This company requires a 30% restocking to a warehouse. The item is being returned in its original packaging and has not been opened. It need only to be put back on the shelf. If you consider that the consumer pays $10.95 to have it shipped to and then the same to ship back, with the 30% fee, a $79 item will produce a return of $34. As a new customer, I would not do business with this company again.

Review: I ordered eight rolls of wallpaper from interiorplace.com on 3/8/2014. I paid in full with my credit card. My order number is [redacted], and has been marked as 'Awaiting Fulfillment' since 5 minutes after my purchase was made. I have made several attempts to contact the company, and finally requested that my money be refunded to me. As of 3/22/2014, I have not heard back from the company at all. It seems that they have no intentions of sending my wallpaper, only taking my money. Customer service does not answer the phone number listed on their website, and I have sent several emails. My total was $131.79. Immediately after making my purchase, I received three emails from interiorplace.com. Two stated that my order would arrive soon, and one stating that I have a "BuySafe Certificate of Guarantee", that my purchase was insured up to $1000, for free. This immediately made me regret my purchase, it seems very shady and fake. I decided to just wait and see what would happen, and clearly, I wish I had listened to my gut feeling.Desired Settlement: I would like for Interior Place to refund my money in full to the card that I purchased it on. I will find the wallpaper somewhere else, as I absolutely want nothing else to do with this 'company' in the future.

Review: hion march 3/2014 I order 5 rolls of contact paper golden oak. when I receive them they were not the color that I wanted. two days after I mail them back . I never open the rolls. I mail everything back unopened. now that I am asking for my refund they are only want to refund me with 38.47. I paid 73.62 . I paid 13.38 to ship it back to them.now they want to charge me 35.15 for there stocking fee. I think this is unfair to be able to charge that munch just to put it back on the shelf.Desired Settlement: to be refunded the money 76.62 that I paid. I am the one who paid to have it back ship.why should I paid 35.00 just to put it back on a self.

As a new customer, I would not do business with this company again.

The customer service is very great, and their response time is prompt. I definitely loved their product selection, and the people who work there are helpful and very nice. Will repeat again, and will recommend to friends and family.

Review: I ordered a product from this website and almost immediately called to cancel the order as my needs had changed. I was on the phone with customer service within 15 minutes asking to cancel my order prior to processing and shipping. The CS representative said she could not cancel my order, but someone would be in the next day to do it and she asked for my phone number, which they already had. No one called me and a few days later I received an email saying they had shipped my order anyway. I responded to the email to explain that I had requested a cancelation. A few days later I finally received an email asking to let them know when I received the package and the would give instructions to return it. I emailed again after receipt of package and did not hear back for a few days. When I finally received a reply, I was told I had to cover the cost of return shipping plus a 30% restock fee, bringing the total to almost the original cost of the item. Essentially, I would have paid for an item I did not receive. The fault here lies with the company, because I had requested a cancellation in a timely manner, and my request for cancellation was not handled, my card was charged anyway, and the package was sent regardless. I still have not received a response to the last email I sent them about 2 weeks ago. Customer service is slow to none at Interior Place.Desired Settlement: I'd like to return the item at the expense of the company for a full refund because my request for order cancellation was not handled properly (or not handled at all), although I asked for a cancellation just 15 minutes after placing the order.

Your order went directly to warehouse for processing. You called to us after your order went from order queue to processing, directly to manufacture's system. Before you placed your order you had to confirm twice that you want to process your request. After your double confirmation we are making sure that your merchandise will be dispatched in the shortest time possible.
