I do not accept his responseIt's liesFirst I bought the refrigerator on November not a month agoI called a technician and told him what the refrigerator was doing and he told me to place tape over the vent holes to keep to much air from coming in on the refrigerator sideTry that for a day I didStill froze upI moved the refrigerator with the same equipment that the technician moved the refrigerator withSo that's not the issueHe promised to deliver to my address in Honea path he knew the distance when he was on the phone his technician wrote the address downHe did not block me from his FB I had to block him from messengerHis workers was very hostile with my mother and daughter slinging stuff yelling and cursingWe only ask for a refund because upon calling the technician about the issue with the refrigerator he stated bring it in we will fix it, give you another one or give you a refundI can't take a refrigerator back and forth to Greer that don't workI also told him I had a new born baby and a toddler I needed a refrigeratorHe told me that wasn't his problemI just want a refund and never have any dealings with this business againI don't want to go to that place to pick up my refrigerator because they are hostile and treat their customers like crap.I don't feel safe

The hose on the back of the washer(see pic) was put together in two separate pieces creating a major leak....causing water to go behind the wall and beneath the floorsI've hadthe dry wall and my wood floors removedi need to be compensated for the replacement of my drywall and hardwood floors plus laborI went by the appliance center and was offered a chance to replace it or repair it.I didn't trust them to do eitheri want to be compensated for the washer not being repaired correctly before it was sold to me and created mold inside my walls

This customer has had three different techs out to his home to address issues which are not prevelant in any way what so ever to the performance of this appliance, none the less we ordered a replacement part from California which is a simple rubber boot but the customer didn't want to wait for it
and ordered his own We have agreed to compensate him the bucks he spend impatiently and notified him that he should have waited rather than being non compliant to our ordering parts/ service procedures The comments about the owner and the service reps was uncalled for and total displaced hostilities exerted by the consumer Thank you

What a huge load of Bologna. Greetings;This customer has blown a control board through some sort of power surge.  Technician was sent out SAME DAY in effort to help this customer despite her uncontrollable belligerent outbursts and demanding relentless commands.  The technician attempted to reset the control board...

however damage has been done and the part will need to be replaced.  Unfortunately we cannot control the Christmas timing nor the delivery timing of said part.

Find attached receipt of the purchase.with 60 days warranty written at the bottom. It doesn't say "no refund". When I returned to the store, it was a big green sign that reads "no refund".Also find attached more pictures. As you can see by the pictures, the hose in the back of the was was in two pieces. The water was coming our of the hose each time the washer cycled throughfor washing, rinsing and spinning. I do not have a hole in my dryer vent. My previous washer had been installed for over 15 years and I never had a problem.  Thanks for all of your help.

These people were assigned a technician the very first day they contacted us.  His name is [redacted].  [redacted] spoke to the customer over the phone that day instructing the customer that they needed to turn their water back on to the washer for it to work and rectified that complaint on the spot based on an error code which the customer relayed over the phone.  A WEEK LATER the same customer called back and claimed that the washer does not work and after we asked the address several times to send [redacted] out they finally gave us the address ( because they only wanted a refund because they already bought a new washer) but within the same sentence they claimed to have already " pushed the red washer out into the garage and went to [redacted] outlet and bought a new one that matched our dryer for 650-"  Also this customer at this time started posting numerous slandering untrue ads online on [redacted] list stating our warranty is a fraud, and that customers should go to [redacted] instead since we do not stand behind our warranty.  Further more since the customer dragged the 200lb sensitive front load washing machine to the garage there is literally no way for a tech to correctly operate, diagnosis, monitor operations or repair anything without the washer being properly leveled, and hooked up to pressurized water sources along with the proper power source.   This customer has not been compliant with warranty procedures, nor has this customer presented any valid complaint regarding this washing machine at the time of the call although they have  conveinently uninstalled the washer and moved it to an area ( garage ) where it can not be properly functional on the very same day in which they called us.  Several issues can occur to a sensitive front load HE washer when moved improperly without the correct equipment.  Namely leaning the washer forward, which causes the stainless steel wash drum to slide forward thereby breaking the plastic computerized door switch that communicated with the main brain board allowing the door to lock and proceed with the wash cycle, along with several other issues which can arise from irresponsibly moving sensitive equipment. This machine was professionally installed and test ran on all cycles at delivery in the presence of the customer before receiving acknowledgment and departing. Uninstalling and moving this merchandise without consent or without us having our right to inspect this unit beforehand is clearly seen as non compliancy. We will not be held responsible for damage incurred due to negligence.  Thank you.

