*** *** deal was sent back from the Sub Prime Lender due to Verification of Income ! *** *** lied to us and to the Lender on the Credit Application about her income, she makes less than what
she told usBecause of that, we have to charge *** *** Restocking fee, Reconditioning fee, Administration fee, Mileage and Driving our Vehicle for almost month !Technically, *** *** owed us Money and we are going to pursue legal action against her because the above Charges are way more than her $she used for down paymentAlso, she came to our Dealership with a friend and they were both yelling in front of customers and calling us names and threating us to call the Police and demanding to pay her back $Actually, we asked politely to leave our premises and told them that we are going to call the police on them for threating and defamation of character in front of customers!
Also, *** *** went to the Attorney General office and reported us. We will be willing not to seek legal action against *** *** if she drop both complaints for both agencies otherwise we are going to pursueThank you for your Cooperation!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Nohours is NOT an average wait time for tires to be installed and it was actually hours and minutes and I DID have an appointment which was made with the salesperson who sold me the truckI was told to bring the truck that morning and the tires AND lock would be done.
I have a signed document from you guys promising to install the tires and fix the lock which was not done when promisedIf nothing else this can be considered BREECH OF CONTRACTI do not need to go out of my way to right your wrongsYou are gonna send the truck back to have the wheels balanced at the same tire shop that didn't do it the first time and didn't even tighten all the lug nuts on the vehicle I was driving my family in unsafely? No thanksThe wheels have already been balanced at the Dodge dealership out of MY pocket, hence why I am asking for compensationStill waiting on the title which would be great if I get it before the temp tags expire

Do not please do not buy a car from them. I had the worst experience with this place. I bought a car from them and after waiting 30 mins just to test drive the car after I called before I came was my first red flag. It was a busy Saturday so I gave them the benefit. Then before we test drove the car we couldnt open the passenger side door. 2nd red flag but they said they would fix it. Third red flag was waiting 2 hours with a 2 yr old and 7 yr old to hear about the financing. After saying they would fix the minor problems like the door, windsheild wiper hose and driver side door motor I signed the papers and made a down payment in cash and left the car for them to repair. They told me the car would be done Monday. Monday came an I called to get an estimated time of when the car would be done. No one could give me an answer. So I gave them a few hours and called back since no one called me back. This went on all day and at 730, 30 mins before they closed they called and told me the car was not done and there mechanic had broke the window and they would have to now fix that. At that point after being disrespected and getting the run around all day. I told them I dont want the car an I would be there in the morning to get my money back. I went up there and got the run around for another hour and talk to a guy who was waiting for the car he bought a few days ago that he now has issues with any way I was told the assistant manager would be there at 1 until they closed and thats who I would have to talk to. So we left and in that time bought a car with no issues and had a great experience and wonderful customer service not to mention itvwas a yr newer with less miles and a cheaper price in ky. So after I got my car from the new dealership I went back up to international that evening. Got the run around from Tony and treated rudly in front of my children and they told me they had to review there legal options. We left and the next morning I called the new dealership I bought a car from and told them they were trying to play hard ball. with in about 30 mins I got a call back from my dealership to tell me dont worry about them and go get your money back. Im so greatful I didnt buy the car from them an never drove it off the lot. These people dont know how to treat people and never will call you back. Please save your time and your self a head ach and stay far away. I got lucky and followed my gut and so thankful I did.

Business call:  Business did everything that they were supposed to do, an extended warranty was given to him and the car was discounted. Repairs were made. Can't make the car like a new 2014 model. Customer is responsible for...

everyday wear and tear

Mr[redacted] purchased a 10 year old [redacted] he drove it and inspected the vehicle before the purchase !! We fixed the oil leak for him and he was pleased ....

His house was robbed few weeks after and they stole his keys .
He called us for extra key which we did not have so he elected to tow the vehicle to [redacted] dealer and told them to change the locks because the robbers had his key !! [redacted] dealer charged him $1500.00 to change the ignition and the security system and was very costly and he was mad !
He complained that the vehicle had suspension issue and the head light was not original !!
The car is 10 years old and he test drove the car and it was fine no suspension issue and the head light is functionable !!
I guess he was mad from the repair bill he had to pay because of the robbery and he is trying to take his anger on us !
Thank you !

11/21/15 stopped to drive a 2003 Extended cab ford ranger. It looked real nice in the photos on eBay and the website. It had good tires on it, and needed to be jumped, which is no issue since it had been setting a while. But upon driving, the clutch was about out, the brakes were bad, something in the front end made a horrible noise when turning, and all warning lights that could be on, we're on. It was a turd, as were the other three that I wanted to look at so I didn't take the chance to drive them. They buy borderline junk that will run, but are not safe or reliable, lure people in with good photos and promises of garaunteed approval, then if needed lower their price a tad to make them feel like they are getting a deal, then set the hook and do the deal. Revolving door of salesmen too I bet. Glad I didn't have to purchase there. I feel for the people that are being taken.

