K[redacted] W[redacted] I don't recognize the initials of whomever it was that wrote that response.  Therefore, I doubt we ever dealt with that person, so how would that person be able to respond to what we did or didn't do?  It appears they aren't going to service the appliance we purchased.  They refused to take it back within the 3 day period that is allowed by law. We purchased in good faith that if things were missing or not working, it should have been disclosed to us.  We were "assured" the appliances were in "good working order".   I stand by what I wrote originally.  I did not lie or exaggerate facts.

Actually the truth is this person bought a dryer. Then later the next week called with an issue. Stated they would bring it by for repair. Didn't show up. Few days later showed up claiming they only want a refund because they bought another dryer and did not want this one back regardless of policy...

or procedure. We tried explaining the warranty procedure however they did not want to hear about anything other than a refund. Then they dropped the dryer off and threatened to get refunded through the card processor. Again we explained the procedure. They left. Thirty minutes later our tech came from the shop and said the dryer simply needed another belt tensioner wheel, which he easily replaced. The dryer is ready for pick up.

I give up trying to talk to this lady.  She has a tech coming Saturday to fix her electrical issues.  I have typed back and forth with her many times on our receipt customer engagement platform with zero progress.  No matter what we say, she continues to act ignorant and non compliant.  Thank you for your time.

Just to put things here into perspective - we are no talking about a functionality or mechanical issue with this fridge. As a matter of fact the refrigerator is functioning exactly as it is supposed to.  What we are talking about here is an accessory door bin that was not included in the price of purchase because we did not have it. Well actually there were three missing however our tech was at this house as recently as the day before this complaint was posted where he replaced two bund and only one remains missing of which was not our responsibility to provide. Now that we are all on the same page with the validity of this complaint let me just nullify personally the level of drama and brain damage these people have imposed upon this business with no credible or logical justification other than us helping them out. Unpleasant as they may be we still try to accommodate everyone. Thank you

Im rejecting because this man, a business owner, is a real peice of work. I wasn't there when his technician verbally abused my daughter an mother by cussing and screaming at them like dogs. But the owner Mr T[redacted] was not there either. I was on the phone with my daughter the technician called Me T[redacted] about a refund. Nobody demanded one the technician told my father previously on the phone when we called him about the refrigerator not working that we could get a refund, a replacement refrigerator or that one could be fixed. Yes we ask for a refund because nobody has time to be bringing a refrigerator back a forth a hour away. As I was on the phone I heard my daughter ask him if he was gone fix it or what. He screamed saying I don't give refunds. His employee is the one said we could get a refund. He volunteered to bring my refrigerator to my home a hour a away my daughter told him it was a hour away and he said no problem. His technician wrote the address down on a piece of tape. They were aware of the location. So now after being treated like crap because they sale junk I am stuck with a refrigerator that his technician slung off the trailor. So bottom line I bought a pile of junk from a ungrateful businessman that talks and treats people like dirt. Not to mention getting blamed for what was wrong when we moved it with same equipment.I should've read the reviews about his business before I went there. Im sending someone to pick up refrigerator and im taking it to a professional appliance technician and have it checked and I will go the the  magistrate and  pay $80 this man needs to be shut down thiss man is a real charCter who obviously has no morals I guess all the reviews on him is lies and he is the only trustworthy one. I have all my messages and I've done nothing wrong but bought junk and I also have 3 witnesses to his promises and then how he cussed and rant and rave bc he didn't want to follow through with his promises. Pooriest business I've ever delt with and most unprofessional people I've ever encountered.

Service tech fixed the unit and satisfied the customer. Customer posted a 4 star review on Greer appliance warehouse Facebook page 12/7/15 stating such.  Thank you

find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  ** the Subcontractor of Greer Appliance Warehouse offered 40 dollars out of his own pocket to pay for the miscommunication of the trade in. I definitely not give them my business again and research future purchase on a better appliance store

Just to be clear. The used appliances this person purchased work just fine without issue. She refused a service call which is indicative of someone with no issues that need to be addressed. She texted us pics in attempt to get us to compensate her for her mold issue she apparently ignored for months...

however  after reviewing the pictures and viewing the evidence it appears she had a hole in her dryer vent  which promotes the growth of mold do to warm air. While we sympathize with this customers predicament we cannot be held responsible for mold growth as mold is a growth That requires  specific conditions to manifest which are out of our control as we do not live in the customers residence or monitor her laundry room.

Incredible.  Incredible how people can try so hard to bend the truth in attempt to distort the facts.  This customer lives outside of our operating market.  This customer had to pay a third party driver to drive the two hours to her home and install this range oven. She was fully...

aware of the fact that she would have to make accommodations to bring this appliance to us for future warranty claims if necessary because we only service Greenville and Spartanburg counties. Certainly not Anderson county where she resides  Hence her not qualifying for delivery and having to pay someone to deliver/install. She purchased a tested, serviced  and confirmed high end convection oven.  She tipped the driver after he completed a full presentation of operating procedures on this oven as it was installed and running in her kitchen.     Yes she called a little over a week after she purchased the oven claiming she had incurred an error code. ( power failure: Ampage surge) she was in fact transferred to one of our technicians, however she failed to mention her location to us ( out of our service jurisdiction) until her call reached my desk. Upon further investigation( realizing her non qualifying  location and recalling our conversation regarding warranty compliance upon purchase with her ) and doing a little digging into what issues this oven may have/ have not  had upon initial inspection, diagnostics, testing and completion of mfg spec operating procedures by our technicians only to discover that this unit had no issues at all and was 100%.       After repeated insults slander and constant bickering from this customer whom conveniently forgot any and all conversations at purchase, I had to hang up on her.  She then called one of our technicians on his cell phone( because we are warranty compliant  having connected her to our technicians and intended initially to proceeded to service this customer until we realized she was knowingly out of our service area and attempting to bypass company distance policy. Which she is fully aware of)   continuing her rant which ended up with her commitment of paying one of my techs on the side to come that distance on their own time after hours to fix her ampage issues causing an error code on this appliance.  Surge protection is a very important component to implement into your home.  Thank you

I do not see an offer. I see the business making excuses. The response said we contacted him after a week but they were contacted the next day.

The technician is a professional EPA certified refrigeration tech at the highest possible level of refrigeration skill set. He has successfully diagnosed, and repaired literally hundreds of thousands of refrigerators over the years of his career.  He does not have time to explain every aspect of his technical proceedures or explain Every component and its designated function to an irate customer in the field whom couldn't possibly comprehend the finer infrastructure of internal refrigeration systems or the technical languages associated which such. We sell thousands of refrigerators per year.  This customer will either become compliant to our company warranty procedure and receive another cpu board installed only after we receive the correct one for this refrigerator or this customer will continue to post standing garbage reteric on our Facebook page, continue to post false accusations to the Revdex.com, and continue to demand services which cannot be rendered until applicable parts are possessed. Now slandering the skill set and business demeanor of the technician who visited this customers house the same day of the complaint shows a substandard caliber of ethics and is not appreciated at all.  None of these tactical advances by the customer will speed  the due process involved with this service call. While we strive to keep everyone happy we understand that there will always be those whom express distaste regardless of the position taken by our company in the matter. Never the less we fulfill our obligations and stand behind our warranty within acceptable allocated time.  Thank you.
