Review: This company works the a 14-Day Free Trail scam and bills for a month's supply if not canceled within 14 days + automatic refills sent and billed every month until canceled by phone. On-line or email cancel is not supported. Allegedly auto billing-shipping is explained in text that appears after you click on a terms and conditions tab. Advertising is deceptive, exploitive, and difficult to remedy. I know the scam and was still fooled.

Order once, get 2 products in the same box, but billed from 2 separate companies. Product names are similar, packaging is identical, company names are unrelated and hidden. The only costs clearly communicated were for shipping and handling. I ordered one sample product 'Brillian Skin Cream', and was offered a second product '[redacted] Skin Serum' also for the cost of additional shipping and handling. Again, no cost info provided at the web page point of sale.

This is a [redacted] sponsored product which led me to assume some level of integrity and to order it. I now see he's under investigation for fraud.

When I received the second shipment I realized my blunder. Looked at my credit card statement within hours of receiving the second shipment and realized I had been billed just under $100 twice for the 'Free Trial' (once for each product) and twice again for the second shipment of each. A $400 scam.

According to my credit card statement, one company is called 'Wwe Superlative Skin The Woodlands TX'. The other company is called [redacted] Skin 877-3682915 Tx. I have never seen those company names before. Impossible to know which company relates to which product.

I called the '[redacted] Skin Serum' company to cancel the 'Eye Treatment' and was not allowed to return either unopened shipment. No credit given for initial shipment, 75% credit for the second. I had to call a separate company to cancel the '[redacted] Skin Cream' which offered 0% of initial refund, 100% of the second.

Misleading, infuriating, bad busineDesired Settlement: I hope I see the credits both companies promised totaling $175. I would like the balance of approximately $225 credited as well.

I stayed on the phone with both companies long enough to hear that all future orders had been canceled. I hope that is truly the case.

I want these companies to change their web advertising to make it clear that this is a $100 product (x2) that will be billed if consumers do not call to cancel, without requiring a Terms and Conditions click through.

I am still considering contact to my credit card company to dispute the bill.

I would not under any circumstances buy or even communicate with this company, in my opinion it is a complete scam. Many videos I've seen facebook etc show a video of someone having some lotion being put on around the eyes that seems to remove bags and winkles within a minute or so. Or so it would seem, they then offer a free trial to see if you like it. but beware, what they send is not what they are showing in the video, and what is worse is what happens after. I had two products sent to me (even though I thought it was supposed to be one) and I get two charges for $89.95 each. I called and got no where they said I ordered it and could not cancel the charges, and if that wasn't enough they made me call back a second time and a different number to stop further shipments on the other product then they claimed I didn't order from them and wanted me to call yet another number which is clearly the same company because it is the same loop recording as they other 2 numbers I have tried. I am about to try a forth number and see if there is any help with that one

Review: Business offers a "30 day trial" for only the cost of shipping. No terms and conditions to be found. Billed for $90 for both products. I ordered this free trial at only the cost of shipping. Who's was $4.95 for the face cream and $3.95 for the eye serum. Nothing on the order form was stated about signing into a contract or anything about a 14 day trial. The page said this was a 30 day supply for only shipping cost. I received the product and the only thing in the box were the products and a packing slip. No information. No phone numbers or web address. My credit card was billed for approximately $90 for both products totaling $180. I called the number that was listed on my credit card posts. [redacted] for the eye serum and [redacted] for the face cream. I spoke to a gentleman who told me all the terms and conditions were listed on their website. I explained to him I never seen any terms or conditions on the order site. He again said they were on his website. I never could understand what he was saying as far as the web address. He did offer me a 35% refund. I would like to have it all refunded. I then spoke to a lady named shay who basically said the same thing. All I want is my money refunded and for them to simplify the order process and make sure people know what they are getting in to. This is horrible! Both calls were made on 7/5/2015. The product itself burns like crazy but like I said I had no way of contacting them.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

All that I want is a 100% refund for both products. And I would like to see them have clear terms and agreements on the order page instead of a different website.

