less than the others Simply trying to be nice we agreed to see if we could find the missing door shelves even though the customer paid less for the unit due to the fact that we didn't have themAfter a month of searching and three different trips to their house with door shelves that would not fit, we ordered new ones because the customer was becoming so assertive and defamatory towards us it was becoming a real pain in the neck Calling us and condescendingly addressing us as if we had done something wrong or we owed them something Smh At this point after reading this customers complaint I believe we will return the shelves for a refundUnfortunately it appears beings nice only set the stage for this customer to attempt to run over usCan't satisfy everyone I supposeEspecially people who expect things they did not pay for I suppose Thanks

He keeps saying I live outside of his service area That should have no bearing AT ALL on the fact that he sold me an oven that never worked at all It is ridiculous for him to think that anyone would believe that he could diagnose a wiring problem at my house miles or more away when neither he not his technician have ever set foot in my house The delivery person was just that: a delivery person who turned on the burners to see if the stove was connected He was not a service technician and did not pretend to be one His job was to deliver the stove, set it in place and plug it in He did not know any thing about this stove Anyway, here is one of several disrespectful responses this guy made to me:We don't have to set foot into your house to determine an error code, geniusKeep talking [redacted] about us though because that makes you sound correct even though you don't know what your talking aboutIt's ignorant misinformed people like you whom continuously slander other people over your OWN power issues that are the real problemYou can continue to place blame on us by stating the oven never worked if you like but that is a lieWe never had any error codes here when our professional technicians did full diagnostics, amperage testing, temperature testing and continuity testing on that unitBut you have error codes and now it's us selling you a bad oven instead of you acknoweledging your power issuesIncredibleAlso, so u knowPeople don't go to google and place good reviews after they purchase and applianceThey only go there to whine and complain because they received some of the same thing their dishing out or because they refuse to face the facts about why they are experiencing a problem rather than the problem itselfBlaming someone else is always more convenientYou claim we sold you a defective appliance and the oven never workedThis is not trueYou blew a electrical component on your oven caused by surgePeriod

Just to put things here into perspective - we are no talking about a functionality or mechanical issue with this fridgeAs a matter of fact the refrigerator is functioning exactly as it is supposed to What we are talking about here is an accessory door bin that was not included in the price of purchase because we did not have itWell actually there were three missing however our tech was at this house as recently as the day before this complaint was posted where he replaced two bund and only one remains missing of which was not our responsibility to provideNow that we are all on the same page with the validity of this complaint let me just nullify personally the level of drama and brain damage these people have imposed upon this business with no credible or logical justification other than us helping them outUnpleasant as they may be we still try to accommodate everyoneThank you

It appears they aren't going to service the appliance we purchased They refused to take it back within the day period that is allowed by lawWe purchased in good faith that if things were missing or not working, it should have been disclosed to us We were "assured" the appliances were in "good working order" I stand by what I wrote originally I did not lie or exaggerate facts

These people were assigned a technician the very first day they contacted us His name is *** [redacted] spoke to the customer over the phone that day instructing the customer that they needed to turn their water back on to the washer for it to work and rectified that complaint on the spot based on an error code which the customer relayed over the phone A WEEK LATER the same customer called back and claimed that the washer does not work and after we asked the address several times to send [redacted] out they finally gave us the address ( because they only wanted a refund because they already bought a new washer) but within the same sentence they claimed to have already " pushed the red washer out into the garage and went to [redacted] outlet and bought a new one that matched our dryer for 650-" Also this customer at this time started posting numerous slandering untrue ads online on [redacted] list stating our warranty is a fraud, and that customers should go to [redacted] instead since we do not stand behind our warranty Further more since the customer dragged the 200lb sensitive front load washing machine to the garage there is literally no way for a tech to correctly operate, diagnosis, monitor operations or repair anything without the washer being properly leveled, and hooked up to pressurized water sources along with the proper power source This customer has not been compliant with warranty procedures, nor has this customer presented any valid complaint regarding this washing machine at the time of the call although they have conveinently uninstalled the washer and moved it to an area ( garage ) where it can not be properly functional on the very same day in which they called us Several issues can occur to a sensitive front load HE washer when moved improperly without the correct equipment Namely leaning the washer forward, which causes the stainless steel wash drum to slide forward thereby breaking the plastic computerized door switch that communicated with the main brain board allowing the door to lock and proceed with the wash cycle, along with several other issues which can arise from irresponsibly moving sensitive equipmentThis machine was professionally installed and test ran on all cycles at delivery in the presence of the customer before receiving acknowledgment and departingUninstalling and moving this merchandise without consent or without us having our right to inspect this unit beforehand is clearly seen as non compliancyWe will not be held responsible for damage incurred due to negligence Thank you

