Mr [redacted] purchased a year old [redacted] he drove it and inspected the vehicle before the purchase !! We fixed the oil leak for him and he was pleased His house was robbed few weeks after and they stole his keys He called us for extra key which we did not have so he elected to tow the vehicle to [redacted] dealer and told them to change the locks because the robbers had his key !! [redacted] dealer charged him $to change the ignition and the security system and was very costly and he was mad ! He complained that the vehicle had suspension issue and the head light was not original !! The car is years old and he test drove the car and it was fine no suspension issue and the head light is functionable !! I guess he was mad from the repair bill he had to pay because of the robbery and he is trying to take his anger on us ! Thank you ! * [redacted] G.M International Auto Outlet

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As you can see from his response, he states he was "pretty honest" about the car's issues and cosmetic issuesIf I was trying to defend myself and I knew I was not guilty, I would not say I was " Pretty Honest", I would say that I was " Totally Honest"! He DID NOT disclose the car's issues in entirety before sale, the majority of the issues that he said he disclosed were not disclosed to me prior to saleYes, he did have the windshield replaced and radio repairedThe windshield wipers were rigged and that issue was not disclosed to me prior to sale nor were the headlights although he did repair the headlightsThe plastic cover that he supposedly " secured" was " "secured" with zip ties, which I do not consider repairing, I have I photos that I posted on my review on their Facebook page to show proof that their repair work is shady in my opinionI don't know any reputable mechanics that would do the type of repair work that I have seen them do to my carAlso, he did tell me the key would need replaced and reprogrammed due to the buttons peeling and the key being taped, however, he did not disclose to me that something is wrong with the module making it impossible for just Saab to program a new key without replacing the module & the keyI was not aware of this until a couple weeks after the sale when I went to get a new key programmed and I was told it would be $1300! If this information would have been disclosed to me prior to the sale of the car, I would NOT have purchased it! I feel like it's wrong of them to make the sale knowing I came in looking for a reliable car for my two children, who are only & and IMy kids were very sick with strep throat and I couldn't even take them to the dr for days! He also stated that he spoke with my "friend" about the issues with the car, which is true, but if he was selling me the car & not my friend, shouldn't he have disclosed the issues to ME and not just my friend who was trying to help me? I was the customer, not my friend! I will never do business there again and hope that others will learn from my mistakeI do not feel like I was made aware of the repairs this car would require and because of that, I feel like I was seriously taken advantage ofI may not be able to recover my financial loss, but hopefully if I get the word out there, nobody else will be put in my situationI have attached the pictures of the zip ties used to "secure" the plastic cover Regards, [redacted]

I have called and left a message twice and MrK [redacted] has yet to return my call I do want them to get another opinion on the vehicle if they will comply What are my next steps from here? I work full-time and do not have the time to visit the dealership through the week Please adviseThank you, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have e-mailed International Auto Outlet and instructed them I would only communicate in a written formatI received a response from them after the second e-mail to which I responded stating that I would be willing to talk to Tony through e-mail ONLYI have received no response to this third e-mailAt the present time, the car is drivable, but I do not know for how longThe Hyundai repair shop I took it to said at this point, the car just needs to be driven until it fails as the damage to the engine block has already been doneI have not contacted the warranty company because at present, the car is still runningIf IAO is confident that the warranty company will cover the costs, then I will consider this matter closed if I get something in writing from them stating that when the car fails, IAO will cover all costs, minus the $deductible I would have to pay under the warranty contract, if Z-Core refuses to cover the repairsI think this is a fair resolution Regards, [redacted]

Dear ***Thank you for calling me yesterday regarding the complaints. I am very sorry for some reason I am not getting the complaint in my email box it is going to Spam ! Can you please fix that problem! About I'd [redacted] he got the Title and me... personally contacted him and explained why was the delay because of lending and promised him that we overnight the title and unfortunately our assistant missed the 6 pm pick up time so he got it the day after ! I apologize to [redacted] and I still have the $75.00 gift certificate from [redacted] like he requested which will cover the $25.00 title fee and $50.00 for 1 day title delay ! Please let me know what to do ! [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

I purchased a Cobalt SS in October and it has given me nothing but issues and I was Not made aware of any issues with the car when I was there at the dealershipThe first issue was when I first got the car home, I noticed a knot in the driver's side front tire and was told I had to replace the tire because it was dangerousThe second issue I had was literally days after I found the knot in the tire, a coolant leak which lead me to park the car for upwards of a month until I could afford to fix it after I just spent a bunch of money to buy the carThe 3rd issue I'm having right now is the rear axle beamEver since I test drove the car I thought it drove nice but thought the pull to the left was just me, but the more I drove the car, the more I realized things weren't right with the handling and so I took it to a tire shop and they told me the rear axle beam was bent which will wear the tires quicker than normalSo after replacing a tire, the radiator, the stock heat exchanger(since it is supercharged and they were both leaking due to a rock that got lodged in between them), the interior blinker switch, the Sun/Moon roof switch bezel, and now the axle beam having to either be bent or replaced I'm not too thrilled with my experience at all

We received your response about the above referenced complaint and we think our offer stand by us fixing your door lock and will send back the tires for rebalance at the tire shop for free because we already paid for that ! We feel like we do not have to pay you or the Dealer because that is something we of erred to you ! Also, hours of waiting Is an average wait at any tire shop without an an appointment !
As a Dealer we have day by law to issue the title in your name and there was a trade and payoff involved and the process takes several weeks in order to send the title and the refund checkG.Anthony Kayrouz

Dear Tony, I did keep the appointment with Allen at Jim's Good Year and he did confirm that it is the timing chain that is bad in the car I purchased in January and knew there was a problem immediately and have been trying to resolve it for almost three months now. Allen said that he could get the part and that it would take a "special tool" to replace it. This tool will cost about $and the chain and labor approximately $1500.00. Nick at Sumner Brossaid he could get the part too. After three weeks and a couple of timing chains later I was informed that he could not find the correct part for that particular model Suzuki. The warranty has run out and I was sold a lemon from the beginning. Allen at Jim's explained that if he get the right part and replaced it the cost would be about $1500,and he would have to include the cost of the "special tool". This is ridiculous. I cannot afford this and shouldn't have to. This problem should have been taken care of before you put the vehicle on the market. I never had a problem like this with my Toyota. Please consider a replacement for this vehicle
Sincerely,

Mrs*** will be calling you to let you know that this matter was resolved and we reimbursed them the money they paid to fix the air condition line !Please let me know when she calls
you that everything is resolved.Thank you,*** *** General Sales Manager International Auto Outlet
