After completing a repair at international autos for a Timing chain, the A/C did not workFirst, the service advisor tried to sell a water pump, then he gave a bill for a new condenser from a recycled invoice, in order to fix the technicians mistake

I put a $2,deposit down on a new vehicle to be build from International Auto as a surprise for my wife The premise of the surprise and my decision on this dealership and process was based on the dealership indicating to me that we would have complete control of being a part of the new vehicle build experience (which meant, at the moment the vehicle hit the factory that we would literally participate/track with the new vehicle build and experience process
The whole purpose was to allow my my wife to not only have the ability to be a part of her new vehicle but also the customization of it (which was the premise of our agreement discussed with the sales rep at this Dealership) Unfortunately, there was no follfrom our sales rep as to the status of this vehicle and I was left to follwith him daily to try to understand where the build stood or if it the build had initiated (as one could imagine my wife was eager and also inquired of me daily, in the same)

Communication from this organization is beyond unacceptable I purchased a luxury used vehicle from their Glendale WI location and was promised several things that have yet to be satisfied I have been referred to Tom D*** a part owner in the company To date, I have left multiple voice mails and emails and they go unanswered Their mission statement states they provide extraordinary experiences for which this as not They don't want to be ordinary nor do they want their customers to feel that way Does not returning customers calls and inquires sound extraordinary?

I initially brought my vehicle to them to have a diagnostic on 11/01/I was informed I needed a new battery in which I purchased and installed 11/27/to perform the diagnostic The next time I was contacted was 12/29/in which I was told my vehicle needed to replace spark plugs and a gas treatment and flushUnder the impression they've done the diagnostic and these we're the repairs necessary I gave them the go ahead, soon there after they contacted me again and notified me that there's a crack in my intake manifold which wasn't an issue upon arrival, at this point I halted all other repairs being that I should've been notified of all services necessary prior to any services renderedUpon threats of being ticketed and towed I soon there after made arrangements to pick my vehicle upUpon arrival I paid my balance only to find out the vehicle is now in worse shape then it was initiallyI look over my paper work and no where on it does it say a diagnostic was done and w

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I was able to review the response and I really appreciate
the diligence regarding this matter and the additional outlined repair
informationI don’t believe there has been any matters with communication but
with how the sales and service transaction occurred related to needed services
First, I did not purchase the vehicle in June of I purchase
the vehicle on October 10, and finance through BMW International AutosWhich
means, to date I have had the car for a whole yearPlease see attached sales
sheetWhich is another concern on how documents are not being thoroughly
managed, reviewed and/or monitored.
Therefore, the specs of the outlined repairs that were mentioned would
not be all accurate to the most recent purchase in October Which leads me
to believe there may be more issues I need to investigateMy factory warranty
may not have been administrated correctly according to the time I purchased the
vehicle in October and the proper checks may not have been performed if
the you believe I purchased the vehicle in June This has been the third
time I have heard I purchased the vehicle in June FYI: I made a request
that the dates are updated and accurate to the time I purchased the vehicleI
see this has not been addressedThis is really frustrating to learn that this
continues to be an issue
Second, I never refused suggested servicesI suggested that
the alignment needed to be replace based on me expressing concerns about the
rattling noiseI was under the impression that there may have been an issue
with the alignment and it was determine that the issue was more than just the
alignmentAgain, another major issues that occurred with a pre-owned
“certified” vehicle that I purchased in less than a yearAfter that repair was
completed it was suggested when I get tires I would need to get an alignment
but it did not need to be addressed immediatelyWith that beginning said this
is not a complaint related to other needed repairs this is simply to bring
attention to the fact that the need for breaks in such a short period of time
is concerningAs mentioned in the original complaint when I purchased the
vehicle the spec for the breaks were not completed due to the current mileage
on the vehicle The inspection was
performed at 35,miles and that did not include the breaks due to
the estimated timeframe to change the breaks would have been at 73,miles
My current mileage is 51,milesWhy would I need to get breaks with over
20K miles prior to the estimated timeframe? This should raise a concernBased
on this fact there could be a glitch in the system or something was overlooked
There is no way less than a year I
should need breaks “immediately” with such a big gap in between the time I
would actually need them Technically, I
would have needed breaks prior to the current mileage of 51,This is the
estimated mileage when the break light actually came onThe break light is an indicator
that I have surpass the time of a needed a service that was never suggested or
detected prior to 10/10/
In addition, if all the listed items and suggested repairs are
things recommended or discovered prior to purchase why weren’t they detected, addressed
and or fixed? What is the point in purchasing a pre-owned certified used
vehicle with a list of needed repairs that may not be covered by the factory
warranty timeline, and invest over $3,in a vehicle that one has had for less
than a year? It seems to me that would
defeat the purpose in paying the difference for a “certified” vehicleAs
mentioned, the lack of carefully completing the inspection on a “certified”
pre-owned vehicle further shows why this compliant was warrantFor me to have
purchased a vehicle in less than a year and have had all the mentioned outlined
issues and suggested repairs does not equal to the vehicle being fully
inspectedThis should raise a concern with the Management Team and BMW International
Autos as a wholeIf there was no need to check the breaks and they became an
issues less than a year it would be only fair for BMW to recognize that
something may have gone wrong, address the issues and resolve the problem at
the expensive of the company and not the consumer
I am expressing concerns about the Breaks due to the time line
of when I purchased the vehicle and the time line as to when the inspection of
the breaks occurred up to the time they needed to be replacedThis was not to
negotiate a matter of specs but this was to make BMW International Autos aware
that something has been inadequately performed, and/ or an impending problem
with the computer system, and resolution is imminent
Lastly, I would like for BMW to resolve this solution by
making all repairs at the deductible rateThere is no legitimate reason why I
should be “on my own” for anything at this pointBased on the information
provided, time of purchase, current mileage, and sales/service documentation
issuesBMW should be fully responsible for these repairs and moreIf this
matter is not handle accordingly I will have no choice to pursue this matter
further to ensure BMW International Autos takes complete responsibility
Thank you,

