Terrible product! I was curious and did a search on my brothers and nephewsOnce I confirmed their names, ages, birthdates, addresses and yes, that they were all related, it showed they all had criminal recordsI requested the background report and every single record that came up was for a DIFFERENT PERSON in another state with different ages, addresses I NEVER found any information on any of my family members, although one was recently released from prison! Then, I got hit with SPAM emails within daysI know they all came as a result of signing on with CheckMate because I never get spam

I signed up for this service and was unable to get any report without purchasing more services I chose not to I immediately requested a full refund because I did not get what was advertised I did not get a full refund Their confirmation email says that you will be charged ~dollars a month if you do not cancel I emailed them No response This was a couple weeks ago Because I'm getting worried about additional charges I called the number listed above An automated message answers saying to press to receive $for some opportunity or hang up This message repeats three or four times then hangs up on you You are never given the opportunity to cancel being charged for services that you never received or will receive Not sure where to go from here but this is a nightmare and advertising