Review: I saw a video advertisement on [redacted] and clicked on it. It showed a woman applying a cream to the bag under her eye and as she talked you visibly saw the bag disappear under the one eye she was applying the cream to and the other eye stayed the same. It looked convincing so I ordered the free 14 day trial sample. I did not see any fine print. When I checked out using Pay Pal, because there was shipping to pay for, they added on another free face cream plus shipping and you had no choice you couldn't say you didn't want it. Well I received the two samples and immediately noticed they didn't say anything about instant results as the video had showed. It says in two weeks you may see an improvement. Well in two weeks what I was $89.85 taken out of my checking account twice!!! One amount gave a phone number which I called 877-281-8650 EWN-Erase Wrinkles Now and argued with a man who said in the fine print it said I had to respond in 14 days cancelling my subscription or be charged the 89.85 !! He finally agreed to refund me 31.44 and unsubscribe me. The second charge of $89.85 is to this company and they do not answer their phone. What a total scam. I did not sign up for anything. No fine print on video. I just wanted to try the free sample for instant results, which was a total lie also!!!!Desired Settlement: I want the 89.95 back from this company and if I am subscribed to anything I unknowingly subscribed to I want to be removed. I do not want this company having my [redacted] to freely take my money, which I used only to pay for shipping and handling. This really scares me and has taught me a lesson in believing whats advertised. I think they should have to remove their ads also.

Review: I read an ad on Facebook about Instant Youthful Skin ([redacted]) that was offering a free sample as long as I paid the shipping cost. It appeared to be an "okay" deal and I did not see any fine print saying it was anything other than a free sample. I assumed if I liked it I would place an order later. When I checked out using my [redacted] card because there was shipping to pay for, they added on another free face cream plus shipping and I didn't see any where that you could refuse the second sample. I received the two samples and began using the IYS. After about one week I noticed that my face was burning and it actually started to peel. I decided to stop using it and figured I was only out the shipping charge and I wouldn't even try the UAA (anti-aging cream (877-802-0783) since they were just advertised as trial size and only cost me the shipping charges. I was checking my [redacted] account for another reason and noticed that $89.85 (IYS) and $89.10 (UAA) had been charged to my [redacted] card. Each of the two charges had a phone number to call but I decided to make a complaint to Revdex.com when I saw how difficult the people that answered the phone were when someone calls or that no one answered the phone. I did not sign up for any type of monthly subscription -just my free samples. I am glad that my face is no longer peeling or burning OR I would also be complaining about the product itself.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the $89.85 and the $89.10 to my [redacted] account. If I am subscribed to anything I unknowingly subscribed to (like a monthly charge!) I want to be removed from the list. I do not want this company to charge my [redacted] for anything other than the shipping and handling charge for the trial face cream I understood that I was initially paying for. I am not a person that typically purchases items in this manner but the advertising really sold me. But I should have listened to my inner voice that usually tells me "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is a scam and won't work" and not put my faith in these companies. I am really disappointed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I truly appreciate your assistance with this matter!

Regards,

I paid on-line for shipping and handling what I thought to be a trial sample of a product by this company. Two weeks later I noted a charge for $96.59 from this company. I called immediately and said I don't want the product. Company representative stated I was paying for the product that was shipped to me already, that it was not a sample. Rep stated that in the order details it stated that I had two weeks to cancel the charge. I asked to see the site I originally saw the product and he was unable to direct me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor and I would not be able to speak to anyone else and the charge would stand.

Review: Though I didn't realize it at the time, I now know I fell for a SCAM after making a "free trial" purchase of "Brilliant Skin Serum" for $4.95 over the Internet using my credit card. I actually had an allergic reaction to the product causing my entire face to redden, become irritated and peel which continued for at least 5 days. After receiving my credit card statement today, I realized I was charged an erroneous $89.85 for something from them I did not order! I phoned IYS to get that charge removed and relay the skin reaction I had. Customer Service (CS) told me they couldn't remove the charge, but that they could offer me a 35% refund off of the $89.85. I told them it needed to be 100% off or nothing and that I needed to talk with a manager. After CS came back, she told me there were 10 calls ahead of mine and again offered a 35% refund. I told her I'd prefer to hold. After less than a minute, another woman sternly came on asking for my identification; my name and address. She basically gave me the same story and "discount" offer! I asked her to take me off their list to ship any future shipments.

