A great insurance company. Very attentive

Went in cold to this family run business and was pleasantly surprised. Personal attention, prompt service, knowledgeable concerning their product and they answer their own phones!! Can you imagine, no voicemails!!!

We found this group very helpful and have used them a couple of times when we have brought people to the US for meetings.

I have used this service repeatedly and been consistently pleased with the responsiveness of staff and ease of use of the on-line registration process.

As a church, we use their services for short-term mission trips. The online application is quick and simple. We always receive the insurance cards immediately upon completion of the application. They provide great customer service, always following up to see how the trip went and if we need assistance. The only time we had to use the insurance was for an appendectomy in the Dominican Republic. The filing procedure was straightforward and we were reimbursed promptly.

It was nice experience to talk to representative and he explain all detail and also give satisfactory answer to my questions.

The insurance for my trip to Haiti was very easy to purchase and although I was fortunate not to need it , it was assuring to know I had it . The cost was quite reasonable .

They further bent over backwards to accommodate my unique insurance situation. I would highly recommend them!

I have dealt with HCC Medical Insurance services (Insurance Services of America) twice and both times I received excellent service from operators who were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their services. The biggest surprise for me was the cost! So many benefits for such a small cost - I feel very looked after and will continue to use HCC for all my travel insurance needs.