This letter is to notify you about an incredibly insensitive experience I have encountered with your company
As a potential customer, I contacted your finance rep***, Saturday, June 24th regarding possibly purchasing an AudiI wanted to verify if I would be approved for financing as I was uncertain due to an outstanding balance on the loan with my current vehicle
The ***/finance rep stated it all depends on the purchase and outstanding balance and stated to come in and look around
I knew what vehicle I wanted which was an AudiI test drove the car and decided I wanted to purchase itI filled out a credit application and I was informed to come in Monday afternoon around

I purchased an SUV from International Autos(IA) on 5/22/and the entire process was horrible The customer service was horrible and the communication was lacking as well However, on 6/10/I discovered that the air conditioning unit was not functioning (while toddlers were in the car as well) I contacted IA and they didn't even call me back, the following Tuesday (13th), my husband called IA back and they stated this was an infinity problem and they were not an infinity dealership We did not take out the warranty on the SUV but it was only weeks after the purchase and they were very rude Not to mention the selling sticker stated the air conditioning unit was working at the time of purchase After going to a mechanic, they informed me that the condenser had a leak and was rusted out, which proves IA knew about this at the time of purchase

I had my car Marcedes Benz fixed for Knox sensor, oil-cooler leak, front suspension struts and high RPMI paid 7K (approximately), dealership took apart the engine to fix oil cooler leak and assembled back with more problemsThey broke the intake-arm which now effected the speed of my car (no pick-up) and won't drive over MPH
I paid $ for initial diagnostics and the problem of "BROKEN INTAKE-ARM" was not identified before
They are now refusing to honor the warranty of the mechanical work doneI need my car fixed or want my 7K back
PLEASE HELP !!!

I bought my Audi Ain December, (months ago)Since this time, it has been in the shop times for reasons other than routine maintenanceThe car has 30,miles, and it has needed the rotors replaced TWICEThe staff at International Autos- Audi lack customer serviceI have left voicemails for service technicians, with no call backsThey do not have loaner cars available when neededIn addition, they do not stand behind their work/productI have had brake work done on the car, and they have forgotten to replace the brake fluidI have attempted to contact Audi of America in regards to my concern, but they push my concerns back on the dealershipI am a recent college graduate, who was hoping to find my loyalty brand, but after the past year with Audi, I will be giving my loyalty to another car brand

We understand that the client is not satisfied with our offer to pay 50%, but we feel it is an acceptable offer given we feel we are not negligent for the issues the client has stated. Should the customer accept our offer, I encourge him to contact me directly. Otherwise, we respectfully ask that the Revdex.com close this matter satisfactorily for we have done our best to respond to the complaint, address it and provide a form of resolution. Thank you

A year ago I purchased a service contract, maintenance contract, as well as Gap Insurance for a vehicle I purchased at this dealershipRecently (this past July), I was involved in a car accident that resulted in a total loss for my vehicleI reached out to the dealership almost immediately to cancel and have my service and maintenance contracts refunded as well as have everything from my Gap insurance settledIt took until September 19th to get all the documentation I needed for my Gap claimOnce I was able to finally file everything, due to no response from the insurance company, I called and asked for an updateThey then informed me that they had nothing filed for me because I either had been sent to the wrong insurer or the claim was never filed by the dealerIt is now October 10th, my accident was July 24th and I still cannot get this issue resolvedI still have a balance at the bank that financed the car I no longer have and I am still getting charged interest for all

I believe the Audi Athat I recently bought for my son, from this dealership, was grossly misrepresentedI was told by the salesperson that the car made it through the shop/service group; and was road worthy, aside from a minor muffler fix that would cost an additional $through their shop, or I could get it taken care of myself for $to $
In my conversations with the salesperson; I had made it clear that the vehicle being approved by an Audi Dealership to be put on their lot was my paramount concernAnd this was the reason I was there, and not buying my third Audi in two years from Bommarito Audi (StLouis) because all of the cars that they were taking in on trade were not worthy of placement on their lot, and were subsequently being sold off at auctionThis is also the reason I agreed to pay the ridiculous price, above Blue Book, ($10,000.00) while fair market value for this vehicle was $8,Subsequently, the finance manager had a very hard time securing a l

I purchased a x35idrive bmw from international autos on January 18th, Since the time of purchase my car has been serviced over times due to malfunction of the vehicleAbout months into having the vehicle I asked the dealership at what point did they consider this vehicle faulty or a lemonI was told that not enough time had passed for the vehicle to be exchanged or switched outI explained to them that I did not feel safe in the vehicleA lot of my service issues were not covered under the warranty which makes me suspect that this vehicle was not entirely inspected at the time of purchaseCustomer service has been nothing but a pain in the rearOften times when calling the service department you can never get through on the line, you end up going to the dealership to express your concernsThere loaner policy and procedure is crapThe last two times that I needed service I was not given a loaner due to the loaners being unavailable for two weeks straightI att
