I am not the only one out there that has had this problem from what I have read from other complaintsI will not stand for this dishonest behavior and fraudulent acts!! I did a simple reverse phone lookup using their siteIt came up with basic information about city and carrier and then in the slot for name it said to click here to access the nameI wanted to know who had called me so I paid my one dollar for the trial just to see the name associated with that phone numberAfter signing up with my trial, it told me that no name could be found! This is advertisement! If it says click here to see the name, and I had to pay money, then I better see a nameThen when I called to cancel before the end of the fifth day, my account had already been charged $for the next monthI wanted the account cancelled immediately and my money refundedI had no use for their services, as I did not receive what I even paid forThe first individual I talked to when calling "Member Care" told me that he could refund a portion of the money and let me have the month serviceI told him that I did not want the service at all! He insisted on me maintaining my service with them for an entire month to followI finally gave up with this cue card holding person who is the lowest on the phone operator totem pole and requested to speak to his supervisorThe supervisor got on the phone and immediately offered me my full refundWhy is that so hard to give me what I requested from the beginning and not having to fight to talk to a supervisor just to get my refundThe first individual ignored my original request to speak to a supervisor multiple timesI finally had to tell him that if he had nothing else to say other than repeat the deal about the partial refund one more time, then he had better stop and transfer me to his supervisor, because he was wasting his breatheDo not waste your time or money with this companyThankfully, I was able to get my refund, however it was a struggle to get thatThis company falsely advertises and their call center is not helpful until you talk to supervisors
