I paid on-line for shipping and handling what I thought to be a trial sample of a product by this company Two weeks later I noted a charge for $from this company I called immediately and said I don't want the product Company representative stated I was paying for the product that was shipped to me already, that it was not a sample Rep stated that in the order details it stated that I had two weeks to cancel the charge I asked to see the site I originally saw the product and he was unable to direct me I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor and I would not be able to speak to anyone else and the charge would stand