This statement is a total fabrication     This is a rental unit in which the tenant was not satisfied with the age or caliber of the stove that the owner purchased unbeknownst with no choice from the renter    Our technician arrived at the residence as we waited for the...

owner to show up and the tenets disclosed to our technician that there was in fact nothing wrong other than the fact that they did not want the stove in their home and stated "what did you cook your food and that"    Nonetheless as instructed per work order our technician went into the home utilizing and amperage meter and voltage clip determined that the proper voltage and amperage were running through the stove correctly and the technician time dolphin thermostat to make sure there were no  timing issues as claimed    Our technician then took the stove apart to inspect the inside of the stove from behind to make sure there were no electrical issues and took pictures to make sure everything was documented properly because the owner was acting erratically and suspiciously due to the fact that the tenant was only not happy with the choice that the owner made and stoves that he purchased    We take the viability and functionality of a 220 stove it very seriously as it is considered a potential fire hazard if not diagnosed as properly functional   The owner only asked the technician to leave after he discovered the stove was not qualified to be replaced  as it is fully functional without issue     Furthermore I would like to add that this owner claimed to be an employee of the Revdex.com as he attempted to pressure us into bringing a different stove for his tenant even though our technician deemed the stove perfectly fine with no issues that could be found at all    In addition the owner tried to stiff our company and not pay the $40 fee as   Contractually agreed however after our technician started to record the owners tag number he swiftly came out the door with payment    Just to add we have many stubs available and would have absolutely no problem driving out gusto for another one if we could find anything at all whatsoever mechanically wrong with this unit however there is not anything wrong with the unit other than the fact that this owner is attempting to displace responsibility in attempt to get us to give him another stove because he bought a stove his tenant   Disapproves of  based on appearance  and caliber because the owner spent minimal money    Thank you

[redacted]  The following is one of this owner's responses.  Does this sound like someone who is attempting to fix a problem with a defective oven?  He keeps saying I live outside of his service area.  That should have no bearing AT ALL on the fact that he sold me an oven that never worked at all.  It is ridiculous for him to think that anyone would believe that he could diagnose a wiring problem at my house 45 miles or more away when neither he not his  technician have ever set foot in my house.  The delivery person was just that:  a delivery person who turned on the burners to see if the stove was connected.  He was not a service technician and did not pretend to be one.  His job was to deliver the stove, set it in place and plug it in.  He did not know any thing about this stove.  Anyway, here is one of several disrespectful responses this guy made to me:We don't have to set foot into your house to determine an error code, genius. Keep talking [redacted] about us though because that makes you sound correct even though you don't know what your talking about. It's ignorant misinformed people like you whom continuously slander other people over your OWN power issues that are the real problem. You can continue to place blame on us by stating the oven never worked if you like but that is a lie. We never had any error codes here when our professional technicians did full diagnostics, amperage testing, temperature testing and continuity testing on that unit. But you have error codes and now it's us selling you a bad oven instead of you acknoweledging your power issues. Incredible. Also, so u know. People don't go to google and place good reviews after they purchase and appliance. They only go there to whine and complain because they received some of the same thing their dishing out or because they refuse to face the facts about why they are experiencing a problem rather than the problem itself. Blaming someone else is always more convenient. You claim we sold you a defective appliance and the oven never worked. This is not true. You blew a electrical component on your oven caused by surge. Period.

These people bought a refrigerator a month ago and returned it for free service yesterday with a complaint of it getting too cold. They stood in front of our store yelling and complaining very aggressively demanding a refund right in front of the no refund sign that is posted.  The technician...

