I had an outstanding experience with Sage Designs, and the owner, Michael S [redacted] We spoke on the phone a couple of times, and he sent me pictures of the actual piece, so I could see it from different angles He was very kind, helpful, and did everything I asked-right away I was dealing with a real individual, and not just a "company" I ordered a diamond bezel It was even prettier in person, than in the pictures I took it to a local jeweler to give me their opinion as to the quality They were very impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the diamonds, and said I had gotten it for a very good price- that they could not match In the end, I decided it was a bit too fancy for what I was wanting ( a good everyday piece) I let Michael know this, and I had no problem sending it back and had no problem getting a full refund I would definitely recommend this company, and would not hesitate to try them again in the future
