Thank you very much.  I am delighted that you were able to obtain a refund from that skin company.

I paid on-line for shipping and handling what I thought to be a trial sample of a product by this company. Two weeks later I noted a charge for $96.59 from this company. I called immediately and said I don't want the product. Company representative stated I was paying for the product that was shipped to me already, that it was not a sample. Rep stated that in the order details it stated that I had two weeks to cancel the charge. I asked to see the site I originally saw the product and he was unable to direct me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor and I would not be able to speak to anyone else and the charge would stand.

This company is really F'ed up. The option for the small trial came up through another website I had bought something on and this was NOT the https://www.trynexacell.com/ website. On the website I signed up on it did not state ANYTHING about it charging me $89.95 otherwise I would have never bought a tiny frikkin bottle for that much Who in their right mind would. Then I see the charge on my credit card and the person I speak to tells me, because I told him I am disputing the transaction, that I will lose because they give the bank this website https://www.trynexacell.com/ which DOES clearly state it will charge me the $89.95 BUT IT'S NOT THE WEBSITE I BOUGHT THE THING ON. That's really fked up. He offered as others stated above that they would give me a discount yadda yadda, no thank you the tiny bottle and cream is not even worth any discount. I will be disputing the transaction and continuing to write these reviews until this matter is resolved.

Review: Review: ordered online via an email offer for a sample of [redacted] eyecream and [redacted] skin cream. The promotional offer was to to cost $3.95; and $4.95.

Three weeks later when I received my monthly credit card statement I noticed that this company charged my account $89.85 TWICE, without my permission or knowledge. which they tell me was in the fine print in the offer, of which I was not aware of when placing this "trial" offer.

I was totally surprised because nowhere did it state that these items would cost these amounts.

I promptly called the company (on 5/16/2015) and [redacted] stated it was a 14 day trial and I agreed to the terms and said he would cancel the order and refund the (two charges at $89.85) to my credit card.

Four days later on 5/20/2015 [redacted] (represented as a Supervisor) called me to offer a resolution where I would have to pay 50% of the charges to resolve the matter.

I feel that this is deceptive advertising and marketing. Say what a product costs in clear language and not have some scheme where you have to cancel in a short period of time or get excessively charged for a product represented as a sample. Notice that they somehow manage to make one internet transaction into two separate billing charges.Desired Settlement: l feel that this is deceptive advertising and marketing and want a full refund of the credit card billing of $179.70. There was no mention or notice of additional costs and I did not authorize any program or whatever excuse they have about "fine print in a contract".

Review: ordered online via an email offer for a sample of brillant eyecream and brilliant skin serum. The promotional offer was to to cost $3.95; and $4.95. I just received another shipment of both products which I didn't order. I checked my credit card statement and noticed that this company charged my account $89.85 TWICE in June and TWICE in July, without my permission or knowledge. which they tell me was in the fine print in the offer, of which I was not aware of when placing this "trial" offer. I had to call a different number for the eye cream. That customer service offered a RMA for the Eye Cream. I feel that this is deceptive advertising and marketing.
