The resolution is that I will be refunded $136 and will receive two free maintenances on my gas furnace and air conditioner.

feel we have reached an amicable resolution. We have voided the customer’s check, and mailed it back to him. I am rejecting this response because AJ Perri called me several times and I spoke with a customer service representative.  First, she said AJ Perri would repair my non working furnace for $1,291 and I rejected this offer.  Then she said they would repair it for $785 but this offer was after I had already paid $661 for the part and shipping and $100 to an electrician to install it.  The [redacted] payment receipt is attached.  As my furnace worked well before AJ Perri came to do prepaid maintenance, AJ Perri was paid to and did perform maintanance for the 8 years I had the furnace, and it stopped working five days after the last maintenance, AJ Perri took improper action causing the failure to work.
