I have used Insurance Services of America several times over the years for travel insurance and to cover my children while studying abroad. [redacted] has always been very helpful and efficient in handling our needs.

ISA is wonderful to work with. They are extremely quick to respond to emails or calls (I have never waited more than 24 business hours), and have also been helpful in answering questions outside of providing their main service.

We have used Insurance Services of America for many years now with our groups traveling to Kenya and Haiti. We have found them to be extremely helpful, and they have always been willing to go the extra mile for us in time of need! I would highly reoommend them for groups traveling overseas. If you have what they offer, chances are you'll never need what they offer! That's been our experience!

I have been using ISA for several years now. I acquire all my travel insurance through ISA, including insurance for my disaster response team. They are fast, responsive and very reliable, explaining the pros and cons of the various options available.

Friendly and attentive customer service that explained insurance options without pressure to sell a certain package. They prioritized listening and getting the consumer what worked best for the customer's situation. I also received good follow-up communication from the company and appreciated the genuine care over the phone.

Insurance Services of America has provided mission trip insurance for our church for the past 10 years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I recommend them for trip cancellation insurance also!

The site was very straight forward, easy to understand, and quick. When I called the number to talk to a person, I was answered promptly and helped by a Mr. Aaron B[redacted], who was extremely personable and helpful. I have not had to use the coverage, so I don't know anything about that side of things, but as far as enrolling for coverage goes, it was a very pleasant experience!

This company dealt with my healthcare needs when I first arrived in America. I was not able to find regular health insurance due to my age and I did/do not qualify for medicaid. They were able to find me a policy which went some way to providing cover and was clearly the best available, given that the system does very little to cater for the over 65's. I have been very happy with the cover they found and the treatment I've had from them.

I was looking for a trael insurance for international travel and needed it urgently to satisfy the VISA needs as well. Had a talk with Aaron B[redacted] from Overseashealth who was very helpful in getting things sorted for me quicte quickly. He knew Exactly what I am looking for and was able to provide the required documents/policy in less then an hr.

As I was going to participate as a volunteer in [redacted] work out of my home country (Norway) I was not eligible for the medical insurances offered by any Norwegian insurance companies. After searching online I managed to find a few overseas companies that were aimed particularly at missionaries. I contacted each one, but only Revdex.com were immediate in their reply and in our e-mailing they were always very helpful and soon to answer. As for the insurance itself I was fortunate enough to not need any medical help or get into accidents while I was away, but I trust that Revdex.com would be as helpful and quick in their response in emergency cases as in establishing a client. I will definitely tell others in a similar situation to mine about Revdex.com.
