Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, the membership is not in my name it is in the name of my daughter they are aware of this so idk why they are trying to act as if they are not we still have the membership kit with the membership ID attached as well the membership is in the name of my daughter [redacted] she spoke with them yesterday as a matter of fact to confirm that they in fact cancelled her membership the money is coming out of my account because I am the one that takes care of her financially, they sent a confirmation email to her yesterday confirming the membership cancellation, as I stated if you all would like proof then I would gladly send it to you all as attachments with no problems at allI just would really appreciate if they would reimburse me the money they took from my account because my daughter never received medications from them for those following months yet their advocate stated that her medications get refilled every 7th of the month when she asked them when is she supposed to receive refills because she was running out of the ones they sent her in MayI am thinking this is because they claimed they received and processed the paperwork on the 7th of April according to the tracking information on their support websitethis is the third or forth time I have asked you all to contact me so we can discuss this like mature adults as Bob changed the number from the [redacted] number if you could please call either [redacted] or [redacted] my daughter and I would greatly appreciate it! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I sent the company the requested paperwork and now they are trying to say that I didn't I do know that if they do NOT immediately refund the they took out of my mother's bank account, I will seek even stronger action It is theft at this point There was paperwork authorizing this company to take funds directly out of my mother's account but, the paperwork was NEVER signed, nor did she receive the medication that she was after There was NO authorization to take funds out They took it without regard to my mothers grief and now it seems this company is really showing their true colors They are no different than those in NIGERIA! What a scam!!! They don't care about my mother's situation nor do they care about the hardship not having these funds in her account has done This situation is out of controlMy mother is so stressed unnecessarily due to this whole nonsense All I'm trying to do is get a refund but instead, we've been getting the run around My mother is elderly and I believe this company preys upon the elderly and steals money out of bank accounts Taking the funds without authorization and not even receiving anything for those funds, is THEFT at this point My mother just lost her husband of almost years and was not in the right frame of mind to be discussing medications or plans to have delivery of medication My mother was so stressed from losing her husband, she was trying to get a medication that she no longer takes by order of her physician Ive worked in the medical field and I do know that there are legitimate programs for medication assistance when a patient can't afford to take a drugIt's called patient assistance and the patient works DIRECTLY with the manufacturer of the medication What this company does shouldn't even be legal There is no need for third party medication assistance!! I am so angry with this company because I complied with the paperwork they supposedly needed to get a refund and now they are saying I didn't I have witnesses as to what I mailed to this company (BTW, I made copies of their packet in case I needed legal assistance) This company lied leading me to believe I'd get a refund for my mother I even have letters from them stating that as soon as they get the application for Combivent, they would refund the How dare they!!! Shame on youSince they are now making harder to get the refund owed to my mother by keeping it, I will now go to our local news channels and they will assist me in getting my mother''s money back I may even look into filing criminal charge since they stole the funds out of my mothers account Brace yourself cause - I won't quit in seeking what belongs to my elderly mother!!Regards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] ,I am sorry your experience with SCBN was less than satisfactory Our attention is always on our members and helping them to enroll with the patient assistance programs through the memberships we offer I have reviewed your account and listened to the recorded phone calls between you and our representatives During the initial phone calls with SCBN, you did state that you did not have any prescription coverage Your membership kit and the items requested were based on that information Unfortunately, once we received your documentation, we did discover you do have prescription (Medicare Part D) and that changes the requirements of the patient assistance program.After speaking with you, it seems you are unable to meet those requirements and decided to cancel your monthly membership with SCBN I do realize that the omission of Medicare D information was not intentional, merely an oversight or misunderstanding of your coverage We do have a no refund policy, however, as a gesture of good faith, I am refunding $to your primary account Please allow time for your financial institution to process this transaction It could take up to business days.If you still need help, please call our offices and speak with one of our representatives Sincerely,Member ServicesSCBN

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company SCBN put us through a "pre-approval" process to determine eligibility to enroll in the program offered by SBCNThe pharmaceutical company emailed the Doctor on file the same day SBCN removed us from the program, advising that me that I was wrongly denied assistance and they would be processing and shipping the medicationSBCN took our money and did not provide servicesThe application that the pharmaceutical company approved was one I had sent in years prior, which had nothing to do with SBCN, as their name was no where on the emailSBCN DID NOT provide the services they promised to provide and took money from my bank account knowing they liedThey did not do what they promised to doI had to wait almost three days before they could "enroll" me in their fake program, because they said they had to make sure I was not eligible for medicaid or other insuranceAfter taking in my income and my fiances income and informing me they WOULD do a soft credit check to verify my income they would get back in contact with medays later they contacted me to inform that my income was in the limits to be eligible for their programThey knew the first $draft that our income was above the guidelines for medicaid, and if I was eligible for medicaid or "extended" medicaid I would have already applied for it saving myself $and $a month, knowing I could have received my insulin free or cheaper than $a monthAlso, SCBN states they have to process paper work monthly to the pharmaceutical company for my medicineThis is also a lie and misrepresentation, as the pharmaceutical company only requests verification of income and paperwork once a yearSo with that being said, where was my money really going to? I again request a full refund of my $that was never used to help receive medicine in any way Regards, [redacted]