I would at least like the brakes repaired at no cost since I was mislead on the condition of the car, and the brakes were completely worn when it was purchased. I accept responsibility for wear and tear that I have caused, but not wear and tear present at purchase when I was told the vehicle had been inspected and was worth more than blue book value.

Revdex.com: Yes I did say I had to think about it and I did. After a few days I text the salesman back and asked him if they would put it in writing that they would put a motor in that had equal to or less mileage then what was on it when I purchased it and got no response.  I text him again the next day and asked If they were still willing to fix it and he said No to take it somewhere else since I didn't have confidence in there service department. I told him he was right I didn't have confidence in there service department because they lied to me about the problem from day 1 then kept dodging the issue by fixing minor things.
Also yes I did not make a payment because I am working on a law suite and at the time we were working on a demand letter stating what we wanted or we were taking this to court. I didn't think they would take the car for being a week and a half late on the first months payment. Especially when I NEVER Received a bill in the mail. I just got 2 phone calls that it and no one stated they were going to take my vehicle. This is beside the fact because I'm not complaining about the repo. I paid the fees and got my car back even though I cant drive it very far. The only reason they added that is to damage my credibility as it had nothing to do with the complaint.
I have all the text messages saved as proof.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As you can see from his response, he states he was "pretty honest" about the car's issues and cosmetic issues. If I was trying to defend myself and I knew I was not guilty, I would not say I was " Pretty Honest", I would say that I was " Totally Honest"! He DID NOT disclose the car's issues in entirety before sale, the majority of the issues that he said he disclosed were not disclosed to me prior to sale. Yes,  he did have the windshield replaced and radio repaired. The windshield wipers were rigged and that issue was not disclosed to me prior to sale nor were the headlights although he did repair the headlights. The plastic cover that he supposedly " secured" was " "secured" with zip ties, which I do not consider repairing, I have I photos that I posted on my review on their Facebook page to show proof that their repair work is shady in my opinion. I don't know any reputable mechanics that would do the type of repair work that I have seen them do to my car. Also, he did tell me the key would need replaced and reprogrammed due to the buttons peeling and the key being taped, however, he did not disclose to me that something is wrong with the module making it impossible for just Saab to program a new key without replacing the module & the key. I was not aware of this until a couple weeks after the sale when I went to get a new key programmed and I was told it would be $1300! If this information would have been disclosed to me prior to the sale of the car, I would NOT have purchased it! I feel like it's wrong of them to make the sale knowing I came in looking for a reliable car for my two children, who are only 4 & 7 and I. My kids were very sick with strep throat and I couldn't even take them to the dr for 2 days! He also stated that he spoke with my "friend" about the issues with the car, which is true, but if he was selling me the car & not my friend, shouldn't he have disclosed the issues to ME and not just my friend who was trying to help me? I was the customer, not my friend! I will never do business there again and hope that others will learn from my mistake. I do not feel like I was made aware of the repairs this car would require and because of that, I feel like I was seriously taken advantage of. I may not be able to recover my financial loss, but hopefully if I get the word out there, nobody else will be put in my situation. I have attached the pictures of the zip ties used to "secure" the plastic cover.

[redacted], now why do you have to spread lies all over the internet? You came in for a car that is about 2500 to 4000 cash. I showed you plenty of vehicles that was in your...

