Michael Saghain of Sage Design absolutely delivered everything he promised and more in the manufacturing of my custom engagement ring. I still stare at it every single day thinking to myslef " this is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and it's mine!" He was extremely patient with my myriad questions, his customer service was far above what I ever anticipated, and in addition to all that the price was probably 1/3 of what I would have paid his competition to commission the same custom item. What really impressed me the most was how far out of his way he was willing to go to make me happy. He is a man of his word, and he's willing to go to tremendous lengths to have happy customers. And a happy customer I am:) I already referred one friend to Michael for a custom engagement ring for his fiancé, and he is also thrilled with the product and price! And I will continue to refer my friends to Michael Saghian of Sage Designs!

I recently purchased a pair of earrings via a "best offer" process on eBay. Not only did he work with me on the price where we could come to agreement, when they arrived, the main stone of the earrings had faceting that really wasn't visible in the photos, he immediately offered to special order the exact same earrings with the exact type of stone I wanted! He explained that it would take a few weeks for the custom order to be filled, sent me update emails and notified me right before they were about to be sent to ensure I still wanted. When the earrings arrived, they were just beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted!!! I honestly couldn't believe how far out of the way Michael went to make me happy vs. just taking my return and moving on! He even helped me out with shipping so I wasn't caught up with paying anything extra due to returning the one pair in his efforts to please me and send me the custom pair - which didn't cost anything extra!!! I contacted Sage Designs over two years ago looking for a wedding band for my custom engagement ring. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, but Sage Designs was able to create two beautiful bands to compliment my engagement ring. Michael was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. The rings turned out even better than I could imagine. I had a stone come out (something that is very normal) and it was fixed, very quickly and looks great! I would HIGHLY recommend Sage Designs!
