I purchased my BMW Xone year ago at International Autos MilwaukeeWhen shopping for a car I specifically looked into certified used BMW vehicles onlyThis was my first luxury purchase so, I was really excited and really looking forward to the experience of luxury driving I totally expected to pay more for a used vehicle due to the Certified Check Points that are performed on used certified vehicles at International AutosIt gave me a little security in purchasing a used luxury vehicle and getting the feel for such a big purchaseWhen I purchased the vehicle I asked specifically about the check points and any additional work that may need to be done prior to the expiration of the warrantyI was told if there were any additional services needed it would have been detected and serviced prior to purchase
Well in April 2016, the water pump needed to be repaired and the vehicle was not drivable Shortly after that about months there was some loose screws underneath the vehicl

I had my car Marcedes Benz fixed for Knox sensor, oil-cooler leak, front suspension struts and high RPMI paid 7K (approximately), dealership took apart the engine to fix oil cooler leak and assembled back with more problemsThey broke the intake-arm which now effected the speed of my car (no pick-up) and won't drive over MPH
I paid $ for initial diagnostics and the problem of "BROKEN INTAKE-ARM" was not identified before
They are now refusing to honor the warranty of the mechanical work doneI need my car fixed or want my 7K back
PLEASE HELP !!!

The issue with the lug bolt was addressed as soon as it was brought to our attention, and again, it is our position that this never posed a safety hazard to him or other drivers on the road. In terms of the suspension issue the customer is speaking of, he purchased a pre-owned vehicle knowing that it was just that--a pre-owned vehicle. One cannot expect a dealership to pay for repairs on a vehicle that was purchased pre-owned, as-is, with no warranty and with no explicit promises of anything owed. Suspension parts are considered "wear-and-tear" items. We are confident that the vehicle met the required Wisconsin safety standards for a retail sale and accept no liability. While we sympathize with the customer having to pay for the $repairs, he opted to do so on his own by having the car diagnosed at a shop other than ours and having the work done at a shop other than ours. We cannot even verify that the vehicle needed said repair work. We have done our due diligence in addressing the customer's Revdex.com complaint and numerous rebuttals and feel this warrants the closing of this complaint in a satisfactory manner

After purchasing a new Aat the West Allis location, I had issues with the car (a terrible squeak) and continued to bring it in for them to locate itJust prior to me filing a Revdex.com complaint, they told me they would not spend any more time on itCalling Audi was also pointless, as they said they couldn't make the dealer do anythingAfter filing the complaint, and writing a letter to the CEO of Volkswagen Group, IA finally took the car in for an extended stay and they discovered, and replaced, a defective engine mountIt was a terrible experience all the way around - from the purchase (where we sat in the dealership by ourselves for hours waiting to complete the financing), to delivery (where they told us our car had features it does not), to service (as described above)Never another VW Group car and never International Autos!

Customer purchased a used vehicle in the State of Wisconsin. As a courtesy to our out-of-State customers, we contract with a third-party vendor to license, title and register their vehicles. Each State has a different set of requirements and Tennessee required information from the
customer in order to proceed which we did not receive until days ago. Once we were given the required information by the customer, it was submitted. Depending on turn-around in each State, some time can go by before receiving plates and registration papers, but that is nothing that a dealership can control. We are mailing the customer a temporary Wisconsin license plate in the interim. The customer is to cease using the temporary plate once his registration stickers arrive from Tennessee.

This auto dealership took an additional $2,from me at the time of picking up my Mercedes Benz I contacted my sales person and she recognized the oversight and ensured me they would be sending the check to reimburse me for their mistake right away It has been over three weeks and I have not received a check I've emailed and called the sales person, sales manager and finance manager and no one is returning my phone calls I'll be filing a complaint and reporting fraud to my credit card company Beware of this dealership and their unethical behavior

I purchased a x35idrive bmw from international autos on January 18th, Since the time of purchase my car has been serviced over times due to malfunction of the vehicleAbout months into having the vehicle I asked the dealership at what point did they consider this vehicle faulty or a lemonI was told that not enough time had passed for the vehicle to be exchanged or switched outI explained to them that I did not feel safe in the vehicleA lot of my service issues were not covered under the warranty which makes me suspect that this vehicle was not entirely inspected at the time of purchaseCustomer service has been nothing but a pain in the rearOften times when calling the service department you can never get through on the line, you end up going to the dealership to express your concernsThere loaner policy and procedure is crapThe last two times that I needed service I was not given a loaner due to the loaners being unavailable for two weeks straightI att

We might as well call it a day. I get the impression International needs the money more than me. They can use it for training their certified technicians orethics training for all. Maybe the money can be given to corporate for ethics and engineering training Thank you for considering my case

We purchased the incorrect car care service and dent-free service, along with a new car, because the sale person told us those were only optionWe originally wanted the service through Mercedes, not third party in November
Later we finally found out December 2016, and then we called the company many timeswe were told they would help to solve the issue quickly, and cancel both and refund the moneyAlso would have the chance to purchase a discount car care service
But till now, we were told they only cancelled car care maintenance service, but not dent free serviceWe would only get around dollars which was around one third of the money

We placed an order for a Mercedes Benz station wagon The car that was delivered to the dealership doesn't meet the selected specifications AND the cost is higher that we were told when the order was placed We would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund with no additional chargesThe dealership has not responded to our emails for seventeen days now As we would like to resolve this and secure a car, we would appreciate prompt resolution of this matter Attached please find our most recent correspondence Many thanks for your help!

Two weeks ago, *** *** (GM) spoke with customer and provided them with a refund. Customer was satisfied and I contacted the Revdex.com employee who was in touch with me regarding this complaint

I have already filed acomplaint with BMW of North America over multiple spamming incidents and phone calls I was told that they would stop contacting us and another Revdex.com closed the complaint I am now filing another complaint as I just received more email this week from this location The spamming and solicitation NEED TO STOP

I purchased an SUV from International Autos(IA) on 5/22/and the entire process was horrible The customer service was horrible and the communication was lacking as well However, on 6/10/I discovered that the air conditioning unit was not functioning (while toddlers were in the car as well) I contacted IA and they didn't even call me back, the following Tuesday (13th), my husband called IA back and they stated this was an infinity problem and they were not an infinity dealership We did not take out the warranty on the SUV but it was only weeks after the purchase and they were very rude Not to mention the selling sticker stated the air conditioning unit was working at the time of purchase After going to a mechanic, they informed me that the condenser had a leak and was rusted out, which proves IA knew about this at the time of purchase

I believe the Audi Athat I recently bought for my son, from this dealership, was grossly misrepresentedI was told by the salesperson that the car made it through the shop/service group; and was road worthy, aside from a minor muffler fix that would cost an additional $through their shop, or I could get it taken care of myself for $to $
In my conversations with the salesperson; I had made it clear that the vehicle being approved by an Audi Dealership to be put on their lot was my paramount concernAnd this was the reason I was there, and not buying my third Audi in two years from Bommarito Audi (StLouis) because all of the cars that they were taking in on trade were not worthy of placement on their lot, and were subsequently being sold off at auctionThis is also the reason I agreed to pay the ridiculous price, above Blue Book, ($10,000.00) while fair market value for this vehicle was $8,Subsequently, the finance manager had a very hard time securing a l
