Instant Checkmate is a terrible company to try to do business with If you have used it once, then try to use it again they will not allow this UNLESS you use a new email addressI needed a one time background check, and because I used the service over a year ago I was told I needed a different email address to use it againWhen I tried to get a explanation for this the it on the customer service line kept repeating the canned sentence over and overWhen I asked for a manager I was put on hold for min and was again told the same canned explanationWhen I said I only wanted a single background check I was asked why I needed it I said to check on a employee and was told the checks are not reliable and should not be used under any circumstances for this purposeWhat purpose does one need to get a background check ?? I will go elsewhere

I'm very disappointed in this company that has charged me for a search that didn't release the information I was promisedI then accidentally went on to pay the (sensitive cellphone/keypad error) for nothing! The information was not helpful, nor was it anything close to the detailed information that they said would be disclosedI immediately wanted to cancel this paid membership with a company that I felt was dishonest and also quite rude when I contacted them to cancel the membershipPlease don't waste your time or money with these peopleI certainly don't want this to happen to anyone else because it's not a good feeling when one feels taken advantage ofI still can't even believe they've been able to get away with this very poor and dishonest website
