I recently purchased a pair of earrings via a "best offer" process on eBay Not only did he work with me on the price where we could come to agreement, when they arrived, the main stone of the earrings had faceting that really wasn't visible in the photos, he immediately offered to special order the exact same earrings with the exact type of stone I wanted! He explained that it would take a few weeks for the custom order to be filled, sent me update emails and notified me right before they were about to be sent to ensure I still wanted When the earrings arrived, they were just beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted!!! I honestly couldn't believe how far out of the way Michael went to make me happy vsjust taking my return and moving on! He even helped me out with shipping so I wasn't caught up with paying anything extra due to returning the one pair in his efforts to please me and send me the custom pair - which didn't cost anything extra!!! It was a great and rare experience and I was really impressed! He has a HUGE selection in his store, so I will definitely be back to see what else can delight my eyes! :) Thanks *** Designs

I had an outstanding experience with Sage Designs, and the owner, Michael S*** We spoke on the phone a couple of times, and he sent me pictures of the actual piece, so I could see it from different angles He was very kind, helpful, and did everything I asked-right away I was dealing with a real individual, and not just a "company"
I ordered a diamond bezel It was even prettier in person, than in the pictures I took it to a local jeweler to give me their opinion as to the quality They were very impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the diamonds, and said I had gotten it for a very good price- that they could not match
In the end, I decided it was a bit too fancy for what I was wanting ( a good everyday piece) I let Michael know this, and I had no problem sending it back and had no problem getting a full refund I would definitely recommend this company, and would not hesitate to try them again in the future

Michael at Sage designs has been helping me for a few years now He has custom made earrings and a ring for me and I have purchased several things from his website He has high quality pieces for a reasonable price and exceptional service I have been pleased with every piece One necklace, however, I was unsure of when it came (I live in Florida and he is in California) He contacted me back and would have given me a full refund - no questions asked It worked out that I kept the necklace, but it was because I truly did love it- not because I was going to lose a big chunk of money with restocking fees I would not hesitate to purchase with him again for custom or in stock jewelry