explained that they have a warranty several times and they reluctantly left the refrigerator for service only after  they demanded free delivery to their house  after the repair was done so with the customers  all in the show room watching the dramatics unfold from this customer the technician called the manager to get permission to do free delivery  however the customer failed to mention the fact that she lives an hour and 10 minutes away which is well out of our delivery and service area which is the reason why they picked up the refrigerator in the first place  that and the fact that they needed the refrigerator right away.  The technician found Styrofoam clogging the airway in the damper valve which is indicative  of moving a refrigerator around without a proper appliance dolly. Once the driver reviewed the address on the schedule earlier The next AM he noticed that that address is not in our service delivery area the customer was notified to pick up the merchandise instead as we could not cater to that distance.  The customer then comes up with a local address that she would like us to deliver the refrigerator to as a "favor" with no charge incurred to her at all on our behalf and she had the nerve to later slander our employees and communicate  Extreme hostilities and slanderous statements and threats towards us. We then derided we no longer felt the need to offer free services to someone whom calls us " evil" as if we owe her anything.  She then proceeded to threaten us and various fashions and we blocked her from our Facebook account.  We standby this decision as there is nothing wrong with the product and we are under no obligation to provide any free services for this individual although we initially had intention of Goodwill but unfortunately this person was offensive and continuously speed false allegations and hatred. Dear K[redacted]:I hope this email finds you having an outstanding week.My experience with Greer Appliance Warehouse was bad and their customer service do not meet the basic principles of treating customers.Aggressive language, unwillingness to listen to the customer needs and lack of empathy are some of the many negative things that this company demonstrated over the telephone during the time they delivered a refrigerator that was not working fromThursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning when their tech was able to fix it.  I hope this refrigerator don't break down again because I don't want to deal with this business ever again. I hope this letter helps and get the attention of the owner to correct this area and also for the public to be aware of such a terrible buying experience.I must say that the tech that came out to work on the damaged refrigerator was respectful and so far the fridge is working OK. We could've avoided the entire situation if the man at the office would have handled our call with empathy and a solution oriented mindset instead of a confrontational one.Thanks.

This includes physical inspection, amp, and voltage monitorizarion period, heat gun laser technology, heating element continuity testing, preventative air flow maintenance and physically drying multiple weighted loads of clothing.  To avoid blowing out a heating element as you have twice now, we suggest the following; A) Make sure the dryer vent is not kinked preventing air flow from th back of the dryer. B) clean out the lint filter after every useC) Do not place anything on top of the dryer when operating, ie laundry basket or clothesD) Make sure not to overload dryerThis particular individual claims to have had this dryer serviced already once after the initial purchase and received a warranty reset from the original purchase date. Therefore this customer is already FULLY AWARE that they can obviously get service by simply bringing us this dryer. Love the way these people twisted the facts.  Yes they bought used appliances and yes they complained about the ice maker so we had our tech order another one and replaced it.   As for the MISSING PARTS goes, the refrigerator was priced and sold as it sat there hence the reason...

that refrigerator was less than the others.  Simply trying to be nice we agreed to see if we could find the missing door shelves even though the customer paid less for the unit due to the fact that we didn't have them. After a month of searching and three different trips to their house with door shelves that would not fit, we ordered new ones because the customer was becoming so assertive and defamatory towards us it was becoming a real pain in the neck.  Calling us and condescendingly addressing us as if we had done something wrong or we owed them something   Smh  At this point after reading this customers complaint I believe we will return the shelves for a refund. husband was upset that his wife bought a " red washer" upon his arrival since he is OCD. and instructed her to return it.  After the wife discovered a week later that we do not refund money she demanded we come fix it but refused to acknowledge an address to do so. After we asked for her address 5'times over an hour of her constant dramatization and false claims that we supposedly store customer address iinformation ( we comply with privacy policies and do not save customer info of any kind) she conveniently decided that we were not coming and sent us text messages with threats of her posting slander online then she  went to [redacted] list where this company advertises online marketing for our products  and she ran several slanderous derogatory postings in attempt at hurting this business using words like," fraud, scam, warning , " etc  as well as posted every communication online she could. She also decided within the same conversation that day with us that she would" push the red washer into the garage and was going to buy another one. She posted online not to come to our store but rather to go to [redacted] outlet instead since we are such scam artists.  We are now in the process of considering suing this individual  on the grounds of defamation of character considering how many ads she posted in public forum.  [redacted] list posting numbers as follows ; [redacted] So, to sum it all up.  The husband sent the wife to buy a washer. We delivered it, installed it and ran it  in front of the customer ( wife) while the husband got pissed off and went back into the bedroom and never returned because  she bought one he didn't like the color of as it did not match his washing machine. Once she realized she couldn't just up and return it for just any reason she concocted a story that would benefit her painting her as a victim of the situation and pushed the red washer out onto the garage as she went and bought a new one the very same day she called us.   I have several pictured of her slander and lies copied from the Internet.  As of this moment we are considering our actions as a business which has been subjected to blatant public slander and lies as we confer with our legal council.  Thank you.