This statement is a total fabrication This is a rental unit in which the tenant was not satisfied with the age or caliber of the stove that the owner purchased unbeknownst with no choice from the renter Our technician arrived at the residence as we waited for the owner to show up and the tenets disclosed to our technician that there was in fact nothing wrong other than the fact that they did not want the stove in their home and stated "what did you cook your food and that" Nonetheless as instructed per work order our technician went into the home utilizing and amperage meter and voltage clip determined that the proper voltage and amperage were running through the stove correctly and the technician time dolphin thermostat to make sure there were no timing issues as claimed Our technician then took the stove apart to inspect the inside of the stove from behind to make sure there were no electrical issues and took pictures to make sure everything was documented properly because the owner was acting erratically and suspiciously due to the fact that the tenant was only not happy with the choice that the owner made and stoves that he purchased We take the viability and functionality of a stove it very seriously as it is considered a potential fire hazard if not diagnosed as properly functional The owner only asked the technician to leave after he discovered the stove was not qualified to be replaced as it is fully functional without issue Furthermore I would like to add that this owner claimed to be an employee of the Revdex.com as he attempted to pressure us into bringing a different stove for his tenant even though our technician deemed the stove perfectly fine with no issues that could be found at all In addition the owner tried to stiff our company and not pay the $fee as Contractually agreed however after our technician started to record the owners tag number he swiftly came out the door with payment Just to add we have many stubs available and would have absolutely no problem driving out gusto for another one if we could find anything at all whatsoever mechanically wrong with this unit however there is not anything wrong with the unit other than the fact that this owner is attempting to displace responsibility in attempt to get us to give him another stove because he bought a stove his tenant Disapproves of based on appearance and caliber because the owner spent minimal money Thank you

The technician is a professional EPA certified refrigeration tech at the highest possible level of refrigeration skill setHe has successfully diagnosed, and repaired literally hundreds of thousands of refrigerators over the years of his career He does not have time to explain every aspect of his technical proceedures or explain Every component and its designated function to an irate customer in the field whom couldn't possibly comprehend the finer infrastructure of internal refrigeration systems or the technical languages associated which suchWe sell thousands of refrigerators per year This customer will either become compliant to our company warranty procedure and receive another cpu board installed only after we receive the correct one for this refrigerator or this customer will continue to post standing garbage reteric on our Facebook page, continue to post accusations to the Revdex.com, and continue to demand services which cannot be rendered until applicable parts are possessedNow slandering the skill set and business demeanor of the technician who visited this customers house the same day of the complaint shows a substandard caliber of ethics and is not appreciated at all None of these tactical advances by the customer will speed the due process involved with this service callWhile we strive to keep everyone happy we understand that there will always be those whom express distaste regardless of the position taken by our company in the matterNever the less we fulfill our obligations and stand behind our warranty within acceptable allocated time Thank you

Actually the truth is this person bought a dryerThen later the next week called with an issueStated they would bring it by for repairDidn't show upFew days later showed up claiming they only want a refund because they bought another dryer and did not want this one back regardless of policy or procedureWe tried explaining the warranty procedure however they did not want to hear about anything other than a refundThen they dropped the dryer off and threatened to get refunded through the card processorAgain we explained the procedureThey leftThirty minutes later our tech came from the shop and said the dryer simply needed another belt tensioner wheel, which he easily replacedThe dryer is ready for pick up

We are sorry but the problem here is simply a matter of the customer not answering their phoneYes, we ordered a control board for this unit and it came in over a week ago however every time we call we get no answerWe have left a message however no replyFeel free to call [redacted] and ask for [redacted] He will coordinate a tech to come out when you do Thank you

Find attached receipt of the purchase.with days warranty written at the bottomIt doesn't say "no refund"When I returned to the store, it was a big green sign that reads "no refund".Also find attached more picturesAs you can see by the pictures, the hose in the back of the was was in two piecesThe water was coming our of the hose each time the washer cycled throughfor washing, rinsing and spinningI do not have a hole in my dryer ventMy previous washer had been installed for over years and I never had a problem Thanks for all of your help

WowIt never ceases to amaze me at how people can distort the truth and displace responsibility while portraying themselves as a victim Here are the facts; this customer made a purchase months ago from LAST YEARHe transported his own appliances rather than having us deliver
themDuring the process he managed to restrict the filter dryer on the freezer from poor handling and failing to give the sediment in the compressor time to settle before plugging the freezer thereby causing a restrictionWe explained that we did not deliver them do it was his responsibility to bring it back to usHe stated he didn't want to do that so we gave the option to pay the fees associated with delivery and we would come service the unit at his home instead We did exactly thatWe replaced the filter dryer and all was well HE DID NOT PAY USA month later when he called us again stating that the freezer was not cooling so we went out again and this time we determined that the system was in fact destroyed to the point that the restriction was reaccuring and deemed irreparableWe advised the customer at that point in JULY OF That they needed to pay us for our charges due from him for sending a technician to him multiple times as opposed to him returning his items to have his warranty honored at our facility as he didn't pay any delivery fees initiallyAGAIN HE NEVER PAID, NEVER CALLED, NEVER CAME BYuntil last week in FEB when he showed up and exerted the most child like behavior of any year old man we have ever seenShaking his fists and walking up into our faces as if we had done something to himWe asked him where he had been For the last months and he gave NO response other than rhetoric and displaced hostilitiesWe asked him why he didn't pay his service bill months ago and why he hasn't communicated, visited or even contacted us and he cursed at us in disgust and made claim that we were supposed to deliver out a new freezer when he never paid for delivery on the first appliances much less his service calls and we wouldn't have committed to delivering a freezer under those circumstances in the first placeHe walked up to one of the guys loading appliances and acted like he was going to hit them and they simply raised their hands to protect themselves against what appeared to be a conflicted and deranged person

