Area manager had spoken to the customer regarding the damage to the windshield. We informed her that the Damage Recovery Unit will be in contact with the customer regarding the claim. They will look into any pre-existing damages as well

The contract was clearly marked No Damage and No Hail Damage on the contract** *** also did not address any concerns or the reported Hail damage to the renting employeeThe previous contracts are also clearly marked No Damage and No Hail DamageIn terms of GPS tracking, we do not carry those on our vehiclesThe customer is responsible for any Damage during the duration of the rental, including Hail

I have spoken with this customer. There was a mix up on the complaint ID on my last response. I was responding to the wrong complaint. I apologized for the poor experience. The customer has my contact information and will reach out to me the next time she needs a vehicle so I can help her out. She appreciated the phone call and resolution

The Area Manager corresponded by email with the customer and apologized for the situation. We refunded the entire rental of $instead of the requested $

Customer was given a refund for the amount of the rental on 9/15/2016.

Management contacted Mr*** on Sat 6/and made him aware that we have refunded
the his credit card on file for $On Monday 6/20, we emailed him a copy of the receipt
showing the refund
Mr*** was pleased
with the quick response on Saturday

I have contacted *** *** and he has provided the information regarding the claim that he was involved with as it relates to a rental car needI have contacted the adjuster and I am waiting on a response from the insurance company. Once I can get an update, I will work with *** ***
regarding his bill to have the matter resolved

We called the customer and left a message apologizing for their experience. We have refunded the customer for
the difference. Customer had mentioned that insurance would cover upgrade and they never
did. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Oil damage to brand new concrete is very serious. As a vehicle, Enterprise should be fully responsible for any damages the vehicle makes against an individuals property. The Branch Manager even stated that the work was done previously by a mechanic and that it was negligent from the mechanic company, however, being that it is a vehicle registered to Enterprise, the company takes fully responsibility. In any event, this may happen again to other customers and Enterprise will not own up to the responsibility leaving the consumer to be at a major loss being responsible for damages that was not consumers fault

I am rejecting this response because: the hail damage was not clearly marked on the form and it wasn't marked at all when I initialed itThe sales rep filled out the form himself and he did not instruct me to record the very noticeable hail damageMultiple witnesses can attest the damage was preexisting and the weather reports do not show wide spread hail damage in the area the car was used inGPS information has been requested but no one from Enterprise has provided it.
