Dear Mr [redacted] ,Thank you for taking the time to contact SCBN regarding your concerns and complaints I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you I have thoroughly reviewed your account and your complaint detailsAs you are aware, SCBN is a membership program with a monthly service charge You enrolled in our program in December We have attempted to contact you several times regarding your completed paperwork, via telephone, email and USPS We did not receive any responses from you.In July of 2016, you called to cancel your account, on 07/06/ Your account was immediately canceled and no further drafts will come from your account During that recorded telephone conversation, you informed our representative that the reason for cancellation was due to the fact you had now acquired health insurance that would cover the cost of the medication.As per our initial conversation as well as the terms and conditions of your membership, we do have a no refund policy However, because you canceled one day after your last draft, I will issue a refund for that months membership dues Please allow for processing time That should release on or about the 19th of July If you have further questions, please call our office at [redacted] , Monday through Friday from am to pm, Central Time.Kind regards,Member ServicesSCBN

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this company keeps changing what they require to get the full refund As the company letter states to the Revdex.com, that is attached, dated 1/6/16, it states that once they received the doctor's portion of the application, they would send the refund I did comply and mailed it to them It was not a copy as they are now sayingIt was the original doctor's portion that a physician was to attach a prescription for said drug, Combivent As I' have complied with the paper they requested and sent numerous pages of their packet previously, I can't imagine why they are now changing again, what they want It is costing me more in postage too I sent what they requested and I need them to comply by sending the refund immediately I did make copies of the paperwork that I've kept just in case I need to seek outside help with this case but, did NOT send them any copies, only originals!!