My rebuttal is…….for them to say they have no knowledge of their technician, ***, coming to our home making repairs is absurd as he was there again this past Saturday on 1/30/because the dryer is still not working.I am convinced that they have no intention of doing anything to get my machine running as they obviously have unethical business practices. They took $from me in exchange for appliances that do not work properly.I have provided the receipt, however, when their technician comes out he doesn’t give any kind of receipt because we don’t pay him, they do

This customer purchased a refrigerator and had it delivered and installed yesterdayThey called right before closing yesterday stating that they pulled a handle loose and we made note of it for the delivery deptThey called again this AM stating that the Handle is still loose and the refrigerator
is not cooling down properlyAfter attempting to calm the customer who was emotionally erratic we immediately gave the customer the technicians number to contact and have an appointment scheduled to come out and as the situation and rectify whatever issues they are havingWe assured the customer it was most likely something very minor like a fan blade caught on something as all refrigerators go through diagnostics, temp monitorizarion etc and that sometimes when one is moved minor things can occur, but we handle themThey called the technician who immediately scheduled them for next day service appointmentThe customers then called the store back and complained that next day service was not acceptable and that they would be getting their attorney involvedNow here we are reading of how they suddenly don't feel safe? Apparently this customer is refusing service which is indicative of someone who has other motives in playWe still have this customer scheduled for the AM service call however it sounds like they are being irrational and unrealisticNone the less our terms of warranty, policy and procedure are posted on the bottom of our website and we still have this customer scheduled for service until we are notified otherwiseResponding to a service call within hours is considered a great response time however this is not satisfactory to this customerWe do not refund money as all sales are final as stated and posted at the front of the store which they made their purchase We have a warranty policy and procedure in place as does any other used appliance storeThanks

Their technician was at our house for the 5th time on Saturday 01/30/because the dryer was still not working. That is the first time that he mentioned to us that because hecould not figure out what was wrong with the dryer that maybe we should check or replace our receptacle box. The technician only mentioned this, he never actually checked the outletor the breaker; he suggested we have an electrician test it for accuracy.My husband had an electrician check it and we were told the outlet was fine.However, we had the outlet replaced just so there would be no question. Per the electrician, the breaker box does not need to be changed or upgraded, as all other appliances in the house operate as they should.Our other dryer worked fine with the breaker box and receptacle for over years, so no, that is not the problem. The technician was back out last night and says he really does not know what the problem is. He wants to take the dryer to their shop to continue repairs.I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges because the merchandise is not performing as promised by the merchant.My credit card company has settled the dispute and refunded my money as of today. The merchant is welcome to pick up their merchandise by arranging a date and time to do so.However, they did take my old set and the technician told us that it would have been sold by them as well. From the comments of this merchant it is very clear that they practice unethical business practices. I have talked with other people that have also had bad experiences with this business.Also, we have no problem “comprehending” that the problem is NOT on “our side” but on theirs; and the fact that they sell below standard merchandise and expect customers to be okay with that shows their lack of interest in customer satisfaction. Maybe they have customers that are accustomed to paying for merchandise that doesn’t work properly; I am not!This business owner is not only lacking in character and ethical business practices, he is also very rude and obnoxious I don’t intend to do business with them again but I do intend to tell everyone I knowabout the experience I’ve had with them. UPDATE; This customer was told a month ago ( the reason why they were not recognized as an active service customer during this calendar month) that they need to replace their receptical box that the dryer plugs into due to it needing repair, as well as the fact that they need to upgrade their breaker box to a amp breaker OTHERWISE NO APPLIANCE WILL PERFORM PROPERLY DUE TO LACK OF AMPAGE AND DUE TO A BAD RECEPTICAL PLUG BOX There are no issues with these appliances at allMeanwhile this customer knowingly placed bad reviews on our business here in the Revdex.com page as well as attempted to reverse charges on their credit card The technicians notified the husband ( *** )( the reason why we did not have record of the wife's name) at their residence after our technicians did a full continuity test on both appliances, the customers receptical box, and their breaker box using Ampage meters, voltage clips and visually confirmed the issue of insufficient ampage required to operate these appliances properly according to mfg specs Apparently the WIFE and husband are not communicating with each other OR they cannot comprehend the fact that the issue is on THEIR SIDE.
