Very questionable business practices
Bought their $phone lookup that said if it couldn't find the listing you'd have the option of not creating an account and being charged Well it didn't find my phone number and never gave me the option to opt out
Also the terms and conditions links in their disclaimer are dead links that produce error messages when you click on them, so no way to view what you're agreeing to
I called and cancelled my account and had to threaten them with filing a Revdex.com complaint before they would refund my money
I'd stay away if I were you...very sleazy company

I signed up for a one month membership on Instant Checkmate and was charged three months in a row When I called customer service I was told that I checked the box saying that I agreed to their terms and conditions that stated they would charge me consecutive months until I canceledIf I initially wanted more then a month's service, I would have checked the box for a longer term of service and got the discounted price and not paid the full price three months in a row Additionally, when I logged into my account, there is nowhere on their site that shows what you agreed to in terms of service length and also no option available on my account to cancel the service online I didn't get what I needed from their website, I purchased the one month service to look up one particular person and the arrest search came back with nothing, despite me knowing that they had been arrested A complete waste of money for me, and I feel like I got taken advantage of
