Dear [redacted],
We read your complaint and our response to you is that our Sales person did not misrepresented the Pontaic Firebird you purchased from us.  He talked to you on the phone and discribed the vehicle condition in full detail and our website showed...

more than 30 pictures before you purchased.  We even on our own.  changed the AC Compressor because the Clutch was making noises before we shipped it to you to Colorado for you to be satisfied.  You called few times and talked to Matt and steve about problems with antenna and radio but, they both told you  that they were in working order before the vehicle was shipped to you. Please understand that the vehicle is 15 years old and things can go wrong instantly. We believe that we sold you a good solid vehicle and we represented the vehicle the way it is by the pictures from our Website and walking Arround the vehicle described over the phone.
Best Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have e-mailed International Auto Outlet and instructed them I would only communicate in a written format. I received a response from them after the second e-mail to which I responded stating that I would be willing to talk to Tony through e-mail ONLY. I have received no response to this third e-mail. At the present time, the car is drivable, but I do not know for how long. The Hyundai repair shop I took it to said at this point, the car just needs to be driven until it fails as the damage to the engine block has already been done. I have not contacted the warranty company because at present, the car is still running. If IAO is confident that the warranty company will cover the costs, then I will consider this matter closed if I get something in writing from them stating that when the car fails, IAO will cover all costs, minus the $250 deductible I would have to pay under the warranty contract, if Z-Core refuses to cover the repairs. I think this is a fair resolution.

I purchased a 2006 Cobalt SS in October 2015 and it has given me nothing but issues and I was Not made aware of any issues with the car when I was there at the dealership. The first issue was when I first got the car home, I noticed a knot in the driver's side front tire and was told I had to replace the tire because it was dangerous. The second issue I had was literally 4 days after I found the knot in the tire, a coolant leak which lead me to park the car for upwards of a month until I could afford to fix it after I just spent a bunch of money to buy the car.
The 3rd issue I'm having right now is the rear axle beam... Ever since I test drove the car I thought it drove nice but thought the pull to the left was just me, but the more I drove the car, the more I realized things weren't right with the handling and so I took it to a tire shop and they told me the rear axle beam was bent which will wear the tires quicker than normal.
So after replacing a tire, the radiator, the stock heat exchanger(since it is supercharged and they were both leaking due to a rock that got lodged in between them), the interior blinker switch, the Sun/Moon roof switch bezel, and now the axle beam having to either be bent or replaced I'm not too thrilled with my experience at all.
