I have nothing but good to say about this company. My representative went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and the best flying time. He also went out of his way to check all options to see which would be the best to fit my needs. My ticket was complicated because I am bringing my Fiance back from the Philippines. Kudos to this company and will do business with them again.

ITN is sorry to hear that the customer's travel plans were affected by this unfortunate situation which happened at the airport. This is why ITN strongly recommends on all documents to be checked in at least 3 hours before departure, so...

the passengers [redacted] have enough time to pass [redacted] and not to miss a flight in case of some unforeseen delays before they reach the boarding gates.
Generally, most airlines are willing to assist the passengers ** such situation and rebook their tickets at the airport. Probably, the reason was the advance purchase to reissue this ticket, thus the customer would need to pay a fare difference in addition to the airlines penalty.
While booking the ticket, she added to her purchase ITN Ticket Protection for $50.00. On the form she was advised that ITN Ticket protection is not an insurance policy, and that ITN does not provide or sell travel insurance. One of its benefits is a waiver of $250 ITN processing fee for any exchange. Airline penalties and fare difference might apply. ITN addressed this situation to the consolidator, and the advance purchase restriction was waived, thus the customer paid only the airlines exchange penalty without the fare difference. Ticket Protection was also used to cover the consolidator reissuing fee when the customer filled out the exchange form on December, 23.
We consider this case as resolved after the customer used her Ticket Protection and received a new ticket which has been already flown.

My experience with ITN was very pleasant and rewarding. The rep was very cordial and helpful walking me through the forms needed to finalize the purchase of our tickets. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends

Their Website is based on Fraud. You give thier seach engine the dates you wish to travel and expect pricing based on those dates. In my case June. They returned a fare oanly valid October through November, and you have to click on a hidden link to find that out.

INT was a great find!!! The agent was very responsive to my specific requests and got me the best deal along with expedient travel both directions. I wouldn't hesitate a nano-second to use INT again or to recommend them to my family and friends.

Most likely, the bank provided a provisional credit which was later confirmed after a full refund was issued a few days later.
According to the received information there was an issue at the airport, and the check-in agent simply could not locate the booking even having the ticket number.
Although the cystomer purchased a new ticket with another carrier, ITN will adress this issue to Delta Airlines. We will advise the customer once we receive any updates.
Once again, the non-refundable ticket was refunded in full at Delta authorization, which would not be allowed in case there was any mistake done by the travel agency.
However, the carrier determined that the issue was not caused by the travel agency.

ITN has checked the call recordings and the e-mail correspondence between the customer and the travel agent.
The customer asked for a trip to Cebu, and the destination was not discussed after it. An option was sent on 11/22/15 and two...

more options in two days. On every quote there was an option to travel to Manila. The customer chose the cheapest option and the agent booked that flight to Manila.
The customer was sent an e-mail with the secured link to fill out the payment form. The subject of the e-mail was "Online Authorization Form - Flight to Manila - $1,202.90". He filled out the form and ticked the following check box: I have checked the Itinerary and Flight Information and confirm hereby that it is correct.
Only after receiving the ticket purchase confirmation the customer noticed he booked a flight to Manila instead of Cebu. Both the travel agent and the customer made a mistake in this situation. ITN followed the customer's request to provide cover a cost of connecting flight, and he received a $300 refund as a reimbursement for the following expenses to transfer to Cebu from Manila: Philippine Airlines ticket $71.20, 26 extra kg for $151.92 although the customer said he will take only 17 kg over the allowed 10 kg free limit, a taxi transportation which is about $5. Thus, instead of the calculated approximate $150 minimum required amount the customer was given $300 to ensure that all his expenses will be covered.
ITN did not calculate and did not deduct the difference between the cost of fares to Manila and to Cebu. All fares to Cebu for the chosen dates with United Airlines are more expensive.
This case can be considered resolved.

ITN has investigated this complaint and listened to the call recording for the phone numbers provided by Mr. [redacted] on the purchase form.
On August 4, 2014 the customer contacted ITN and talked to agent Vito regarding his request...

for an air ticket to depart on August 6 and return on December 17. ITN agent checked available fare and advises the customer that the lowest price was available to depart on August 5 and return on December 13. Mr. [redacted] booked this flight and authorized the payment. Once the customer authorized the charges on a three way conference call with the card issuing bank, in the next 40 minutes agent Vito contacted the customer to inform that the ticket number had been sent. No request to change the dates has been found after it.
On August 20, 2014 the customer contacted ITN Customer Service and asked to reschedule the return flight as he found out that his wife could stay only 89 days. ITN agent explained that since the ticket was already partially used, the customer could exchange it directly with the airlines. In addition, since it was a voluntary exchange request, ITN agent advised the customer of applicable exchange fees and penalties.
Mr. [redacted] expected that it could be done at no cost but this fare required a penalty to make any changes. The fare restrictions are set by the airlines and we have no control to override the rules. Mr [redacted] was not happy to pay the fees, so we gave him the direct phone number of the airlines to confirm the penalties.
On September 27, 2014 the customer again called ITN Customer Service and talked to agent Dylon. Mr. [redacted] stated that ITN should not sell this ticket as he did not know that his wife could not stay over 89 days without a visa. [redacted] reminded to the customer he was advised on the payment form that "Some countries may require a visa and/or a health card. It is passengers' responsibility to have all necessary travel documents in possession at check-in. ITN is not responsible for visa issues". Mr. [redacted] was unsatisfied with the fact the date change would cost him any fees as he did not consider that it was his responsibility for purchasing a ticket with a stay period of over 89 days. The customer said that he already paid over $1,900.00 for this ticket and he does not understand why he should pay any additional money to change the dates.
On September 29, 2014 Dylan tried to reach the customer and received no answer. He sent a follow up e-mail regarding the exchange condition. As of October 14, 2014 no e-mail reply or a phone call has been received from the customer.
ITN will advise the customer by e-mail if any amount of the unused portion can be refunded. In order to assist the customer, ITN will not charge its $250 processing fees, and only airline penalty will apply in case refund is allowed by the carrier.

My agent was very knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. Easy to understand and talk to. Even when I needed to make a change on the return flight he quickly made the change with no fuss. He made sure he had all the information he needed and called back when he said he would. Arranging this trip has been very frustrating. It was very refreshing to have the airline ticket portion go so smoothly. Thank you!

I bought 3 tickets from travel,
They send me conformation, they changed in my bank account.
7 hours before the departure , they aske me to pay more money, because the ticket prices goes UP.
I try to talk to there maneger, he wasn't available in 2 day's.
There I couldn't find some honest person to give me the right answer.
Never go to this business, and I am not recommended for other people.
