This communication serves as Americollect, Inc's timely response to Ms. [redacted] 's concerns.I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. On 08/17/2015, we received two accounts for Ms. [redacted] from [redacted] (Account #[redacted] & #[redacted]). We sent a notice to the address on file per our client's recordsand, subsequently, the address provided on this complaint. On 08/27/2015, our clie nt, [redacted]contacted our office and stated that the account should be cancelled. We cancelled the accounts on that same day.On 09/15/2015, our client re-listed the previously cancelled accounts with our office. As the accounts were newly listed,we sent a notice to the address on file on 09/16/2015. On 09/18/2015, our dient contacted our office to cancel theaccounts from our office again. We have since been in contact with our client and have requested that the accounts notbe re-listed in our office. No record of the accounts have been listed with the three major Credit Bureaus (Equifax,TransUnion and Experian).As is evident by our rapid and thorough response to your office, and subsequently Ms. [redacted] , Americollect takescomplaints very seriously. We also take great pride in treating consumers with the respect and professionalism theydeserve. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions, she is able to contact our office between the central time hours of 7amto 9pm Monday - Friday or between the central time hours of 5am to 5pm, Saturdays.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and allowing me to respond.

I am rejecting this response because:my vehicle has been in their  shops too much , regardless of how many miles is on the vehicle it still has the same oil leak when I purchased the vehicle which the dealership was aware of this issue . I have brought it back numerous times to get the vehicle repaired for the same problem.