price range and I was pretty honest with the condition and cosmetic issues. Wait, let me correct myself. I was mainly dealing with your boyfriend/ friend who was asking about the cars, checking the condition, and asking all the questions. You ended choosing a 2006 Saab sedan which was listed for $3495. You guys even asked me why the Saab was super cheap. Even though I had another Saab that was identical with about the same miles that we were asking 6995 for it in way better condition. I explained exactly everything, such as the windshield was cracked, radio not working, one of the buttons for the window were bad, wipers were off, key fob not working, plastic cover was hanging. Which is why I was selling it so cheap. Not only did I discount the vehicle, but I fixed the radio, secured the plastic hanging from the bumper and we replaced the Windshield with new Molding and we even sent the glass company to your house for installation . After you drove off with the vehicle, you complained about the door lock. I went and fixed that from the kindness of my heart. Then you scraped the front bumper and damaged the other side of the plastic cover that I secured and I fixed that as well. You knew the key had tape all over it because the buttons were faded and peeling. You also know that I had one key for the Saab before you purchased it. You then complained that another key is too expensive, even though you told me you found a set of new key from Amazon/ Ebay for 30 dollars, but the programming was too expensive and I explained that I did not have the technology or the machine to program them, but I went ahead and gave you a free key and all you had to do was program them. Here is the kicker, and I know everyone knows this. You and your father called up here because you locked the steering wheel every time you stepped out of that car. I guess you didn't know that that is a safety feature in every vehicle ever made. I have pretty much done everything under the sun before and after the sale. It is NOT our fault that keep locking the steering wheel every time you get out of the car. You also informed me and my General Manager Tony one week after you purchased the Saab that you have a medical condition and your medical issue prevents you from unlocking the wheel and putting the key in the ignition at the same time. This is going to happen to every vehicle in the world, weather it is a 1985 model or a 2017 model. We cannot refund your money because of a manufacturer and government safety regulation. I disclosed all cosmetic issues before the purchase, I have done extra service before and after the sale. If I sold you the car for $1000 dollars, you would still be complaining. Just remember [redacted]a, there is a camera in every office and I have proof that you have knowledge about these things and you are not being truthful with anyone. We will also be contacting Howard Ain and the Revdex.com to let him know the type of customer you are and all the lies you spread. I have never heard of any dealer doing work after it was sold as-is for free. Since you decided to take it this far, we will file defamation of character and slander charges against you and make sure it is taken to the fullest extent of the law.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First and formost, I paid$4,325 in cash to purchase the 2005 Jetta. Each time I encountered a problem, I contacted the business immediately. The first time they took my car, I get the car back and it was shaking super bad and the check engine light was on.I contacted the business, and even the manager, tony, said," Thta's normal the light is on the car is old." No, it's not normal for the check engine light to come on. The business took the car again and the manager tony, said," he would come fix the car for free." Each time they said they fixed it, the issues were not fixed. I'm really not happy about this car or the business. I'm tired of the back and forth. They keep saying nothing is wrong, or "it's fixed." The manager tony came to my house to get the car earlier this week, he said,""he said he would fix it again."I contacted him and let him know that the check engine light was still on again.I asked him at least three times while he was at my front door," is the check engine light still on? His response,"No." My husband was right there he is a witness. I told him I'm contacting the Revdex.com. I've told the manger,Tony, that I want my money back and I will return the car several times. In the contract, it states," you can get refund or exchange only if you cancel your contract with the manufacturer."I told tony, the manger.Tony says," There is no manufacturer."  For all of these reasons listed above is the reason why I reject the businesses response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK $4,325. i've sent a complaint to the manufacturer as well.I will never get a car from there ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone. The Revdex.com starts with trust! It hasn't even been a month since i've had this car...

INTERNATIONAL AUTO OUTLET

I went to International Auto Outlet for the first time today (3/12/2015) to test drive and potentially drive a 2003 Ford Ranger listed at $5995. I was told on the phone that I would easily be approved for financing on the car. Upon arrival, I was told that the interest rate I was told on the phone could not be achieved but they would see what they could do. This was an immediate red flag for me but I decided to continue with the test drive. The car was in awful shape. Someone at the dealership had wrecked the car into one of the yellow beams in the parking lot. This left a huge yellow mark on the front bumper. The car was also running rough due a vacuum leak. I requested that they take a look at it. They reluctantly did. The truck bed was full of pop cans, the dealership had put caulk in the rear window in order to fix a leak, let me drive it with the check engine light on, and the truck bed was rusted out. Despite all of these issues, they still wanted what is called "Clean Market Value". This refers to the maximum price they should charge for a car that is in optimal shape. This car was clearly not in optimal shape. They were unwilling to negotiate price. After I asked them for the price I felt was most fair ($5,000), I was told they would no longer be able to approve me for a line of credit, despite the fact that I had a $2,000 down payment. They were extremely rude to me and were clearly not offering a product that was up to snuff. They were really trying to pull something shady with the price and condition of the car.

yes I contacted [redacted] after he called our office and yes it took me 10 mins to find out that we are getting the check from the lender and then we can release the title to you ! It is not like we are refusing to send you the title even though you checked on the title and it was in your name from almost 2 weeks earlier! Our Dealer policy we do not release a title if financing involved till we get funded ! [redacted] claims that we lied to him when we sent the title to him and it clearly showed that we wrote the date same day we promised to mail overnight but we missed the 6pm deadline and it went the second day. Also, [redacted] demanding to pay him a repair bill for Ball joints in which we do not think this is part of Safety inspection in Ky ! We just want for [redacted] to understand that his title was ready and in his name before he called us and unfortunately this happened to him were the paperwork was delayed from the lender to fund us the Money and I did ask him what he like as reimbursement and got him $75.00 Lowes gift certificate as he requested and I still have and ready to mail it to him to resolve this problem !
Thank you !
