She makes me feel from time to time with her quick responses that I am her only broker and I know that I am not. Excellent service, excellent product for our needs with our mission trip. Rare to find folks who actually do as they promise -- follow-through and follow-up were wonderful. And the prices were affordable. They know what they're doing and do it with excellence.

We recently purchased HCC medical insurance services for our international group medical coverage under Atlas Group Travel Series. We are a church-related group of ten including seven teens and three adults. We chose the Day Tripper policy as we were abroad only one week. Happily, none of us needed to submit a claim! [redacted], VP, was very helpful in explaining our coverage options.

The customer service was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We originally applied for their services in December, but unable to pay at the time. Once we picked up the application process again 3 months later they remembered us and continued the process again with ease.

It took some research for several Overseas/Int'l trips, to find the right insurance options...and more importantly, the right firm to offer them, at the right price, and in all the countries I might be going to. Not as easy as you'd think, actually.

I've used ISA now for a multiple of countries, and for both Business and Medical coverage while abroad. No need for me to look anywhere else. They make the process super-easy, and lets you focus back on your trip coming together. 10+ Rating!

Great company and easy to work with. I have never filed a claim and hope I never have to, but it is comforting to know that I am covered by such great people.