Right after that, I phoned my credit card bank, gave them the story. They were aware of other clients complaining of the same situation and are filing a claim on my behalf. A refund will be coming from the bank. As soon as I hung up with my bank, I got an incoming call from IYS asking me to consider a 50% refund of the $89.85. My response was simply . . . 100% or NOTHING (however, I failed to have her email me that cancellation confirmation).

If there's any way the Revdex.com can be instrumental in putting this fraudulent company down, I'd like to help you!

Review: Wrinkle remover eyecream was oredered over the internet @ erasewrinklesnow.com. Though we were given a free 10 day trial offer for shiping cost alone, we were billed for $89.95 within the ten days. When we found out they had debited our credit card, two weeks had gone by and we received another shipment and charged another $89.95 to our card. When we called them in early August, 2015, they wanted to settle for half. We said no. We wanted our money back and sent all their product back around the second week of August, 2015.We went to our debit card, but they only removed one $89.95 amount. Tuesday 11/17/15, they said that they had to honor the second as well as the first debit. No provision was made by [redacted] for return of their product as in a brick and mortar business. The practice of selling on line without being able to return product speaks of predatory business practices. This was a [redacted] advertiser. I am trying to find out how to report this to FB as well.If you cannot get my money back, at least let me know how to get a hold of [redacted] to report this matter. This product has no value for what it is advertised, this product has no value according to my wife; wrinkle remover, more like money remover.Thank you. Please call with any help you may be able to give.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Return the $179.90. They can keep the $4.95 shipping fee. They got their product and I would like them to return my money.

Review: ordered PRODUCTS OF brilliant serum and brilliant cream. Brilliant serum cost was $3.95; brilliant Cream cost $4.95. I noticed on my bank statement this company charged my account $89.85 each. I was totally surprised because no where did it state that these items would cost these amounts.I called the company and she stated it was a 14 day trial and I agreed to the terms. Well I just started using the product 3 days ago because I had a sinus infection and did not feel up to starting products until felt better. Her answer was go online and was all she said.I would like to have 2 amounts of $89.85 returned.Desired Settlement: Two amounts of $89.85 returned, since it was never mentioned in anything that I would have to pay those two amounts.

Review: On 7/1/15 I ordered products of Brilliant Serum and Brilliant Cream in an online 14 day TRIAL PERIOD. Brilliant Serum Cost $5.34 and Brilliant Cream cost $4.27. On 7/16/15 I noticed on my bank statement this company charged my account $97.04 each. I called the company and was told by the "Supervisor" [redacted] that I agreed to the terms. Nowhere was it stated that it would cost these amounts each. I initially thought that I ordered these on 7/2 so 7/16 would have been the 14 day and I could cancel without being charge. [redacted] said he could only give me back 65% of what it cost when I told him that I was going to stop payment at my bank he said that they win all the bank disputes and wouldn't get my money back anyways. Then he told me for the serum I would have to call another number to cancel that order( both these products came on the same order yet I had to call 2 separate numbers) he gave me that number I then talked to Supervisor [redacted]#0009( who refused to give his last name just Initial which is *. And I explained the same thing. He told he saw no problem with my order and refused to give me a refund. He said that he doesn't have to give anything back. I asked to speak to his supervisor which he said he was the supervisor. He than offered me a #35% refund. I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor he than said he will transfer me to someone else but it will only go back to him. After being on hold for over 30minutes I was transferred to a manager named Reale who picked up the line laughing and who refused to give her last name or id number. She said she didn't have one and she said I didn't need it) I asked for a confirmation email which I still have not received. She said as long as I received a confirmation number that is all I needed. Not only were all 3 employees rude and unprofessional, They refused to give out the owners names or anyone up the chain of command. If I had known how much these products cost I would never have agreed to a 14 day trial period.Desired Settlement: Both amounts of 97.04 refunded, since it was never mentioned in anything that I would have to pay these amounts.
